Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.

Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

Beds have 3 slats to hold the mattress up. Headboard was damaged and looks like the spray painted over it to cover it up. We had to buy brackets to secure the sides to the headboards and foot boards due the them not staying connected. First and last time shopping with Coleman.

The color is just as advertised. However, we had to repair a thumbtack that fell out upon moving it into the house. We heard something fall and we had not bumped into anything. Other than having to make an instant repair, we love the trunk.

The delivery process was top notch. The couch itself is my favorite piece of furniture in my house. I get so many compliments. It's easy to wash and remove stains.
I do have pets, so I bought the warranty.

They caught an error on my address and fixed it accordingly. They were able to delay my delivery as my house wasn’t finished being built yet but I was still able to use their sale.

I wish I had checked with BBB before purchase. There are 548 Complaints in the last 3 years. I spent my hard earned money on one of their sectionals with a chaise on each end and it is horrible! They have offered me $85! The photos are how the furniture appeared after delivery. I spent almost $2700 for this crap! STAY AWAY! They would receive 0 stars if available!

I was initially cautious but excited to find the table/chairs I had looked for a long time. Easy to purchase but then silence. Finally got an email that the order was accepted. In fact, I bought the dining table & chairs b/c it said it was IN STOCK. Then the wait began. I finally got in touch with Cust Service who informed me that regardless of it being in stock it would take 6-8 weeks to receive! So I waited yet longer. Two months or so later it was stated it had arrived to the local warehouse. Then waited another two weeks but Cust Service then tells me that the table was damaged and a new one needed to be sent out. Then suddenly a week later I am contacted to tell me that everything was being delivered. Shipping and logistics was a real mess and I am not convinced that Cust Serv really knew what was going on.

Quick and easy purchase! The furniture was exactly as described and then some! It was a much higher quality than you often get when purchasing furniture online. And the white glove delivery was awesome! The furniture was delivered and set up without me having to do a thing. So much better than ordering furniture only to have a very heavy package delivered with the furniture still needing to be assembled.

Very pleased from start to finish with Coleman's furniture. As a first time customer quickly turned into one for life, I was impressed with their online selling yeara of experience, wonderful selection, great prices but most importantly, they delivered my order within 4 weeks when all other stores had double the estimated timeframe. Delivery drivers were clean, professional, and efficient. I will shop Coleman's again without hesitation.

I must admit I was skeptical at first while shopping for a wall entertainment center but I kept looking online locally, visited 4 local well known furniture stores and no one had any unit even close to what I saw at Coleman's! I took the leap and read hundreds of reviews! Convinced, I called rhe customer service number and asked several questions about the unit and white glove delivery, protection plan, all checked out and the contact person was so helpful! No kidding! The confirmation call to set up my order came just within a few weeks. The crew arrived and completed the set up quickly and efficiently! A Friendly crew. I have been staging the spacious shelves, rearranging family photos! Couldn't be more happy with this unit! Thanks Coleman Furniture for keeping your standards golden!

The end table took 3 days from when I ordered until UPS had it at my door. The assembly instructions was sketched and easy to understand. I normally dread these things but this one wasn't too bad at all.

I bought a coffee table from them that was on sale for $179. Within 1 week of assembling the top peeled off, the legs peeled and it's generally a horrible cheap and tacky table. They refused to refund my money and I threw the table in the trash 2 months after purchase. Don't waste your money!

Tip for consumers:
Just don’t. It’s the cheapest, tackiest furniture I’ve ever bought.

I was able to find the mid-century bed and dresser that matched the style of the furniture in my son's apartment. He was displaced by a crane accident, but was able to receive these pieces within the 4 weeks promised at lower prices than other furniture sites. The white glove delivery was a much needed bonus!

