I purchased the Ballister Espresso Power Lift Recliner (order *******) from Coleman Furniture for my mother. The chair is extremely comfortable and versatile, as all sections of the chair can be adjusted separately with the remote control. The chair is also very stylish and should provide years of satisfaction and function for her. The ordering and delivery processes were seamless. Excellent service all around.

I paid $1000 for an Italian leather chair and it arrived with a tear in the fabric, I notified Coleman furniture within minutes of the delivery, they literally told me this is my problem and they can't do anything about it. We didn't initially see the tear because it was behind one of the nail heads. I sent photos literally within minutes of the delivery and still was told this is my problem. I will never buy anything from this company again.

The entertainment center went together very well and the overall size was perfect for my living room. The issues I had were: 1. The color wasn't a clean white but has a light cast of blue/green to it which stands out against the pure white of my fireplace and shutters, etc. 2. The thin wooden backing on the lower middle unit was installed crooked and I had to remove five screws, straighten it and reinstall it myself. 3. The whole entertainment center unit leans out from the wall noticeably as opposed to being vertical. Poor workmanship consistent with number 2. Don't judge the color by this photo because I played with the color to make it appear a purer white as I was sending it to friends...

I'm in love with this piece of furniture. Great bar height dining set! Looks expensive and was very easy to assemble. Table is sturdy, stools are easy to adjust to the height you want. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Made 2 orders today, on by phone, on on line. All went smoothly. The salesperson on the telephone order was very helpful, courteous, and good at doing her job. She was responsive to my questions and set up my account.

After 22 years of the same family room furniture I am replacing it. I just received the lovely cocktail table and side table. I can't furniture like this in any stores around here. Can't wait to see the next batch.

They use false advertising and have terrible customer service. I ordered a reclining sectional I had found on Ashley's site the picture was of an electronic recliner they didn't have any other like it that said electronic and no where in the description did it specify one way or the other so I went off the picture and ended up with the manual recliner I didn't want. The customer service lady was so rude and said I had to return it that day and pay all kinds of fees to exchange it plus the price difference and basically told me it would say in the title if it was power recliner but then why doesn't it say manual recliner because they want you to make the mistake and don't care if your happy with your purchase. I should have stuck with Ashley's furniture don't buy with Coleman it's not worth it!

I spoke with a representative on the phone about how this item would be shipped before purchasing. The helpful, friendly and informative representative helped me make the decision to make this purchase! The website is very easy to use too!

This entertainment center is stunning! It is exactly as shown and it looks SO expensive. It's more of an off white than I though, but I love it. Also, delivery was perfect! I would definitely recommend this!

I wanted to order a gray sofa/loveseat. It had no color in the description. I tried texting my concern to the help agent who then told me to research the set myself elsewhere or google it. What kind of "help" is that? If this set is not gray, it's going back!

continued delays and not easy to do business with. Had to place a new order to get new lower price potentially risking my place in line. I have already been waiting three months for my sectional and the delivery leadtime continues to be pushed out.

Ordered a love seat and chair and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. It showed up before the estimated arrival date and exactly as ordered. Can't wait to order again!

A little upset that the living room set pictured the recliner. I had to order the chair separately. The set pic is extremely misleading because it doesn't tell you there are only 2 pieces until after you pay.

Received two medicine cabinets and they are beautiful. One does have a small dent in the frame, but is hireable since it is on top and no one will see it. But the quality seems to be well-made. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with hangers, but that's easily done.

The white glove service was excellent. One of the bookshelves arrived with the frame damaged (a large chunk was out). The White Gloves pointed it out, documented it, and provided a marker to cover it up. When we unloaded the shelves, we were disappointed to discover that one of the shelves had a badly-damaged corner that had been "repaired" with light beige epoxy-like material, then carefully concealed among the stacked and bolted-down shelves. While I disappointed to discover that some of the construction was stapled (for these prices, I expected sturdier fasteners), the overall look is pleasing.

I worked in a mid sized design firm and we are always looking out for ways to expand our business. We have begun using coleman as of late being that they are willing to deliver direct to the client and include the installation in the price. The service is especially handy for heavier items. It allows us alot more flexibility and we have been able to extend our service are.

Bought a desk and hutch for my daughter 3 years ago. The price and quality were both excellent. The delivery was perfect. On time, fully delivered and set up and all trash and boxes were removed from the premises.
Just recently purchased another desk and hutch for my son. Exact same experience.

I ordered the Artifacts Pedestal Table. I have been looking everywhere for a small table which was not open in the back. It's perfect. The table was delivered in record time, packed very well, in perfect condition, good quality and at a good price. I would certainly order from Coleman Furniture again.
