Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I am very pleased with my purchase. Coleman was responsive to my inquiries, provided clear communication, and numerous status updates about shipment and delivery. Scheduling the delivery of my sofa was easy and the delivery team arrived in the time window described. I just placed another order with Coleman Furniture.

Refused to repair damage on a desk that was delivered with damage in 2 places. Noted on paperwork that was signed and magically was no longer on paperwork when we requested repair on a $1,500 desk. We are now stuck with a new, damaged desk. This company does not take accountability for their delivery company. I would give zero stars if possible.

Don’t order from this company. If you do, take a picture of your paperwork you sign and pray your item doesn’t come damaged - your stuck with damaged furniture if so!

Canceled order after they tried to deliver an entertainment center that was broken in several places and messed up areas just painted over to fix. Told to keep item and they would replace what's broken and damaged, it was the entire unit! We refused! They then charged a restocking fee and a delivery fee and said we agreed to those term's. Almost $500.00 worth what are they nuts! No one would agree to those terms. The customer service rep was the worst I have ever dealt with in all my life. I am 59 years old! That says a lot! I would never ever buy anything from Coleman and I would definitely not believe the so called 4.7 ratings. Liars! Item was not even taken off the truck so unable to get any pictures of it.

I love that I asked a question and there was a quick reply with an actual photo from a showroom to help me!! The prices are the best that I can find online for what I was interested in. My only complaint might be that sometimes the dimensions were not available on certain items I was comparing.
Impressed with Coleman Furniture. Pricing and customer service were excellent. Furniture was scheduled to arrive 8-12 weeks after ordering and they followed up every few weeks with updates. Delivery went smoothly and we're very happy with the purchase.
I didn't call in so can't talk much if they are helpful on the phone and responsive to questions however I found the information on the website to be substantial enough. I do wish there were more pictures but it seems like all the online stores were limited to the same few.
Great price! I have looked around for over a year for this set. This was by far the best price with free delivery and set-up to boot. Nobody else could even touch that - online or local stores. Hopefully, I will have another positive review for the delivery and set-up. Thank you, Coleman.
I bought a bedroom set, and I have problems since I got It. First there was a manufacture damage and I noted the delivery slip and when I complained I found out the delivery company removed my notes. Another issue I found on the night stands, I found bubble air spot and Coleman didn't help even when the room is still under manufacture warranty, now I found spots that I can't remove. Coleman furniture is the worst experience. I used to but from stores which is less risky. I don't recommend them at all, they don't stand behind there promises and warranty. The room still new and I am having issue with.

