The Coleman shopping experience from start to finish was a breeze. I came to the site looking/hoping they had a certain table that was out-of-stock elsewhere. They did, and what's more, it's was significantly cheaper. The checkout process was quick and painless and, and the communication was always professional and timely. Would use again.

I originally found this beautiful sofa on Wayfair. It was on back order. The keep changing the date and the price and it won't be in stock for 2 more months. I am sure this is the same sofa and you have made this an easy process and exceptional service. Thank you.

We have been searching for a sectional and one of our daighter' a new bedroom suit for a while and I came upon Coleman's website. With multiple great reviews we found one we liked and went for it. I love the email updates on manufacturer to shipping to scheduling delivery. Everyone was so helpful and nice and did a great job and we absolutely love our sectional and bedroom set! We will definitely use them again.

I found my dream couch online and shopped several vendors for the best price. Coleman furniture beat the competition by several hundred dollars and offered free shipping.The couch was on backorder for several weeks but representatives at Coleman kept me updated. Several weeks later I purchased two chairs from Coleman. I continue to shop their site regularly.

So impressed with this company. Ordered a couch and the quality is high for such an affordable price. I compared it at three different stores and this was the lowest price + they had free shipping + they had a superior warranty included. The quality was the same as the couch I saw in store. I'm a fan.

I searched for days online for smaller leather recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in a Kilim rug. I finally found them at Coleman's. They are called "Butterscotch" but I think Cafe Au Lait would be a better descriptor. They are beautiful and comfy. The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my LR. Thanks to Coleman for providing the perfect chairs.

Everything was as described. Couch was brand new in mint condition and delivered in a reasonable time frame.

This was a genuine Ashley leather recliner that was hundreds less than buying in the brick and mortar Ashley store.

I will definitely check Coleman in the future when it's time to look at new furniture.

2 1/2 Months I wait for an entertainment center yet the company drivers can not wait 10min for me to get home from work! Not to mention I took a half day at work and missed my son's first day of school to meet them. I would have been more than happy to cancel my order and go with a more reputable company but they obviously are very aware they are horrible and put a 15% "restocking fee" on. I was even willing to pay that not to deal with their "Thursday Only" delivery. So if you are in Ohio and Thursdays during the day dont work for you then dont bother ordering. I am in the military and it is difficult enough to get a 1/2 day off let alone a full one. And thanks for the whole 12hr heads up on what day you were coming that was very professional.

Great customer service and prices so far. Will recieve my order in 3-4 weeks.

Update 4/20/2019: Received the Ashley sectional and the LAF Chaise frame is broken all the way through. Needs replaced.

Customer service won't help you in warranty claims. The 2 stars goes for quality furniture, but don't expect anything from the Coleman warranty if anything goes wrong. Try will look for ways to not offer you any warranty.

Many Items prices are more as compared to Walmart. For e.g. Same item which I purchased is $27 less in walmart with free shipping option as like Coleman furniture. But I chose Coleman just because setup is free. So ideally I am paying $27 for setup/installation. Hence I can't say purchase in Coleman is beneficial for me and Coleman can't just advertise free delivery and setup.

Coleman Furniture has been great to our family! Last year we purchased a sectional and this year we upgraded our bedroom furniture. Purchasing was easy, delivery was simple. FInancing was also available at a decent rate through Affirm.

Easy of purchasing and financing. The delivery was a nightmare. Deliveright left my furniture in the rain, they didn't help me take the sofa set into my home. I understand it's because of the virus pandemic. But seriously there's no excuse for leaving my brand new furniture outside, unattended in the rain.

Site was well organized and I found the furniture item I wanted at a very good price. I had a question about an online coupon and used the chat function. They were able to quickly answer my question and I completed my transaction.

Easy to navigate and great pictures, descriptions and reviews.
I'm worried about the final product because I have not seen it and the return process is not great. But I'm hopeful that everything will be fine based on the manufacturer, warranty and reviews.

We are having a house built and decided to get some new furniture for it. We purchased a lift-top coffee table, 3 end tables and a sofa table from Coleman Furniture. Of course they are all of the same set. It was easy to order the furniture from the website and it arrived without incident. The furniture required minimal assembly. Coleman had a huge variety to choose from on their website and helpful descriptions of each piece of furniture and reasonable prices. We will look to Coleman Furniture in the future should we decide to get more furniture for the new house. We would recommend them without hesitation.

I have order furniture from cole on April 17 2020. I have yet to receive the 2 sectionals I ordered. Every time I call, it takes hours t get through to someone. When you do get through they basically tell you sorry COVID has delayed oder. I would not recommend ordering anything from them as their customer service is horrible.

I was offered an opportunity to chat with a "furniture expert" since I had a question. The response I received was that everyone was busy but they would get back to me shortly. I responded "OK". No one got back to me and I was "timed-out" and told to start the process all over again. :-(

The furniture delivery guys were nice and professional. They really did ensure we were happy with the setup before leaving. The price was right as well, but they really made the whole experience positive one.

Love this store's selection, friendly customer service, and reliable, on-time, and professional delivery arrangements. I have bought a coffee table and a king size panel bed from this store, and I will definitely be back.

My daughter woke me up complaining about possibly bed bugs, I couldn't sleep. I came on to this site and there it was a bedroom set and mattress. I ordered using Affirm, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get it. Now it's on the way thank you so much!

I was referred to Coleman's and found that it really was the best deal around. The delivery process was a little longer than what I had anticipated, but Coleman's does a good job of letting you know that up front and staying in touch when your order is being processed. The Bristan set looks so good with my dark wood floors and I love that there is a matching recliner option. My boyfriend is 6'5'' and fits on the sofa with the ottoman comfortably. The movers did a great job of bringing everything in, unwrapping, and setting up my furniture.

From start to finish, everything went great! First, the price was excellent! Jill at Coleman even reached out and extended the extra warranty to me, which I forgot and had to be purchased by delivery. Once I purchased it, she confirmed it was linked to my couch. The furniture came within 2 weeks, I could have had sooner, but that was due to my availability. The delivery company was excellent and couldn't be nicer. They were very polite and in and out in less than a half hour.
