I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
So far good... I just placed my order online through Pay-pal credit and it was effortless. I'm hoping that all goes well with the delivery setup and payment method I have chosen.
I am highly pleased. Although delivery took longer than expected ( due to the pandemic) but scheduling, delivery men were amazing and very professional

My wife ordered an area rug for our living room. The rug was bit different in the color of the online picture thank real life. Delivery came a few days later and we like it very much so.

I ordered a bed frame from Coleman. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to deliver. Almost six weeks later the bed still hasn't arrived. I understand things are slower because of Covid but I've been sleeping on the floor for two months. I have to move on and get a bed elsewhere. When I called to cancel the order I was charged a "restocking" fee. This is unfair. The item was never delivered! I've been working with other furniture companies who've had major delays (not this bad though), and I've had to cancel with them but they've not charged me a fee for their own failures! This is tantamount to thievery. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. STEER CLEAR!

Looking for an "affordable" yet Quality Bedroom Set. This site offered a wide Variety of Styles and Brand Names along with Pictures, Prices, Dimensions, Materials Used, and Construction Details for each individual item offered. I like that. I also liked the fact that Items were offered as sets at a discounted price AND that I was able to customize which pieces I did or did not want in the set selected while still being given the Set Discount Prices. I Called the Company just before placing my order and as an added Bonus the sales associate I spoke with (Chris) told me of a Promo Code I could use to save even more money! Yay!

They refuse to help a customer in any situation. All they do is try to offer you some lousy 50-75 dollars for MONTHS of frustration. They constantly lie about when you'll get your items and do not care about the inconvenience they cause. I will NEVER shop here again. It is a week away from august and I still have to contact these liars about items I ordered back in may, one of which showed up damaged and I never heard back from the delivery company since. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go elsewhere. Not even worth it. At all! I will be going to my bank Monday morning as I feel this is now fraud on the companies end. DID NOT DELIVER ANYTHING

This is actual real wood high-quality furniture at an incredible value. So far my purchases have arrived in perfect condition and is exactly as described and shown on the site.
Tip for consumers:
The stuff I purchased had to be self-assembled and if that's not your thing you should keep that in mind, or inquire if they will deliver it assembled for an additional charge.

I purchased a dining table and chairs and also found an end table that was part of a set from a cocktail table I had purchased from another company.
Shopping on their site is easy but don't expect them to stand behind what they sell. Purchased the Jaine White 126" Entertainment Wall unit and it was delivered mid afternoon. There is no sunlight that enters the room at that time and we did not notice any issues with the piece. The very next morning while walking across that room the sunlight coming in exposed a malformed, warbled area on the bridge connecting the two towers. I took photos and contacted Coleman. Immediate response was "you signed that all was okay so we have no responsibility". When I told them of the lighting issue and showed them photos, they still denied help other than offering $80 credit to have someone fix it, but gave no help or contacts to get it repaired. No one in my area wants to touch it. I explained that it was a defect in manufacturing, not shipping damage. They had me fill out a warranty claim form saying that they would help me as a go between with the manufacturer. Funny, the website clearly states that Coleman is the manufacturer. Nonetheless, I filled out the form, they supposedly contacted the manufacture who quickly denied any responsibility and Coleman says "case closed". What a joke. Was going to buy more from them, not now. I'd suggest folks stay away from this company as they misrepresent themselves, the products they sell and do not stand behind them.

We understand you are not happy with the resolution that was provided to you for the post-delivery issue that you are reporting, however, since the delivery paperwork (POD) was signed indicating that you inspected all the pieces of your order and confirmed that it was delivered in good condition, we are very limited with the resolution option. Yet, Coleman Furniture offered you the courtesy credit allocation so you can contact a technician to address this issue.