When my wife selected this one, I thought the two tone color scheme wouldn't look right, how wrong I was. The seat covers were a lot darker in person than the picture, much nicer than I expected. The material for the seats and seat backs are soft and comfortable. You can recline all the way to a sleeping position. Also the loveseat is huge. Love it!
We bought this table for our employee break room. It is beautiful! It is narrow enough to fit in a small space but large enough to accommodate our team at lunch! Finish is beautiful, easy assembly, great value!
The information on your website about shipping to Hawaii isn't valid. I found out by calling that you will ship to Hawaii for an additional charge. I saw the chairs on Amazon Prime but then it would accept my order as it wasn't able to be shipped to Hawaii. This is now costing me $550 add't :(
Coleman Furniture is top notch company. I placed my order for my wall bed and they kept me advised every step of the way concerning shipping and delivery. I received two calls, an email, and a call from the delivery service to tell me when to expect the product. Coleman Furniture checked the boxes before it went out the door and there was no damage to the product when it arrived. We were happy with their delivery service because they put the product just where we asked them toright in front of our 2-car garage so our handyman could assemble it inside the garage.
I would highly advise buying through this company.
We purchased a table for our company back in November, being told it would only take a couple weeks, only to find out that it is still pending arrival/shipment! Honestly, they were not going to do anything and it would still be pending if it weren't for us reaching out to their customer service reps everyday. This is crazy. We purchase furniture for our business on a monthly basis and will never use Coleman again. Very disappointed in their professionalism. Will leave an updated post on the quality of the product, if it ever arrives.
Whatever you do please do not order from this company. I waited over 4 months for a delivery, it finally came and the couch was so ugly, and so uncomfortable. I asked to return it. I'm now paying them over $700 to return it! The company is criminal. I'm assuming most of their profit comes from customer returns. Please do not cheap out and use this company, go to West Elm or restoration hardware.
We purchased a large Coleman reclining sectional at the end of 2019. We were building a house so it did not get used until February 2020. In March of this year, we noticed a large hold in the connecting piece. I contacted Coleman and it was out of the one year warranty. We did not buy the extended warranty because we have not had good luck with extended warranties in the past. I purchased upholstery thread and tried to repair it myself. I will attach a picture. That piece is rarely used, only when our grandkids visit. I am super disappointed with how the furniture has held up. I am attaching a picture. The hole was roughly 9 to 10 inches. Keep in mind I repaired it myself so it does not look the best.
I have been calling them since April 2020 to fix my broke chair, it's still under their warranty. I have gotten nothing but a run around from no problem to you have to find someone to come to your house to fix it. I cannot get anyone to come fix it as those that repair are anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours away and they are only offering $125.00 to fix it. I cannot understand why they won't replace their broken furniture ( I have another chair exactly like it ordered at the same time & it has no issues). I would put zero star if it would let me.
I absolutely love the living room set I ordered. I am a little sad it didn't arrive as originally promised - it came a week later and the company didn't compensate me for the inconvenience. It was an error on their part because the delivery truck broke down. Otherwise the furniture was reasonably priced and quality and comfort is great!
We were looking to replace our 25 year old entertainment wall unit with something more modern. We ordered the Virginia Entertainment Wall Unit in Charcoal. It was really nice to have the free delivery and setup. We received several complements from friends and family. There is plenty of room for our books and our 55in tv. We love it.
Good so far. Wish it was a darker color but it is great for the size and shape. Sale price helped my decision too. Read that it was not to include taxes but added it on after I hit submit. Less I have to worry about at tax time but confusing when it is added at the last minute.
We had an unexpected renovation to our home due to a structural problem and I was able to easily find bedroom and dining room furniture that was unique, high quality and quickly shipped with expert handling and set up. I just received my order and find it damaged. I have called the hlpe line a few times and been on hold for a total of over an hour. Interestingly, when I ask for new orders, I get a response within 2 rings, but they "have no ability to help with my problem". The item is a small table that, although they promote "white glove" delivery is an item I have to assemble in part and items included are already broken. I cannot spend anymore time on this and am shocked they must have 50 people in the new sales department and 1 person in the support department. Ridiculous. I have now also emailed and hope someday someone finds my email and responds. I am boxing up the item and returning... So sad...
From the initial online shopping to placing the order with an agent was painless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them based on the professionalism of the representative. My order actually arrived 4 days earlier than what I thought, which was GREAT! We are placing the entertainment center in our great room, but we have not assembled yet; however the pkgs were not damaged and sealed really well.

We searched online for a sectional sofa from a vacation home we had stayed at and found it at colemanfurniture.com. The price was reasonable for a quality piece of furniture. Delivery time was right around the expected time with updates as it got closer. The delivery team was very professional, friendly and quick. Looks great in our family room.

Coleman called when our bedframe was ready for delivery and I selected a delivery date/time through a link which was very convenient being able to see options. I later had to call to change the date and the rep was very accommodating. Delivery crew texted day before and called morning of. Assembled the bed for us and left instructions. I purchased mattresses though Ashley furniture which was a 30 day disaster (including 2 deliveries with missing & mislabeled/wrong items) so pairing that experience next to Coleman, they were far superior with communication, accuracy and service. The Ritz-Carlton of furniture stores. 100% recommend.
