I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Just ordered a coffee table and it shipped here via fedex. The assembly only took a couple of minutes and was pretty simple. I like the table and it goes nicely with my living room set. Shipping was free even tough it is pretty heavy.
Bought a desk and hutch for my daughter 3 years ago. The price and quality were both excellent. The delivery was perfect. On time, fully delivered and set up and all trash and boxes were removed from the premises.
Just recently purchased another desk and hutch for my son. Exact same experience.
Service was tremendous. I knew when and where the product was every step of the way. Delivery was great, they fully assembled it and brought in directly to the location. It was difficult to watch someone else put something together. I like to do that myself but I let it go, lol.
The furniture item I ordered came already assembled and it is a beautiful piece. The men who delivered the cabinet were fast, efficient and on time within the delivery window. Overall, very impressed with Coleman. So much so that I just ordered a matching piece.
I ordered two sofas to be delivered to our new home a few days after we moved in. They arrived on time and were as described. The delivery people were very good. They carried them downstairs and unpacked them with care. They then tested them to be sure they worked as described.
I like the manufacturer ratings, although I can't tell if they're just related to price. I knew what I was looking for in today's purchase, but for other purchases I need to make, it would be very helpful to be able to filter by dimensions.
This was my first attempt at ordering furniture online & Coleman Furniture exceeded my expectations. Great customer service & keeping me informed. My bistro dining set was beautiful & delivered promptly. The description of the set was exactly what was displayed on the Coleman website. No disappointments here! Will use Coleman again for sure.
I really never considered actually ordering online and really put into google to see it I can get a better deal in another store. The best deals were online in the end of the day and I did save over $100 by doing that so I am glad I did search for it online.
This sectional is beautiful, modern, well-made, and is large enough to comfortably seat a family of five. We also received great service by the company. This set was ordered online and I had not ever viewed it in person. I had also never ordered from this company before. Great experience from beginning to end. I love the furniture set and encountered absolutely no issues with the company.
The protection plan offered with the purchase was totally unclear. It's called a protection plan, but doesn't say anything about how the plan works. Is it actually a product that is applied to the fabric of the furniture? Or is it a guarantee of replacement? Or someone will come out and repair any damage? Did not purchase protection plan for these reasons.
Ordered a bedroom set July 2020. Its Feb 2021 and I still don't have it.
Multiple lies, delays, product issues, etc. No communication or care. Every month, I received an email stating that I should receive delivery the following month. Every phone call results in no movement or result.
Furniture finally shipped to the carrier who would deliver it. After waiting for their "it could take two weeks for the carrier to schedule a delivery" time window, I contacted the Coleman multiple times and finally just did some googling to find the carrier. I called the carrier direct, they only received part of the order. They were going to follow up with me within 48 hours. No callback or follow-up either.
I highly recommend doing business elsewhere at all cost.
Just try to find an american representative employed by this company. Is it "Coleman Furniture", "Home Gallery Store", or "Renegade Furniture Group". They all have physical addresses that do not exist. I ordered a queen size day bed August 13 with a 2-3 week delivery time. It has now been 27 Days and they tell me it should arrive at the "local delivery company" September 15th in which someone will call me within 48 hours of arriving at "Local Delivery Time". According to the "offshore" (as stated) customer service company, the package shipped 16 days ago. Long ways, I guess, from Atlanta and/or California of which they cannot decide which the product originating from. I have heard so many different stories/lies at this point. I feel like I have been internet scammed.
Claimed they couldn't fit furniture through doors before even attempting. Did not attempt to maneuver or unpack to see if they could fit it in. After giving up on the delivery team, I had to return all 4 items and was way over charged for shipping ($450) and their 15% restocking fee. (Give me a break $800 just to set it back on your shelves.) Never buy from this company.
I have been searching for a dark gray colored sectional sofa set through many various websites and stubbled across Coleman Furniture. I actually found this particular sectional set on another website for slightly higher the price. I actually like what I've I seen thus far and will be purchasing another item for our home at Coleman.
Ordered a couch on December 24th... now May 3rd and still haven't received it. All communication says they won't charge you until your item ships, however they charged me last week and said it would ship this week. Received an email update today that it would now be over another month before it ships. Contacted them to get a refund of the money, as per their own communication, and they said that wasn't possible without cancelling the order and going to the back of the line. No solutions offered at all. Only excuses. I understand delays but taking money for items that haven't shipped goes against everything they have communicated over the past 6 months and should be illegal. And if the mistake happens, the money should be refunded automatically and then taken once the items really do ship.

