LOVED my experience with Coleman! Found their customer service to be excellent, and they had such a wide variety of items! My husband and I were extremely impressed with their prices, and couldn't believe how we could get such an exquisite dining room set for such a decent price. The furniture came in the amount of time just as they promised, and it was brought into my home in a professional and safe manner. Five stars for Coleman!

Buyer beware! I ordered a living room set and a bed and waited 5 weeks without receiving any updates. I called to find out where my shipment was 4 times without receiving an answer only the promise of a email with an update which I never received. I spoke with a manager and told him I wanted to have my future for the holidays so if they couldn't tell me when I would receive it I wanted to cancel and he stated there would be a 15% fee to cancel. Are you kidding me?

We ordered our furniture on August 9th, 2020. It has yet to be delivered! All they can tell me is it is delayed yet again. Every few weeks we get an email stating it will be ANOTHER 10 weeks. Now our delivery date in January 2021. So disappointed! I was a returning customer, their service has gone downhill. NO ONE will give me a straight answer. When you call it is a call center that has NO answers.

Coleman Furniture provided me great experience. I had the chair I purchased at great prices than any other furniture place online and locally. I appreciate the customer service regarding my and delivery. They answered every I had. They provided upfront approach regarding insurance services. My experience was lovely. They have a customer for life.

From start to finish my experience was just awesome! Very friendly customer service, timeline was accurate, delivery and set up was great!
The furniture itself was good quality construction was everything it said it was going to be looks awesome in my space.
I would definitely order again from this company!

Ordered this table from two other companies and got nothing but run arounds. Coleman answered my questions immediately, processed the order and shipped it within the time they estimated on the phone call. The table arrived in perfect condition and the directions to put it together were fine! Thanks for the super service! The wife is 100% happy!

As our children were older now we decided our new dining set could be counter height as the higher stools wouldn't pose a danger. I really like it! I find it so much more contemporary and have been the receiving end of many a compliment.

I placed an order with them on 6/23/20. I had to cancel my order on 9/17/20. They would email me saying another 6 to 8 weeks. Just got to long of a wait. Makes no sense to have to wait that long for a bedroom set. Stay away from this place.

... until I discovered Coleman Furniture. I found exactly what I was looking for on their site, and it was by far the best price anywhere. Customer service was greatly helpful. I've already recommended Coleman Furniture to friends who are looking for furniture and hadn't considered buying furniture online. I see other reviews complaining that it took two months to receive their furniture. That's how long my delivery took as well, but that is a reasonable expectation in my opinion.

I live the look of the bar stool bench, but couldn't find it in counter height. I did a quick text chat and quickly had the link to what I wanted. The bar bench arrived ahead of time with free shipping and was better than I expected. The quality was great and I couldn't be happier. Great product, great customer service, and I will definitely shop again. Thank you Coleman Furniture!

was very satisfied with a past experience so sought out Coleman's again when looking for another piece of furniture. So far - it has again been a pleasant experience. Looking forward to receiving my new entertainment center.

Site calculated the subtotal incorrect while using Chrome, had to install Firefox to complete purchase with correct math. Promo code was undone after I submitted the order, increasing the price $200 more than I agreed to.

I ordered an end table from Coleman Furniture. It arrived in less time than posted when I made the purchase. It was well wrapped for shipping and arrived in good condition. The experience met my expectations.

I was looking for a round cocktail table to match my Hammary end tables. I purchased them from Colemans 2 years earlier and unfortunately that line was discontinued by Hammary. Colemans had one that was the finish and design that would work. It was much less than a similar Hammary brand. The quality is great and it's beautiful!

T'he end tables/file cabinets match my hi/lo coffee table. They look great in my family room and do not look like file cabinets, They arrived well packaged with nary a scratch. Good service as well. Further the price was reasonable. It was a lucky find as I had bought the coffee table a few years ago! Thank you.

After three attempts to order this exact Tidewater corner TV console from another online company (twice delivered damaged and the third time order cancelled with no explanation), I was very happy to deal with Coleman Furniture and have a great experience. The item arrived packaged securely and with no damage. As promised, the item was delivered into the house and placed in the spot where I desired it. The delivery service unpacked the fully-assembled console and inspected it with me for any signs of damage--there were none. I am delighted with the quality of the service and glad I looked elsewhere to find this exact corner console.

Our earlier order ******* resulted in a very bad customer experience since the wrong rails were shipped and the bed could not be assembled, and we could not get replacement rails expedited and we had to wait more than a week to have bed assembled. We had to sleep on the floor. This was our first order with Coleman and we spent over $2400...and for our inconvenience, we are told we will get a $50 gift card. Really? Poor customer experience. *******087

By far the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. They keep switching me to people, every time they leave me on hold for 20 minutes, then they refer me to an email only customer service person that after 24 hours still hasn't responded to my response. I need to exchange a piece of furniture that doesn't match and they want to charge me almost the cost of the furniture to ship it back even though I want to exchange it and not return it for a credit. I wish I read reviews and did my research before purchasing from Coleman. This company is awful.

Great from start to finish. Was notified through every step of the process regarding purchase and delivery. The cherry on top was having the furniture installed by professionals which was a great addition to the overall experience. The quality of the furniture is nice and I have zero complaints. Would and will be buying from Coleman again.

I'm pleased with the dining room table I bought from Coleman. I got the best price I could find after searching the web and the table is beautiful. Delivery took a long time but that was the fault of the delivery company. I can't complain too much about that because it was free delivery and they brought it into the house and assembled it for me. I would buy again from Coleman.

The website was easy and intuitive. The wall unit I purchased is beautiful and true to the pictures. A great value for the price and I would definitely shop Coleman again. However, I wish the finish was not quite so rough. In a few places, It seems like the final "polish" was put on without first wiping off after sanding. But again, quite beautiful and a good value.
