I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Website was easy to navigate and loved your wide variety of size, finished and pieces for dining rooms. Found exactly what I had been looking for and was less than similar items I had found elsewhere.

We recently ordered a Dimplex media center from Coleman Furnature. After shopping around, we found what we really liked and Coleman had the best deal by far. They communicated throughout the entire process and the delivery and set up was included. They were courteous and helpful whenever we spoke on the phone. In addition to the media center, we received a protection plan for no additional cost to us. When we are looking for new furniture, Coleman will be one of the first places we will shop.
on hold for a long time to ask a question but decided that I could ascertain the answer myself and just ordered online. My question was whether the "right hand facing" meant right return. And the photo is a desk with the return on the right so I figured that is what was meant. so hopefully I will be receiving this desk with the return on the right side!

Our order (#*******) was for a table for our foyer, The piece was shipped in flawless condition, and was very easy to install. The only issue, which wasn't Coleman's fault, was the month-long lead time to receive the piece, which to be fair, they informed us ahead of time.

The prices are cheap but the service is HORRIBLE! My sofa was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 weeks, now I have to wait 3 Months. I had a house warming planned, the party had to be cancelled and flights had to be cancelled. When I reported this to Coleman Furniture, they did not try to reimburse me at all and said that it is not in their policy to give refunds for late deliveries. I do not recommend this company at all.
Everything looks perfect in my bedroom! The delivery guys were a little lazy and wouldn't take my furniture up the stairs to my bedroom so they just left my things in my living room. I am a female and it would have been impossible for me to get everything up the stairs by myself. Thankfully, I had some guys that could come help. But other than that, I love my furniture!
I called the customer service number with questions and the rep could barely answer my questions. Finally gave up and used the "chat" to get come answers, which were given quickly and correctly by Armie. Then placed my order on the website.
Service representative was snarky in responses. Attempted to change an order before step 3 of the delivery process. There are 5 steps to the delivery process from order placed to delivery. Can only edit an order at step 1 of process. Otherwise, you will be paying to cancel the order. They will NOT work with you after that regardless of site malfunction during the order. I suggest customers double check the order email as soon as an order is placed to make sure what you paid for is being shipped. Or just go with another supplier.

I'm very pleased with the purchase. It looks very well in my house. We like the top finish and sturdy, wide legs. I was looking for a table like this for a while. I wanted a quality item without breaking a bank. By purchasing this table I achieved both.
We found living room tables at a local brick & mortar store, we were told the items were in stock and would arrive in 4 - 6 weeks. Really, in stock but a 6 week wait? We went online and found the same furniture... it arrived in one week.

I ordered a Realyn Bench from Coleman and I love it! Super easy to put together. Looks exactly like picture yet better! The price was great! Many places sell this bench but Coleman was the lowest price out there! Finally it arrived a week early which was a pleasant surprise!
Great furniture selection and deals on shipping, but FYI the website has a minor glitch on the checkout form where the address information state selector is not rendering, and I do not know what triggers it. I just reloaded the checkout page and reset the form to submit my order so it looks like it went through.
I have placed an order with CF and I somehow gave them my old address. I have just moved, it was night time when I ordered, so being so tired, I over looked the shipping address. I wrote them right away, I have called repeatedly, and the recording I keep getting is, you have reached us after hours. I have been calling ALL DAY long, and its the same recording. I will never order from these people again.

This is, by far, THE WORST furniture company I've ever dealt with.
When product shows up damaged, they try to force you to keep it at your house. If you refuse, they don't contact you back for over a week about a resolution. They also tell you that this brand new, damaged furniture they decided to 'fix,' you HAVE to accept.
Prices aren't much cheaper than the retailer the purchase from &, I promise you, that 'savings' is NOT worth the time and energy you spend dealing with their staff who has ZERO desire or urgency to alleviate your situation.
Also, that 'back order' date they give you- multiply it by, at least, two.
