Coleman Furniture

I recently had a delivery of a table and chairs that came on my lunch hour from work. After the delivery team put the table together one of the guys asked me to initial delivery on his phone. They were in and out in 15 mins. I drove back to work. When I came home and was moving the chairs I saw a puncture in the leather. I got in touch with Massimo Logistics who handled the delivery and they told me to contact the seller. When I contacted Coleman they told me it was my fault for signing. That ultimately I signed for good furniture. I didn't read anything. It was a signature on a phone. A line to initial. To begin with Coleman screwed mere because after they took the order the bench came from another party. Now they refuse to make anything right. Be very wary of this company. They are a third party who could not care one iota about the truth. It was within hours I got in touch to say I missed the tear and they put it on me as if I did it. Never buy from them again. Will tell no one to buy from them. Whoever dealt with me PASSED THE BUCK. Terrible customer service on her part!

I placed a promotion code for $200 DISCOUNT and it took it. However, when placing the order the system took it out! However, your staff (Maxine) was very kind to rectify the issue and I should get a confirmation by tomorrow that I got my discount.

At first, I thought there is no way this furniture company is this cheap and provide the product ordered, but yes they do! I took a risk because who buys furniture online?!? Well, received the product ordered undamaged and it works!

It did take 2 weeks for delivery but they kept me informed about where my product was and when it was coming. I wasn't in a rush anyways because I bought it because it was such a great deal! I tried to upload a pic but I couldn't.

I found the couch I bought locally, went online and discovered Coleman Furniture. Purchase, delivery and set up could not have been any easier! I'll be back soon for my next furniture purchase!

I found Coleman to offer the lowest prices compared to other sites with shipping and delivery accounted. I appreciate the detailed emails with updates on the status of shipment. Product was just as advertise. The only problem was with the delivery courier. Although in the confirmation email. It says to please remember to inspect all furniture at the time of arrival. We incur extra costs to ensure that your order is properly packaged and handled with the best care possible. Damages are very rare, but in the event that they do occur, all damage must be noted on the Bill Of Lading, and customer must contact Coleman Furniture immediately. Inspect the package when it arrives. The delivery people know that they must wait until the package is completely inspected. Any damage not noted on the BOL will be the responsibility of the customer.

This didn't happen. Delivery guys refused to stay for me to inspect or make notes of the item delivered. So I felt that was unfair. But luckily the item was okay besides a couple scratches I am able to touch up myself.

Very easy to navigate the website and choose a style that works best for you. Love the number of filters to help narrow down your search. Will definitely return for future furniture needs.

Gave me a hard time ordering because I was entering a "not valid email" it was very frustrating I have been having this email for over 10 years and never had an issue.

I tried to order the bench that comes with this set for $135 but it keeps removing it from my cart at checkout. They need to remove items that are no longer available.

Coleman's offers great financing options, better than Ashley Home. Also free shipping and delivery with in home set up! You can't beat that deal. I love Coleman's.

Some info was difficult or impossible to find. That's why we didn't end up ordering the suggested mattress & box spring for the bedroom set we ordered.
