Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I chose Coleman due to the crazy price difference. I was hesitant at first, because I have never ordered from them. Delivery was quite fast, and the men who set it up for me were great. No issues and I love my new sectional!

I was hesitant to order from Coleman's, at first, because it was a purchase done online. I knew nothing about this company, and they are located in a different state than where I live. But it turned out great! I have the chair, it was the item I ordered, the transaction and delivery was very easy and went smooth. The only thing that could be improved upon was letting the purchaser know, in advance, how long the delivery process was. Perhaps I was impatient because I really wanted this chair asap, but I was not informed that delivery would take a bit of time when making the purchase. We're all accustomed to immediate results these days, right? When I did call to find out my delivery date, the customer rep was apologetic, explained their process, and was very kind. I would purchase from Coleman's again, but will measure my expectations of quick delivery…or, at least what that means to me. Great experience!

I was worried the couch was taking a while to get here- it took almost 8 weeks. However, was so pleasantly surprised how well the delivery team did getting it in the house, unwrapped, and set up. It's so comfy!

I know it generally takes a long time to get furniture, but this couch took almost 2 months to get to me. I am really pleased with the quality and the team was awesome answering questions and even adding another piece to the sectional, so overall the experience ended positively! It was just tough waiting for so long when all I had to sit on was camp chairs. I wish there had been more of a sense of how long it would arrive before ordering but still very pleased with my purchase.

Free delivery and set up.
They changed my delivery date 3 times. The first time, I got a notice the day before. The second time, I waited at home all day and no one showed up and no one let me know the delivery was not coming that day. I tried calling the delivery company several times only to get a voicemail box that was full, so I was unable to leave a message. Coleman Furniture customer service could not get in touch with the deliver company either, and actually hung up on me when I demanded information. It was very frustrating not knowing where my furniture was or when it was going to be delivered. How does a furniture company not know where their products are at all times? I was also told I would get a $25 credit for the inconvenience I experienced but have not received it. I will never order from this company ever again!

The furniture is nice, besides that it missing couple legs, but the delivery company not good, the furniture was sitting more of the week about 40 minutes away, I call to try to pick it up, and the answer was yes but you to pay a fee for earlier pick up. 😤😤

Cheaper than original furniture store
The couch I ordered took a bit longer to deliver as it did not pass the inspection however the team was ON IT emailing and texting me updates so I couldn't even be upset. Great job team!

We couldn't have picked a better sofa set for our family, it's very beautiful with deep & wide spacious seating. It's also very soft & luxurious to the feel,the cushions to sit on aren't to soft or to hard actually they're perfect, it's like relaxing on a big pillowy bed. The throw pillows are feathered,so you'll have to fluff them to your likeness other than that, this a very beautiful & well made sectional.
We were looking at other local furniture stores for this same set & they were asking twice the price or more. We checked out Coleman’s & found it for much cheaper…they also offer flexible payment plans along free white glove inspection at set up & delivery services. It took a little over a month to arrive but that was fine because of their delivery & all. Coleman’s & their delivery guys were all very friendly & informative to work with through it all. We plan on making more purchases in the future with them & would highly recommend Coleman’s to our friends & family.
Experience with delivery company was awful. Scheduled delivery was not made on scheduled date and no notice was given that delivery would not be made so I sat at home entire day and evening waiting when contacting Coleman and delivery company neither could give us information about what happened and why I wasn't contacted that the delivery was delayed. Eventually received the delivery and love the bed but did not like the experience
Not helpful with scheduling delivery or determining issue with delivery. Pretty much got the impression they didn’t care about the delivery of my furniture

Several bolt screws were bet/damaged and most of the glue was hardened.
I was very skeptical about ordering a sectional online, mainly becuase we kive in the country about 45 minutes from the nearest interstate but it saved me over $1500.00. I placed my order on Feb 5th and it was delivered Feb 27th. Definitely worth the wait. It was delivered and set up and mess cleaned up by the delivery drivers. Would definitely use Coleman again!

I found the couch I wanted locally and then shopped online and found that Coleman furniture also carried the same item, I was able to get the Presidents' Day sale promotion and order it for much less than I could at my local store, delivery time was a bit longer than I wanted but it was worth the wait, delivery Schedule was right on with what they quoted me and the Delivery and set up team were very professional
