I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
We had a great experience. Not sure why others were not happy, but everything was perfect for us. I ordered the Door Chest by Greensburg. Came exactly how I wanted it and was available for delivery earlier than expected. The delivery was a good experience as well. Everything was perfect!
This couch is amazing and the delivery went well! I wasn't home but it was easy for one person to move the boxes into my house from the patio. I had to move them when I got home. Also it is the most comfortable couch I have ever had. The fabric is soft and very durable! *******

The bed is beautiful. Not yet sleeping in it for we're still waiting on the mattress from another source. Virus delay. But the bed is beautiful... it was an easy purchase on the phone and when it was delivered it was the white glove handling... impressive. I had never heard of Coleman furniture before and wanted to order an end table. I was nervous to order because I hadn't heard of this company and was hoping it wasn't a scam. I ordered the table and I was so pleasantly surprised and totally impressed with this company. They sent me emails every step of the way letting me know the status of my table and when it would be shipped along with the tracking information. The table arrived a few days ago and it is the prettiest piece of furniture I own in my home. It is just gorgeous. I will be ordering from Coleman again and recommend this company highly.

While I love my new leather sofa and new coffee table and end tables, and they had the best pricing, I wish they would have been upfront as to how long it would take for delivery of each. I placed my order on Black Friday and they quoted me two weeks for delivery. The sofa arrived on Christmas Eve and the coffee/end tables arrived on January 7th! Two weeks after placing my order, I called them and was told that my sofa was still being built (I was told when I placed the order that the item was in stock) and that the manufacturer of the coffee table was having shipping issues. If you want to buy furniture online, make sure you place your order well in advance of when you think you'll need it, otherwise you'll be spending lots of time sitting on the floor waiting for it to arrive!

I wasn't thrilled at first with the idea of having to wait a few weeks to get the products ordered but the fact that it was cheapest here did win out. End of the day I was willing to wait longer to save some green.
Good . Several coupon codes did not apply to this order but your website accepted and applied USA25 to order however did not reflect in the total for some reason.I would expected code to not say 'applied' if it was not going to work. Was misleading.

