100% do not recommend purchasing from Coleman Furniture. Next time I'll be sure to do my research. Their BBB reviews say it all…I purchased a $5k sectional from them because their website said In Stock where purchasing from Ashley Furniture direct was 6 months out. Well find out so is Coleman. It's not actually in stock…Got it in 5 months. No big deal.

I must have received the sectional that has all the quality defects. Here we are 6 months later and the 3 ring circus continues. The warranty is having a technician come out to "patch up" manufacturing quality defects and best yet, you get to pay out of pocket for them (north of $615 as of today) & who knows when they will actually reimburse you. If you have time for the circus on a weekly basis, give it a whirl!

I have used Coleman furniture several times, and have always been pleased. This time, however, I guess I was surprised that the barstools did not come pre-assembled. One of the appeals for Coleman furniture was free assembly. I'm not sure if things changed after the pandemic or what the situation is now.

I simply love the new rocker recliner I have setup in the nursery. At first we were going to go with the common glider chair many people go with, but after thinking it over we opted for the rocker recliner being that it is much more comfortable and actually looks better as well.

I was very hesitant because the price was so low. I tried getting price matches at Ashley, and they couldn't even get close. I'm still skeptical, but if the delivery and setup goes well, I will use Coleman furniture for life!

I ordered a new dresser through Coleman furniture. Everything went exactly as stated on the website. It took about a month to arrive and was exactly as ordered. I'm very happy and will not hesitate to use Coleman again.

Very easy purchase. I didn't understand why the free Guardian plan offer popped up for this item when the item was less than the $1099 minimum purchase. However, with free shipping and no sales tax, I have no complaints.

My order was cancelled. On your website, I did not find any information that stated you have limited delivery locations. I would of NEVER wasted my time going through the order process if that was written on your site.

Could rate a lot higher but original order, which was posted on the web, was cancelled by you because the item apparently was out of stock and discontinued. If this is the case, why market it on the web!!

My shopping experience has been great this is the third time I've ordered a piece of furniture adding to my new bedroom set. They are the best in pricing and I receive my furniture in a realistic time frame.

Website was easy to navigate and information was helpful. Even better, someone answered the customer service phone line on a Sunday afternoon when I had time to sit down to browse and order. Maxine was very nice and helpful.

I ordered an Ashley dresser which was just as pretty as the picture. White glove delivery allowed for the item to be brought to my apartment and assembled quickly. I only wish the delivery was quicker otherwise great experience.

So far, so good. I gave 4 stars as I am concerned about the Guardian Protection Plan that this company promotes. I researched the Plan, and was not impressed by the amount of bad reviews. And, I'm worried that there are no reviews for the leather sleeper sofa I am ordering.

Was skeptical at first - especially reading through the reviews. But ordering was easy; received a call same day regarding shipping process and estimated time-frame; received within that time-frame and 3rd party shipping company was great with reasonable delivery times; even called same day to confirm deliver and ask if they could deliver earlier - our choice; quick set up and out; and wouldn't even drive on our newly poured driveway out of respect. I would order again for sure!

It was awful could not get the app. to work right and then you have an option to get financing which was ridiculous could not even stand to wait for an half an hour an still did not give me an answer lucky I liked the cabinet or would have left your whole site awful!

Web site was stuck on processing my order for several hours until I took my card number out. I called several times to see if the order was actually processed and held for over 15 minutes every time I called and no one ever answered the phone. I pray my order has not processed twice.

I was able to completely customize my couch and have it delivered for free. I really appreciated the timely updates as my order progressed through the ordering, receiving, shipping, and delivery stages. I'm loving my couch!

Great prices. We are waiting to hear back on a part that was damaged and we need replaced on one of the bar stools that we already have, but we are going ahead and ordering some shorter bar stools while we wait hoping to have it resolved soon. So far we are enjoying our purchase.

I ordered the Ashley 3 piece Rawcliff sectional in parchment from coleman, when I placed the order it said 8 weeks for delivery. Which is a rather long wait but we were willing to wait the 8 weeks because this is our dream sofa. Once we placed the order, we kept getting updated with longer and longer ETA's. Now we're going on 13 weeks and still nothing. Whyyyy so long!? This is crazy! Companies use Covid 19 as an excuse for major delays, and I understand we went through a rough couple of years with the pandemic, but If you can't fulfill the orders in the time you have on your website, why give people a false sense of hope. Be realistic and upfront with your customers BEFORE they place their orders!
