Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I love shopping with Coleman Furniture! I have bought 6 furniture items from them in the past 3-4 years. Not only has the quality of the pieces been great, but the prices have been the lowest I have found. I had an issue with a cabinet that was damaged in transport and Coleman service quickly arranged a furniture medic to come look at it. When it was determined that it could not be repaired, I was given the option of returning the cabinet or getting a very fair store credit. I will continue shopping with Coleman for my furniture needs!
I sleep better on this couch than I do my Tempur-pedic mattress! I have owned the lounge couch from Crate & Barrel and this couch is just as comfortable and half the price! I was so worried about ordering a couch online. I'm glad I did.
We purchased a dining room set from Coleman because we had very good service on our previous purchase of living room furniture. It was delivered and setup in the time frame we were advised. However, we had to wait 11 weeks for the second purchase of furniture to be delivered. It was scheduled and rescheduled 5 times. Each time their delivery company would cancel the day before the scheduled delivery. Calls to Coleman and emails did no good to get our furniture. We will never purchase from Coleman again.

I bought a sofa with a chaise and enlisted the help of a sales agent. One week before Thanksgiving they send the wrong sofa. Now they are reviewing calls and want to charge over $700 in fees when it was not my fault. I will have no furniture for family and friends this holiday thanks to the horrible customer service at Colemans. Horrible experience, I had to get the BBB involved just to be treated some what human.

I did not get any information on fees and return policy. This company had bad practices. In the terms they have a hidden clause where you can't sue them.

I ordered my furniture from Coleman furniture so excited it was cheaper than other places. I waited for my order for 4 months now I got another email saying it won't be here till the end of January making it 5 months and I suspect I would have received more emails making it even later than that. I understand about Covid holding some things up but this is absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from this company unless you have a year to spare to receive your items. It really sucks!
I was a little leery ordering furniture online that I had not previously seen in person. The Brayton Manor Jr Executive Credenza with Hutch exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, and my 27" monitor and printer fit perfectly. It was delivered in four weeks, when my local furniture store wouldn't be able to deliver a similar product for 2-4 months. The delivery service was very prompt and polite, again exceeding my expectations. I will definitely purchase from Coleman again.

I had never heard of Coleman Furniture before ordering my bar stools. I am so happy I found them. They had exactly what I was looking for. It was in stock. And it was delivered so fast. If you're looking for quality furniture without hassle, order from Coleman and you won't be disappointed.
I ordered a bar chair to match others that I had purchased previously a couple of years ago. The manufacturer had changed the leather (more of a matte finish), but it was otherwise the same. Coleman followed up with the manufacturer and it was determined that the original finish was no longer being made. I chose to keep the chair because it is still close in appearance but appreciated the follow-up to determine if there were alternatives.

Had product I wanted
So far, I was able to contact a representative over the phone and given the information I needed regarding in stock items. The items I'm ordering were marked as unavailable or discontinued at other on-line or local stores. Coleman was the only retailer that showed the items being still available.
I was trying to take my 1990's bathroom to look like a bathroom of 1925 when my house was built which was a typical American Standard fixtures and white subway tile. I didn't want to spend the money to replace the entire bathroom so I tried to make the attempt of capturing the feel of 1925 design. I converted an old oak dresser to a vanity and needed a mirror to go above it. I did a search on line of wooden carved frame mirrors and found this mirror on the Coleman Furniture website. I made the purchase immediately and they were out of stock at the time. The manufacturer had to produce more stock and Coleman Furniture kept me informed of the progress throughout my wait time. I was very pleased with the quality when the mirror arrived and I installed it immediately. Now when I sit on my throne, I look around and think to myself, I have a $#*! house for a showcase.

To covid, up to 8 weeks. OK, we understand that slow sleed. BUT It's been a few days shy of 6 months. Every few weeks we get a new email saying it's delayed. When we call customer service we wait for an hour and then speak to a surly person who reads us the email and argues over how many weeks it's actually been. No help or attempt to even be kind. They say we can cancel with a restock fee... or buy something else that will take the same amount of time to arrive. What a joke. I know that not everyone is waiting 6 months so why are we? What magical part is holding this up? We live in an area where furniture and furniture design are a huge business and we are telling everyone to avoid this company.

From the time I ordered to the time my furniture was delivered, I received helpful status updates every step of the way. I knew in plenty of time that it would be delivered a week early, and the delivery company was extremely professional as well. Coleman was so easy to work with. We'd shopped the retail stores and then discovered them online. They had the very best price of all AND provided exceptional white glove delivery service at no additional charge. I ordered furniture for my son as we're moving states a full six weeks before our move. Three weeks after we submitted our order we find out from Coleman Furniture that is on back order and will arrive 6 weeks after they had ensured delivery. This is unacceptable and putting me in a really bad spot. I just don't understand how it can take a company 3 weeks to figure out something is on backorder... if you're in no rush to get your furniture then go for it, they were quite nice but horrible service.

Your terms and conditions are rather prohibitive. I have used Amazon for almost 2 decades and Wayfair for several years because I can always shop with confidence that if my items are damaged or not as pictured, I can return them with no concerns.
We almost bought these tables from Ashley furniture warehouse and it would have been almost $900, plus $150 delivery fee. I am so glad we searched online and found Coleman, hopefully they are exactly what we want when they are delivered, we shall see!
There was a good online selection at Coleman Furniture, and even though the prices were reasonable, Coleman readily matched a lower price I found at an online competitor. The sleeper sofa was delivered within the time promised and it's very comfortable. Would recommend, based on my experience.
We ordered a set of couch/loveseat - Ashley Furniture Accrington - on 11/22/2020. The order was delivered on 12/31/2020. This is in line with any other furniture store, like R2G, where you order something then wait a month or so for it. However, the prices were a little better here, and the email communication was great. The local shipping was done through Renegade Furniture Group, they sent an email/text every communication about when they got the furniture, gave me an option for delivery, then provided updates up to the moment of shipping. Great service!
I was leery on receiving something that I could not touch or see but was pleasantly surprised with the sofa look. Its not as comfortable as it looks but I'm thinking with use the new feel will be replaced with a comfy great looking piece of furniture.

I ordered my bed set at the end of June and expected at least a month wait due to COVID-19. Once the order shipped to the local warehouse in early August, It took a little less than 2 weeks for the items to be delivered to me. The furniture was set up in my bedroom as I requested and looked just as beautiful as the pictures online suggest. I will definitely shop with this website in the future.
