Has been an overall great experience ordering online. They have great customer service and quick communication. This is quality furniture that you can trust! No need for hesitation, you're ordering from a well rounded company.
I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
It was easy to find what I was looking for, but hard to find a review for the item. Thankfully, BBB had nice reviews from previous customers that helped me feel more confident in my purchase.
We purchased a coffee table from Coleman over the internet at a great price. It arrived on time and in great condition. We love it! The entire process was seamless!
We found a nice infant crib. We did get a call saying this one would require some assembly. It took us about 20 minutes to assemble. The crib is nice and sturdy. It is heavy but shipping was free.
Really liked the online shopping experience. If I wanted to look at items only with a 4 or 5 star rating that is what I got. I think this was the best online shopping site I have ever used.!!!

We bought this for our new home. When i ordered it, I was told it would take up to 3 weeks to deliver... it was delivered 4 days later! Just assembled it but we love it so far!
My purchase was wonderful good quality, true to the style, if this is your style you love it too very well made it completely add style to my master bedroom.
Great size for the bar area! Easy to put together and shipped in packages that were well padded. I expected them a week earlier, but that was okay with me since I wasn't in a rush.

After being frustrated from waiting 4 weeks for a desk that ended up being canceled due to being backordered through another seller, I found Coleman Furniture that had a competitive price as well as listed the estimated shipping dates, as this item is backordered EVERYWHERE (it is a gorgeous white and silver modern L-shaped office desk with shelves above). We received emails when order was received and confirmed, our card was not billed until the item was shipped, and it arrived some days earlier than the original order email estimated. Definitely recommend!

The sofa set is well worth the money. It is so comfortable to sit on and watch TV, read a book or use your phone. One of the features is a plug for your phone. Love it.

I love the color of this bed - the oyster coloring is subtle and I love the design on the headboard. Also very happy with the bed delivery and the communication with the delivery crew.
