I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
The couch we ordered is great. The photos, especially of the swatches, were accurate. Service was good and customer service helpful. The only thing is that the folks who delivered the couch forgot to install the stabilizing legs, but we were able to do it ourselves.

I was confused as to how the Maier sectional was able to have a L shape without a wedge. Thankfully the website showed me clear pictures of the separate pieces so I could understand what I was buying and therefore measure the doorways properly.
We love our new sectional and end table. They are beautiful and we got a great price. It took a while to get produced and shipped, but we were kept informed a long the way and they actually delivered it about 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate. The delivery guys did a great job. They set it up just where we wanted it and did it quickly.
I have had a lot of tecnical issues with receiving quotes. I also got an email confirmation of an order that I never placed. That really stressed me out! After multiple attempts, I have finally placed my order. I spoke with Steven Smith, and it he was very helpful. My fingers are crossed that everything will go smoothly from here.
The furniture is great. The service is horrid. They company is very responsive but useless. I ordered my furniture on 7/1 and they claimed the July 4th holiday was why it got delayed two weeks. Twp pieces were damaged, they were shipped separately and it took me 6 weeks to get one of them and 3 months later I am still waiting on the final piece, that they tried to deliver once damaged and tried to convince me to keep it. Every phone call and email communication was full of people yessing you to death just to throw the policy terms in your face. They're insulting and a headache to work with. The delivery companies they use are phenomenal. Unfortunately, I would never go through the trouble of ordering through then again.

Coleman nor thw insurance will honor their warranty or insurance. Within 2 months of buying a furniture set it's started falling apart at the seams then the deck straight ripped and gave out with 3 small teens sitting on the couch which is pose to be able to hold more than 300lbs and it couldn't. And it had only been sat on by 4 people maybe 5 times and the 5 time 3 was together and bam ruined. So if u look at a couch check the style of deck it has if it's like trampoline material run dont buy it. They have no insides and the deck is all that holds u up and if it gets damaged it's trash, it costs more to fix than the price of the couch. Guardian is a scam 100% it claims it covers everything but clearly a manufacturers defect isn't covered.

This company really sucks and people put up 5 star reviews for dumb reason and they do it instantly without even having a full experience. I bought from this company because of the reviews then I later found out alot were not even customers

Rip offs. Don't spend your money here. Almost 2 months after ordering a couch, and my third time trying to cancel the order, all of a sudden the couch shipped yesterday? Weird, because for the fourth time this morning I got ANOTHER email from Coleman stating my order was "on order" and expected to ship between 2-3 weeks from today. Sat on hold to talk to Customer Service for 45 minutes, finally got through to someone who had a huge attitude and then was hung up on while he was "calling" the manufacturer to see if it could get cancelled. They're threatening to still charge us cancellation fees for a couch we NO LONGER WANT. Nice to see this is how you treat your veteran customers!

Per the manufacturer's terms, orders can be cancelled any time before shipment free of charge; a 15% restocking fee applies for cancellations once the order is loaded.

We wanted a Hekman chairside table that our local furniture dealer showed us in their catalog. They quoted $299, which seemed fair. I came home, did an internet search, and discovered Coleman Furniture offered the same table for $100 less and free shipping. I placed an order, which was delivered in 1-2 weeks.
First impressions are important, and this was a very positive experience. We'll definitely shop at Coleman Furniture in the future.
I ordered a dining set, coffee table set, and a TV stand. Everything arrived as scheduled. The TV stand and dining set was delivered by a company that also set it up at the time of delivery. I inspected the furniture after, no scratches, etc. No issues at all, I was happy with the service! Lastly, the prices with Coleman Furniture are very competitive, if not the cheapest out there, compared to other online furniture sites.
I shopped all over the Internet for the perfect piece for my small bar area. I found it on a few sites, but Coleman offered the best price. It was shipped and received in a timely manner. It was a small piece, so we put it together our self, but the product was flawless. Thank you Coleman for saving us money and delivering a great product to my door.

This is the second time we have ordered furniture from Colemans. We have been happy with both purchases. The first time we ordered a dining room set which was assembled for us in the house. The second time was a dresser and it was moved into our bedroom. I have been very happy with the quality of both purchases.
I shopped online for a couch set and I didn't have enough money to purchase the protection plan at that moment but I still received an email with link for me to buy it. I had until my furniture was delivered. I also received and email from them tying to confirm my identity in order to proceed with the order, I think that was a very responsable thing to do from a company that sells items that are on the more expensive side. Ordered a desk for my niece's room March 14th, kept getting updated emails. The emails make no sense and nothing from the company to inform me there would be a long long delay. I have had other issues in our house so I had enough to coordinate,
July 15 called the company for a update, was told they are waiting for the manufacture. Something about that company being sold. I canceled the order, a phone call say about two months ago would have gone a long way. Proactive shows you care!

Placed my order early December and got my couch roughly 3 weeks after order a day earlier than excepted. Great quality and it came with white glove service.
Price was better than competitors.
I placed my order online because the loveseat was not on the floor of any furniture store. Of course I was concerned. I chose Coleman Furniture because the value given for the price was good and reviews were good as well. This was the best decision ever! Upon receipt of my order, I received an acknowledgement and shortly thereafter I was given periodic status reports as to when I could expect the delivery. Delivery was excellent! The warehouse called with a date and the next day called with a time frame. When the delivery men arrived, they spent a total of 10 minutes in my home even after putting the loveseat together! The whole experience was seamless and I am very happy that I chose Coleman.
Found the EXACT style sofa & chair I wanted with killer sales prices. Lead time was reasonable, customer service handled my delivery concerns (regarding coronavirus). Delivery team was AMAZING - really nice, hard working guys. There was some confusion between customer service & delivery, but your tram worked hard to follow up. We order a bed and a lamp. They first said bed would be delivered in 3 weeks. Then it was 5 weeks and after 5 weeks they said 10 more! We ordered in July and it was supposed to be delivered until mid October! We also ordered a lamp at the same time. It came promptly several days later. The neck was bent and the shade was broken. We requested a replacement in early Aug. Coleman said the manufacturer would replace the shade but not the lamp. It is now the last week in Sept and we don't have the shade. Just keep getting emails manufacturer will be shipping. The next to last said they were shipping by the end of last week. On Sunday, they emailed they had ordered the shade. We still have the bent lamp, no shade and they won't return my money. Be very aware before you do business with this company!