The bunk bed set is simple and not too bulky which is fine as the kids room isn't very large and we need the extra space for two chests of drawers for them to keep their clothes in. They are thrilled to have a bunk bed and have already been playing "fort" for an hour :)

Avoid ordered mattress 12 weeks ago never came! Cancelled order said they can't get the mattess. Zero compensation zero solution inept sales and customer service! They don't have any of the furniture just a drop ship scam company

Both side towers have flaws and I tried to contact Coleman Furniture by phone and texting online. Supposedly I am to send them a picture but the email doesn't work. Also, when I bought the furniture I paid $3,499. It took a month to get the furniture and in the meantime, it went on sale for $2,499! Although I received it today and it is still on sale, I cannot get a credit of $1,000! If I have them return the furniture, I have to pay shipping and a 15% restock fee! What a crooked company! I will not stop fighting for this!

Buyer beware! This company is not reliable and good luck trying to get help!

Additionally, all sale prices are subject to the prices we receive from the manufacturer at the time of shipment. In the event prices drop, Coleman Furniture can match it any time before the order ships from the manufacturer. Once shipped, the manufacturer won't retroactively honor sales for previous purchases.

Run don't walk from this company. 1600. 00 sectional collapsed after 5 months. Retired couple not overweight. No parties etc. They offer 125.00 in allowance to rebuild 3 of the pieces after I got a certified furniture repair company to provide proof of the fix. I don't know where you live but where we do it 125.00 to just show up from the tradesman. The closest company was 40 miles away 80 mile round trip. Do the math. We were stuck with 2 days labor each having to rebuild the pieces with the proper inside support. Stainless screws and bolts instead of poor stapling. One staple was sticking out the back when we received the furniture. No glue from manufacture and the bulk of support was 1/2 chip board. Not quality material as I am in the lumber business and should know. So in conclusion check with BBB before you buy and you will see a rating of D for this company. This also speaks very poorly of Ashley furniture quality. VJ

Beware customer service and return policy! You must be 100% sure the item will work for you, and hope that it does not arrive damaged in any way! In my case, I ordered a velvet bench which arrived with scratched and discolored velvet. I provided all necessary pictures and information. Rather than stand behind the product, Coleman Furniture sent the pics on to the Chinese manufacturer, who claimed the scratches and discoloration were natural characteristics to the velvet, and to spot clean. I must pay return shipping and hope for a full refund after inspection. With so many online retailers offering exceptional customer service, I'm sorry I chose Coleman Furniture for my purchase. I will not make that mistake again, and advise you to look shop elsewhere!

BUYER BEWARE! Coleman furniture is nothing but an empty warehouse, everything is third partied out and they do not take responsibility for any issues. What you buy is not actually from Coleman's, they never touch it, just take their commision. If you love what you purchased, thank the manufacturer. If you have an issue, so sad, too bad. It's your mistake. Ours was a mistake costing thousands of dollars and took what should have been an amazing experience and trashed it. You get what you pay for and frankly I've had better experience buying at a yardsale or Craigslist. BTW, don't sign anything... you do not receive a bill of lading or any paperwork at all, not even the manufacturers "how to take care" label! After this, I'll buy local from someone who cares about their reputation and customer service.

Tip for consumers:
-Obviously, all king beds are not equal. I checked for damage, etc. and all was fine. When we put a king mattress in the bed, the frame was 8" too wide! We look through a 4" gap to the floor on both sides, and hit our shins constantly.
-After delivery people left went to clean the mirror and putty came off on my rag, fell onto the dressor and made a big red stain. Furniture is golden oak.
Seriously, what kind of business is this?!

Please check The Better Business Bureau before purchasing furniture from Coleman. They delivered a media center to us that was not finished correctly. The wood under the finish was exposed. There was also a gash on the front that someone from Coleman had colored in with a marker to try to cover it up. We had the delivery company take it back immediately and I didn't sign for it. However, Coleman is refusing to give us a full refund. They are charging us for their mistake. They broke the contract by allowing a badly constructed piece to leave their factory, and they are saying that we need to pay for the restocking and delivery of this item.
