I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
I ordered two chairs from this company on December 2019, they sent me two broken chairs. When I called them to ask for replacement, they asked me to send them the photos of the broken parts. After that they told me we are going to send you the replacement parts, today is February 22, I am still waiting! The only thing that they did is: sending email every week saying that we are working with manufacturer to fix the problem!
I believe they just send broken furniture and because of that their price is low!
PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

They deceive buyers by their low prices, once they send broken furniture and got their money, they don't care about the customer anymore! If I could give them zero star, I would!
I was approved for $2400 by katapult and had issues with my computer at time of purchase. I went on the next day and was denied. I called katapult directly to solve the issue and they informed me it was nothing on their end that the retailer(Coleman) wouldn' t allow me to do so. I was upset by that as I was already approved and as far as paying my down payment so what could change in one day.
I would like to congratulate Mazel Tov Furniture for their really excellent service. Every time I had a query, it was responded to quickly and efficiently. I'm really pleased with the Dinette Set I ordered and I would definitely recommend this website to friends.

Shopping is very easy and the selection is the from the most well-known manufacturers in the country. The products are the exact products by those manufactures and the free shipping makes buying from Coleman a no-brainer.
We didn't have enough space for a loveseat to go along the sofa so we focused on sets that have a chair and a half. It's basically in between reclining chairs and loveseats and is really wide and comfortable. We settled on the hogan style as we didn't want leather and liked the color and fact that it was plush. It is big so make sure you measure your floor space properly.
They are comfortable, built well and very stylish. Ordered and was shipped within 3 days and received within 5 days the product. Was happy with the quality and the design of the product. They look perfect at my counter bar with my new remodeled kitchen.
I hope I am as satisfied with the sofa/loveseat as I am with the shopping experience. I was told with Chat "Matt" that delivery would take at least 4 weeks. I will not be at the delivery address until Oct. 16.
The first time we ordered a couch on Coleman Furniture, it took them up to 3 weeks to ready the couch pieces - and when the time came, they notified us that there weren't enough "pieces" to make the couch. Extremely frustrating since we should've known it ahead of time rather than the last minute.
Okay, we gave it another go and ordered another couch. When the movers tried to get the couch to our apartment, the couch wouldn't fit through our apartment, so the movers guaranteed us refunds if we signed a waiver to refuse the order. Turns out, Coleman furniture charged us 150 bucks for shipping (that's suppose to be free) as well as a 15% fee.

We purchased two additional Adirondack chairs to match two we had purchased locally. They arrived quickly, matched the two we had, and were less expensive than the locally purchased ones. We would shop Coleman in the future.
I purchased Bastrop Dark Brown Sofa. It took awhile to be made and arrive due to Covid, but it was worth the wait. I am very pleased with my purchase. I was always updated on its arrival and customer service was always responsive.

I liked the extensive descriptions about the sofa and loveseat, and the furniture sounds like excellent quality. The pictures are good, and I hope the colors are a match to the actual sofa. I only regret being able to sit on the sofa to determine comfort.
I purchased Paxberry vintage bed beginning of August, a week or so I received only the bed footer & not the head board, next day I contacted Coleman regarding missing headboard, another week or so received damaged headboard then after filing a claimbthey scheduled fedex to pick it up. Sept 2nd after being on hold for about 50 minutes finally customer service informed me that FedEx are not willing to deliver and for me to pick it up, they had no explanation on why FedEx first delivery was deliverd and picked up but not this one. After 2 weeks of reaching out & being placed on hold for over an hour they send me an email approving return and refund which I never requested. Fedex is investigating.
I bought a sofa and loveseat at half the sale price that Ashley Furniture was advertising. The loveseat arm rest was missing some padding, Coleman had repairmen come out and fix it. I love my new furniture!
Delivery was quicker than first indicated. Delivery staff courteous, efficient, friendly, and placed furniture where I wanted it. Overall very good experience.

My experience so far has been an excellent one. Great website with diagrams and measurments of sectionals and extra pieces is phenomenal! Made purchasing simple. Love the discount on extra pieces when purchasing the sectional and being able to finance my purchase via Affirm is the topping on the cake.
Went to Ashley furniture first and that was a bust because I wanted a particular sectional and they had nothing on their website but they offered bigger deals and now i know why-Coleman had exactly what i wanted for less and offered better, clearer instructions on payments
I decided to purchase my sofa and loveseat set from Coleman's furniture after seeing the same set on Wayfair for 500 dollars more. The service was better than I've experienced at stores like Ashley Furniture and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of furniture.

T ugh e piece arrived fine, easy to assemble (4 screws - but no directions), and good quality. All you do is assemble the legs which come as 2 separate pieces.
I am so pleased with our beautiful new bedroom set. Great look, quality. Better than I expected. The delivery was also exceptional. You do wait a bit from the time of order but definitely worth it.
Don't shop their very bad to do business with, cheap furniture. Bought a recliner and wood frame was broken inside the chair. Wing on chair not on correctly. Got no satisfaction when I called. Them. Never again and they told me to get someone to fit it how impossible is that unsewn the chair. Are they crazy or what you can not fix the frame you have to take the leather off the chair, It would never look the same. Belive me. Never again.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. After waiting three weeks for my two sofas I go to check on the order status to find it canceled. When I called them they said we called you and you did not answer and we had to cancel because I did not confirm shipping method... whaaat? I already paid and confirmed everything including the shipping and I got my order confirmation email and I though I was done. Very upsetting... they did not even care. All they said order it again
