This has been a good experience for my first time buying furniture online. I plan to continue using Coleman Furniture for other needs if it stays as easy and positive throughout the process.

First time visiting the website. Did not know it existed but made purchase immediately because of the reasonably priced items in comparison with other sites I've been looking at for a while.

Being able to build my sectional with the exact seating and types of seats I need is exceptional. Your customer service is also great, very helpful when needed.

It was pretty good. Would have liked to set a delivery date our until October but the chat person was not sure that could be done. I wanted to get this sale price.

We purchased our safe online having seen it for more expensive in the local security store already. True to their word, despite the heavy weight shipping was truly free.

I bought 2 nightstands from them that came preassembled. They were put together as cheaply as possible. They didn't use screws but staples to keep pieces of wood together. I exchanged one for a new one after it cracked. The new one had the drawer slides cracked and outside of the drawer. I asked to return both of them and they told me that because I did not have the original box, I could not return it. They then took two days to give me an offer of a $15 store credit on their website for each nightstand if I kept it. I started a credit card dispute and they offered me a $100 credit. I looked at the nightstand that I had for 3 weeks and it already developing 2 large cracks and will start falling apart soon. Avoid them at all costs!

Could not have been better. Fantastic outside loveseat at a great price with easy communications and easy delivery. Amazing, actually, these days. Will definitely buy from them again.

very simple check out process and I like that there was a comment box included for any special instruction. Super helpful and saved me time from calling.

Customer service via phone was excellent, which seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days with most companies - so that is very much appreciated.

Easy shopping and got exactly what i was looking for. Went to other websites that are seen on tv (wayfarer, joss and main) but could not find it. I found my perfect desk here.

Seeing how I placed my order on cyber Monday, sit was very slow. Otherwise experience was fine. Will definitely leave feedback once item is received.

I've been pleased each time I've bought something from Coleman. I'm not a frequent on line shopper but when the price differences is this drastic I go online to purchase.

It has been 3 months since my order was placed worth over $4500. Every time I call them and they keep saying it will take another 6-7 weeks. I regret ordering from this company.

Great prices! Had some problems with the website not going back to the first item after looking at 15 or 20 items. But other then that I am very pleased with my shopping experience.

The desk is bigger than I expected but I should have taken measurements. It isn't a huge difference to me as I'm only one who works in my home office and don't meet anyone here.

I AGREE WITH OTHERS. WE ARE CURRENTLY BEING SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY. I DIDN'T SIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS BUT DISCOVER CARD SAYS THEY CAN'T HELP ME BECAUSE THERE WERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE. YOU CAN'T RETURN DAMAGED FURNITURE WITHOUT THEM TRYING TO "FIX" IT, THEN PAYING VERY HIGH "RESTOCKING" FEE (AS THOUGH THEY ARE THEN GOING TO RESELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE) AND FREIGHT CHARGES. THEY TOLD US WE'D HAVE THE DESK IN TEN DAYS, THAT WAS IN JANUARY. NOW APRIL 10,2019 I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMAGED THEN REPAIRED DESK. ACTUALLY HAVING NIGHTMARES DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
