Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
The bedroom set pieces were cheaper when bought together all at once. We already owned the bed from before so I called asking if they can give us the pricing seen as a set without the bed for the remaining pieces. The sales guy was happy to oblige and we were happy with discount.
The website is very reassuring in the description of the delivery and set up. The prices are great. These reasons are why I chose Coleman Furniture over 3 other competitors that have this set including a furniture store half a mile from my house! I would like to know where the Coleman warehouse closest to me is and when I can expect delivery.
The sales team asked me to leave a review based on my experience as we had sorted out some issues after the delivery took place. In short it was not as big a deal as I thought it would be. I was shipped a new table top and that was replaced to my satisfaction.
This company is a scam and I'll be writing reviews about this company in every platform to make people aware of this company scam. They deliver damaged furniture and you can't return. They have hidden term and conditions to fool people. They are operating somewhere in Asia to scam people. Even for damaged on arrival furnitures, they charge 15% and shipping fee and you end up keeping damaged items. Some needs to sue these people for running daylight robbery on people's hard earned money. Customer support is terrible.
I ordered 2 night stands & the matching dressing from Coleman furniture, because their price beat all the others carrying the same brand. AND they offered white glove delivery to room of choice with set up & inspection! I spoke with the company twice before I ordered & was able to take advantage of discounts. Very satisfied with their service, delivery, and most of all, the impeccable quality of the matching pieces I purchased!
Online shopping was made easy and simple. I liked the fact that it allow me to add/remove items as pleased when placing order. It was easy on Mobile and PC. For example if I wanted dresser without mirror I could have done it that way etc.

The delivery and assembly was very fast and smooth. At first I was unsure about the fabric, but Ive grown to like it. Its very comfortable! Though the chaise is a bit short and Im 53. Also, it does come with A LOT of throw pillows.
I bought 4 pieces of furniture from Coleman in March, 2 of which arrived damaged when they were finally delivered in June. I brought the damages to Coleman's attention the same day the furniture was delivered. I was told I would have to go through their warranty department, even though the items arrived like this. After being forced to jump through multiple hoops by being told I had to take and retake pictures that involved picking up the couches, the warranty technician finally came out in July. Instead of repairing the problems, he actually made everything worse before telling us that the problems were simply not repairable. I have been left with 4 inch hole in my sofa and a 6 inch area of completely scraped off leather on my loveseat. Coleman refuses to replace the items even though the warranty company has stated these items are unable to be repaired and that a replacement is necessary. Horrible company who does not care about the consumer. Please do not do business with them.
the affirm was definitely an issue, probably my own fault for not being ready in the moment. I should have waited to start the process until I had card in hand. once I finally got the payment options working it was a breeze!!!
I ordered 6 chairs from a very knowledgeable and helpful saleswoman. All conducted over the phone. Expected delivery 2 to 3 weeks. The next day (Oct 1) I got an email from Coleman saying the chairs were shipped and tracking info would come separately. Two weeks later: no tracking info. I called the store and was in the queue for an hour! Finally got an answer and was told they were not shipped but would be shipped "by the end of the week," I asked to speak to a manager who said she would check herself on Friday and would call me to confirm they were shipped and provide me the tracking information. I received no call. I called today, again waited in cue for 30 minutes. I was told they were shipped last week. She could not check with the factory because it was a weekend. No manager was on duty for me to speak with today.
Not sure I would recommend Coleman Furniture. Terrible service and difficult to contact.
I was really uncomfortable ordering furniture online but when I saw the three -piece set of Arizona Marco Leather I couldn't resist. I talked with a sales rep who was very helpful and friendly. The price was exceptional and delivery time was amazing! It arrived in good condition and was placed in my room ready to use. I love the high back which allows support for my head... very relaxing! Each piece is comfortable and very attractive. Thank You!
This company is very misleading on their website. They falsely state on their website that they offer white glove delivery only to leave every thing you purchased outside in snow and rain. If you decide to return it then they will charge you. Other sites are cheaper for the same things and the only reason I ordered from them was for the white glove delivery
We are so happy with this entertainment unit. It is solid and substantial. It's lovely! And we are so happy we ordered via Coleman, which may have been a little higher than other sites but was worth it given the white glove service given delivery and set up. Customer service has been impeccable!
Tip for consumers:
The extra cost you might see from this site versus another online furniture retailer is worth it because you will find their communication and delivery second to none. Our delivery included a white glove service including full assembly by two really nice guys.