Technician arrived with incorrect directions: August 11th
If you're still reading, I'll give some background. When my furniture arrived both the delivery man and I wrote on the form to describe the damages. I sent pictures of the delivery form and damages to Coleman Furniture where I received terrible service from a Jamie J. Of course, she did not make any note of the defects before sending over a technician to only fix one piece. Now, he is incapable of fixing anything because those were not his orders.
Save yourself the trouble and 4 months of emailing a brick wall, just don't buy your furniture from here.
Went to a store first looking for a chair, felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. I looked on line and found it $300 cheaper with white glove delivery included. Love the chair, but love the deal and service I got dealing with colemanfurniture.com, more.
The satisfaction policy is frieght plus 15%. The white glove service isn't. The driver knows better than anyone else. The product arrives in parts... weeks later we are still waiting for the shelves.
The cherry on the mess is the white unit is covered in black smudges...
The delivery service did the sectional assembly which I was unable to do myself. It was a small sectional but each piece was still bulky enough that I would have ahd trouble inserting the units in the bracket assembly alone.
Wrote an email a few months ago asking to purchase extra covers for my sofa. Rachel Thau responded that they were available. Wrote back again a few months later and recieved an email that they were not in stock. No problem, I can wait, right? Sent am email back asking when they would be back in stock and Rachel wrote back they will no longer stock the item. I wrote back again asking if they still stock the sofa, she snarkily replied that they will not take cushions from warehouse sofas. Um- what? I never mentioned I expected her to do so. But, now that she mentioned it, they never have charge backs? My intention was to purchase another sofa. I am appalled at the way I was treated. Unfortunately, there is no other way to contact the company other than through her. I hope someone from corporate will read this and can help remedy this event.
I had bought this couch and loveseat 8 years ago from Coleman Furniture. The couch has gotten little wear as it is just my husband and me but the loveseat after 8 years was showing normal wear and tear. I was so pleased to discover that I could still find it through Coleman and purchase just the loveseat. With just a few clicks the purchase was completed. I was constantly updated as to status and delivery which went off perfectly. The loveseat was delivered when promised and matches the original couch perfectly. I could not be happier.
I ordered a buffet table and was told that it would take one month. The day before delivery I was emailed from the warehouse stating my delivery time. Day of delivery I waited all Day! I called the warehouse and they stated that someone from Coleman was suppose to call me to inform me that my item had been damaged. Well guess what... no one from Coleman called me! Once I called Coleman thry stated they were unable to tell me when my item was going to be shipped. Unable to tell me when I would receive the buffet table that I already paid for. Unable to tell me anything except... we are working on it. I stated I would just cancel the order as I am getting no information and proper time frame. Now I am being told I will be charged a restocking me, my question is a restocking fee for what furniture? The damaged one? How can I be charged a fee for a piece of furniture that was damaged by another party? I am getting no answers and I regret ordering from this company
I ordered a grey recliner sectional online. My deliver date never posted in my account or email and nobody called to set up a delivery date as the email said they would. So I called and was told the sectional I ordered was out of stock and they don't know when it will be in stock. There was no manager to speak to and the lady was not helpful. They took the money out of my account for a sofa they didn't have. I have still have not received a refund. This place should be put out of business. They ruined my whole day.
We had been wanting a sofa that we could sit/lay beside each other that would be more comfortable than the sofa we had. We shopped locally and found the sofa we wanted; the quote was soooooo expensive. The sofa has only two sections which are wide enough for us to sit beside each other and it doesn't have the uncomfortable ridges in the cushions so if we want to lay down it's still very comfortable! It also matches our other furniture very well. We looked the same sofa up online and it was so much less for the exact sofa! The local company couldn't even price-match because there was such a difference! The delivery was even sooner than we were told to expect and the crew was very polite. We are loving our new sofa and highly recommend you checking out Coleman Furniture before buying elsewhere!
I'm sure everyone who gave this place a good review did it in the beginning this couch broke down within 6 months of having just by sitting on it im a 152 pounds and the first thing that happend was a board was wobbly called reported it as a claim because I did purchase the insurance they offer they said I had to wait a full year until coverage kicked in called at the year mark reported a borad was completely broke and also a coffee stain and rip on the inside they said I made the same claim a year before. Do not buy from here. It comes as a beautiful looking couch but doesn't last its me my husband and newborn baby that shouldn't have happened
Couch looked just like in the picture and delivered very easily! Coleman kept in constant communication on the delivery and super nice. Not the most comfortable couch in the world, its a little lumpy, but very deep. Perfect for sitting crosslegged or relaxing on the couch.
It was a great purchase experience. I receive the white glove delivery that was awesome and very professional. I received the mattress before the 4 weeks timeline. I will purchase from Coleman furniture again
We bought a white couch and they shipped me a grey couch. When contacting customer service they said sorry we can't help you. They told me I could return it but it would cost 1k to return it. They sent me the wrong color couch and refused to fix the color. Customer service supervisor told me that the customer is not always right and refused to help me any further. Don't buy anything from this company otherwise you will be stuck with it.

The piece of furniture is fabulous. The delivery system was terrible. I purchased my piece of furniture at the beginning of November and received it on January 20th. Each time I called for a status update it was always the same statement that it was with their 3rd party delivery company. The time it took and lack of support for real direction or even a simple ETA was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Coleman and if you have doubts check out the BBB.org. I am not the first to complain about delivery times.

Order with first credit card wouldn't get accepted because supposedly my address was wrong but called my credit card company and nothing was wrong.with the address. Ended up having to use a different credit card for the purchase. Frustrating
The website took forever to respond to the item that I put in my shopping cart. I was getting worried that the site wasn't for real. I had never bought furniture online before. This was a pleasant experience. I bought an Ashley (Tulen) couch and loveseat. My furniture was delivered much quicker than expected... I ordered on 06/03, and it was delivered 06/12. It was delivered by a semi-local (2 hours away) moving company that I assume Coleman contracted with. This is not top of the line furniture, but I knew that going in (considering the price). I just needed something that will last me the 5 or so years that I will have kids in the house, and hopefully this set will do that. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Coleman Furniture again. It was great to shop online (only drawback, you don't get to test it first... I had to depend on the reviews) and not have to deal with a clingy salesman following me all over a furniture store.