Stay away. Buy items directly from the source.

I searched for months for a server for my dining room and was unable to find one until I cam across Coleman on the internet. They had many gorgeous servers from which to choose. As a matter of face it took me a few weeks to select one. I actually found three that were perfect for my home. I was amazed and the lady who took my order was awesome as well. She told me that the server would be made and shipped to my home and the price was unbeatable as well. My server was delivered to my home by professionals who were very kind as well. If you are considering new furniture you have come to the right place! I stumbled upon Coleman online by accident because my local furniture store did not have what I wanted. They offered to order it & quoted a price so I went online to see if I could find it somewhere close where I could actually see in person & sit on it. Well I found Colenans Instead. I cant begin to tell you how easy the whole process was. They saved me hundreds of dollars, the furniture is awesome - sooo comfortable & gorgeous, free protection plan, free delivery & set up. I couldnt have asked for anything better! Dont wait another day! Order what you want! You wont be disappointed!!! Keep up the good work Colemans!
Stumbled across Coleman in an internet search. They had exactly what we wanted in a glass top coffee table at a great price. Item was shipped directly from mfr and arrived in less than 3 weeks (about a month before their estimated delivery date). I was worried about shipping a piece of glass that large but packaging was very good so no damage. Table went together very nicely too. Couldn't ask for more.
It's a lot better than I expected! It's the perfect match for our great room, in fact, it's longer and more comfortable than I had imagined. The bonus was that it was delivered BEFORE Superbowl Sunday! That was a BIG surprise! We placed it directly behind our couch with a perfect view of our TV/gaming area and it has quickly become the most popular spot in the house. I'm really happy with this purchase! Thank YOU!
My wife and I have never experienced the headache we did with those purchase and today just decided to throw the 3 months we have waited for our sectional and cancel the order (and they had the nerve, to try and charge us a cancellation fee). Got an update that said our coach would be delivered in 1-2 weeks a week ago, and today we received an update talking about another month. Not to mention a number of other emails that gave incorrect Etas. It got so bad they started sending calls to voicemail to dodge customers. They need an extreme revamping to there Logistics operations to say the least. I would advise you to head the other way unless you want to wait until 2021 for your items!
I ordered a sectional on July 31,2020 under the notion that the item will arrive within 6-9 weeks after ordering. I kept getting emails saying shipment is delayed because of the coronavirus. Okay I'm patient and totally understand the times we are in no worriers. Well, another delay in shipment email came. Now it goes from me placing the order on July 31,2020 to today November 13,2020 receiving an update: your order will ship 1/12/2021. Awful company and they used the world's pandemic to mislead me and I'm sure countless others.
I am extremely dissapointed in Coleman delivery process as I've not received my bedroom set in 1.5 month. The email notifications have constantly informed me that my product is still in the warehouse and expected delivery is 2-3 months. Note... I ordered this bedroom set on Sept 13 and it has yet to be shipped. Customer service was crappy especially one individual by the name of Matt in customer service who acted has if my concerns weren't warranted. I will never order from this company and caution others. I hope when my product does eventually make my door step that it's complete and ready for installation.
Huge delivery just happened and all is good. Gor 2 sofas, an accent chair, 2 ottomans, 2 end tables and a set of lamps. Our new living room set, which has for so long been in the planning stages is finally set up in our living room!
Tried to return 4 barstools that did not match my other gold accents and looked cheap10 days after receiving them ( bc doing total home remodel and did not want to unbox before ready for them to avoid dust/damage). When asked about return said nope, no way, nothing they will do. Now I'm stuck with $700 worth of cheap white barstools.

Don’t use this site. And if you do, make sure you plan to keep anything purchased bc they make it incredibly hard to return if that’s even an option at all.
