Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
Ordered from this company. They are internet based and I do not believe they are located in the USA. The delivery dates online when I ordered were not based in reality, subsequent emails kept moving delivery dates all over the place and eventually the 2 huge packages, which were supposed to have white glove delivery service were just left on my porch with no warning. I wasn't ready for them yet (remodel) so had to leave in my living room for a couple of weeks. When I finally opened them, one of the items was damaged. Coleman only allows 5 days to report an item damaged, which is definitely not in line with competitors. They finally offered $50 off a $450 item which is damaged on the front where clearly visible due to packaging being terrible. I would not order from this place again. Go with a more reliable furniture shipper with better customer service like Wayfair.
I purchased two beautiful shell lamps for our nightstands during a bedroom remodel. They are gorgeous and came quickly and undamaged. I was hesitant to order any type of furniture online, and the quality of your products definitely changed my mind to a positive experience! Thanks!
We recently received our Coleman Einsgrove Sandstone Sofa, Loveseat, and Ottoman (Order # *******). The entire experience from buying online to the white glove delivery was phenomenal. The order arrived ahead of schedule - 3 weeks instead of the 6 weeks originally estimated. The set pieces themselves are exactly as described: comfortable, durable, and a "richly substantial look". In addition, the throw pillows that come with the sofa and loveseat are big, firm, and modern in appearance. All in all, the Coleman set exceeded our expectations especially given the relative cost.

I like how the coupons we're listed and color-coded; but none worked. I had to retrieve one elsewhere. The site functioned well on a mobile device. I saw enough photos and had enough measurement information to make my decision.
I do wish the depth of each drawer was included.

They are sturdy, great and the perfect size. They are nicely put together and fit well in my apartment. The only thing is the shipping but due to covid it was really out of their hands, which is totally understandable. Other than that I LOVE them!

This chest came a lot sooner than expected, which was great. I was very disappointed in the size of the chest, though. I LOVED the pictures and neglected to look at the dimensions (completely my fault) so I ended up with something similar to a 6 drawer nightstand instead of a chest that can actually fit clothing items. When I considered returning it, the policy stated that I would have to pay round trip shipping fees (although the shipping was free with the purchase) and a 15% restock fee. As disappointed as I was, it didn't make sense financially to return it. So now I have a $100 mini filing cabinet... Make sure to read dimensions on furniture and the return policy but otherwise, I was satisfied with the quality of the chest.
WE had searched all over for office furniture that was adequate enough to occupy our 'refurbished offices.' Something 'nice' and not the standard offers of office supply chains.
We found it at Coleman Furniture! Plus, their Customer Service was excellent as well as their delivery and setup!

I ordered a couch in March and expected the 7-8 week delivery. When they called to schedule delivery in the beginning of May I was so excited. The night before delivery I was told that they sent the wrong one, and they did not deliver it. How does it take 7-8 weeks to send the wrong couch? Is there no inspection?
After that I was told a replacement would be expedited. "Expedited" to them meant it would take another 4 weeks to ship. I have to continually ask for updates and they responded today and said it would be another month. They gave absolutely no reasoning and have made no effort to make this right. When I asked they offered me $50 credit or refund. That is nothing when it comes to the purchase of a COUCH. Doesn't even make a dent.
You are better off ordering from any other company, do not get scammed and lied to like I have.

This was my first shopping experience with Coleman with 2 orders. They kept me informed during the shipping process and delivery and installation was good. There was a door that had gluing issues. Reached customer support to resolve the issue. They were really good in responding with options, shipping replacement part and keeping me informed. The customer service experienced was beyond my expectation. Would recommend Coleman with this experience.

The leather lounge chair was a very thin bonded leather that tore easily. The foot rest did not go out far enough for legs of a 5 ft 10 woman whose legs hung over, very uncomfortable! The mechanism broke after only 2 yrs of very little use. I couldn't find a slip cover that worked with it, It is nailed together now, three years later, looking for a new chair.
Don't let the "free delivery nationwide" fool you. I'd rather have paid for my delivery and received my order in a timely fation. Delivery date has FINALLY been set—-11 weeks from my order date! Unacceptable. And all Coleman offered us was to cancel our order—-WITH a 15% restocking fee! So left us no choice but to wait the 11 weeks. Will never order from them again. I do not recommend.
We ordered an L-Shaped desk and bookcase and were told there would be setup during delivery, and given ample notice of delivery. We were notified 2 hours before the furniture was delivered by UPS. No setup. As you can imagine we were not happy, and that was the first problem. The wrong desk was delivered and the bookcase came without hardware for assembly and had a crack in the drawer. We have spoken with customer service three times to resolve. During the last conversation we were told that we would be responsible for shipping charges to return the furniture (which is the wrong piece and cracked). ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They make the mistake and won't process a refund until we pay for shipping. This company is a joke!
