we waited on hold for almost an hour and customer service never came back on the phone. we were waiting for a 10% memorial day discount match but finally gave up. We did spend almost $3000 today

Nice to have extra storage. We put some silicone mats on the top to protect the stone but not mandatory. We also took the wheels off to make it a bit lower and because we don't need to move it around

This bed configuration fits my granddaughter perfectly as she moves from a crib to her first bed. The storage around the bed frame is perfect for her stuffed animals!

Honestly one star is wayyy too generous! This company is a Joke! The products they sell are delivered in poor quality and damaged which the company does very little to resolve. VERY BAD customer service! I looked them up at the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and there rating is a C! And they have 375 complaints which clearly they could careless about! Also BEWARE this company also goes by RENEGADE FURNITURE! Save yourself a headache, time and your MONEY and shop somewhere else.

Do not buy from Coleman Furniture! You will be mislead and lied to from beginning to end. You'll be charged for furniture that hasn't shipped yet. You'll be lucking to receive your order at all. BEWARE! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This sectional was a steal for the price we paid. It's great quality and exactly what we wanted. The delivery process was also worry free and went smoothly. Would definitely shop here again!

I ordered a desk chair for my son as a xmas gift. Not only was the chair high quality, but Coleman provided great customer service with delivery information about my order. Great job!

Do not buy from this company. We ordered the Parker-House Tempe Bookcase and Writing Desk and it was handled by multiple businesses before it was delivered to our house. When they opened the back of the delivery truck we were in total disbelief at what we saw. At some point the furniture had been unboxed and the contracted delivery company had not strapped it down inside the truck. It had not been wrapped in furniture pads or shrink wrapped and had no protection around it at all. It was literally lying in a pile in the bed of the truck. Coleman states that is too bad and isn't their fault and that we have to accept the delivery or be charged for shipping and a 15% return fee. Luckily, our credit card company has stopped payment and the charges are being disputed. The customer service at Coleman is pathetic. Please see the attached photos of what we saw when they opened the back of the delivery truck. No one in their right mind would have accepted this delivery after paying over $4300.00 for this furniture.

The product was the exact same as in the ashley store. It did ship free and was a bit cheaper as well. Overall I saved about eighty dollars by buying from coleman furniture.

I have got an awesome deal from Coleman and would be able to setup my house with the money spent, waiting for the delivery and setup experience before I provide a complete review.

Fantastic bar! The metal on it looks like it's hammered out of an old airplance and I get so many amazing reviews. It has slight throwback values dating to the 80's but it looks great in our space.

I love my furniture. I found a coupon on their website that would've given me an additional $30 off my order. I called twice a left a voice message and no one ever called back.

I found the couches in store (one of those overstock warehouse places) and planned to buy them there, as we were making our final decision I was doing some research online and found Coleman Furniture for the first time. The price was so good I almost ignored it, I thought it had to be a scam. Especially with the free addition of the 5 year warranty. But everything I could find showed they were on the level. I finally decided with a price that good I would take the chance and hope my credit card company could protect me if I needed, I didn't.

They communicated great they were delivered weeks before I expected. Honestly the drivers were supposed to be there between 1 and 6 on a Sunday and call an hour before they arrived. At 11 they called saying they were 30 mins away. So when they got there I was still installing baseboards and quarter round. But they were nice, and knew they were early. Did a great job at setting them up and showed me how they came apart for later if I needed it. Overall it was a great experience.

Nice looking product, assembly was straightforward. Love the usb plugs. Love that the shelving is there, it is great for a small room or room with a small closet, as you can expand storage options

As I said earlier, I just hope you work with me on the delivery date. I am only off on Fridays and I cannot help that. It seemed your terms of delivery were a little harsh, but I understand .