I ordered a lovely entertainment center from Coleman, and I must say, their customer service is impeccable.
After purchasing an entire bedroom suite and protection plan for that suite, I was informed that the nightstands were discontinued. By the time I found nightstands that I HOPE will be suitable and match well with the bed and dresser, the nightstands were no longer on sale. Plus, I was told that my previously purchased protection plan (that was bought for an entire suite) would not cover replacement nightstands. I have been very disappointed with Coleman's customer service so far. They respond quickly to customer concerns, but their answer is basically always, "sorry, that's the way it is." I really hope the furniture is great because if it's not, I'll be sending it back.
I was a little hesitant to order from Coleman after reading many negative reviews but the price for the sideboard i wanted was about $400.00 less expensive than on other sites i had seen the piece on.
I was totally surprised at how quickly they contacted me after purchase and kept me informed on the status of my shipment. I had my piece in less than a month. The delivery went smoothly and I am pleased with the quality of my sideboard. Would definitely consider Coleman again.

Received dozens of emails regarding the delivery time and each email stated "Good news, your order will be ready in 4 to 5 weeks for shipment". 5 months later and still received that same email stating 4 to 5 weeks. We called, we emailed. Absolutely no help or even some sort of discount for the inconvenience. Never would have bought through them if we had known upfront that there would be a 5 to? Month wait. Canceled order on the 5th month. Terrible communication between the retailers and manufacturers.
From start to finish ordering my couch was a breeze. After placing my order I received notification that it had been ordered through the manufacturer and shortly thereafter I received a phone call that it was ready to be delivered. The total time from the moment I placed the order to receiving it in my home was about 3-4weeks which was a far cry from the 10-12 weeks it had originally stated. Not only did I get the couch I wanted for far less than the actual retailer but I also got it delivered extremely quickly. I would definitely shop Coleman Furniture again!
We called 3 times because we couldn't make a decision, each person we talked to was helpful. Before calling, I tried communicating online... I asked my question and after 45 minutes still did not have a response.
My wife & I were shopping for a new dinning table and chairs. We had looked locally and in the city. We were disappointed with the high prices. I came across Coleman Furniture online. We were a little worried that with their lower prices the quality would also suffer. After reading some of the reviews we decided to give Coleman's a try. Our table, 4 chairs and a bench are wonderful, except for one chair that rocks. I rarely give 5 stars, but I might of if the one chair sat solid and did not rock.
We purchased a Willowton Whitewash Entertainment Center from Coleman. This was the least expensive one we could find, and it is wonderful. My fiancé put it together in just about two hours total, and it is holding up really well so far. It's super spacious, too. Definitely would recommend! The only issue was shipping took about a month, but it was worth the wait.

I was searching for a coffee table and wanted to buy it online. I came across coleman furniture and decided to give them a try because their price was reasonable as compared to some other stores. My table arrived in less than a week and it was in perfect condition. We are happy with our purchase. I am so glad i bought it from Coleman and will do it again if I need to buy any more furniture in future. Good online store with good rates and very good service.
I love Simon Li set we spotted in our store in Cleveland. We never dreamed that we would be able to get it for the price we did by simply searching for and ordered it online. I'm very glad we did as we now have a beautiful living room set that was well within our budget.
This table and four chairs were pre assembled when they were delivered to our home and placed in the location of our choice. Based on the great price we already got in the set, I was so happy that delivery and set up were included!
The simulated wood grain on the table top is very pretty! The chairs have a nice amount of padding, and the bottoms of the table and chairs are constructed of a dark metal that appears powder coated. They are super sturdy and do not wobble at all! The chairs each have plastic footings that help them not scratch the floor. So glad we purchased this dining set!
You would have to be out of your mind to just walk into a furniture store, locate the item, and pay the price right up front. What I do and I suggest you do is to jot down the product information and take pictures of the items as well. Afterwards, go online and call around seeing if you are really getting the best price. In my case, we found out we were being overcharged in the store by at least 40%. we bought online in this case as the store refused to match the cheaper online pricing.
