I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

Their estimated delivery times are about a month and a half off. My couch has now been pushed back 3 separate times each time being a 2 week push back.

I purchased a dining set on 12/2/18 and the purchase amount was pending in my bank account ever since. On 12/13/18 I looked at my account and Coleman's charged me the exact same amount AGAIN. I contacted them all day long even showing them my transaction history from my bank. One person said that it is NORMAL for them to do this and the additional charge would fall off that day- which it didn't. Another person said that it will probably take 5-15 days for the additional charge to "fall off." The majority of people I dealt with insisted that they only show that they have charged me one time so there's nothing they can do- even though I shared the proof with them. So now I have paid $4271. 44 for a dining set that I don't even have yet and my receipt and all beginning emails verify the cost was $2135. 72. Since the refuse to help me in any way, I now have to wait for my bank to dispute the additional charge which could take months since Coleman's isn't complying at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wanted to give them a chance even though I had read many many bad reviews, but what they are doing to me is far worse than any of the complaints I have read.

Tip for consumers:
make sure you are prepared to pay twice for whatever you purchase from Coleman's- as 2 different staff members explained to me that "it is normal." It will take months for my bank to dispute their screw up because Coleman's does not even care what financial position they have put me in.

I'm a pretty understanding person and can see why there would be delays with COVID and whatnot, but my word, this company is horrible. Horrible. If you want to wait 4-6 months (possibly longer) for your furniture to arrive and if you enjoy awful communication throughout the process, order from Coleman!

I ordered a section couch in June. It's October and no signs of a couch. After raising hell multiple times, the manager herself said I would have expedited shipping and will receive mid-Oct. I recently received another update several days ago that it would take an additional 6-7 weeks. Oh, and a portion of the section hasn't even been built yet. Sweet. Ordering furniture in June only for it to arrive near Thanksgiving is unacceptable.

Coleman Furniture's customer service is absolute garbage. I've been told a manager will get in contact and return my call. They never did. That has happened three times now. Sales reps and managers deflect, deflect, deflect. It's never their fault, it's the manufacturer. The blame is placed on anyone but them. Don't expect any sort of discount for the delay either and offering expedited shipping is also a sham. They are clueless and will tell you anything just to save face.

If you are looking to spend a sizeable amount of income on furniture, I beg you not to spend it with Coleman. I canceled the order and will find something else. This company is terrible.

First time buying online and so skeptical about making such a large purchase. I did the chat line and procrastinated for over a week, visiting the online site, calling on the phone, and even going to a local store (another distributor in my state). Called again and this time the guy who answered asked me what were my reservations or concerns. OK, #1) too many negative reviews. RESPONSE: Only people who are unhappy usually want to tell about it and its usually due to reasons beyond our control, like they ordered something that doesnt fit in their home or maybe delivery delayed by carrier due to scheduling, weather, or availability.
After that response, #2,3, or any others didnt matter.
RESULTS: Coleman was upfront about availability and estimated delivery dates. They called me with status and also to advise when manufacturer completed and shipped my bedroom set. Delivery was ahead of estimated time and while glove service was outstanding.
BEST part is I literally paid 50% less than my local distributor (saved on sales tax too).
Absolutely delighted with every aspect of this purchase. My husband said he felt like royalty when he saw it and was very pleased with white glove delivery. Coming from a 40 year experienced furniture mover, I have to agree with the Royalty rating and experience.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would! When we ordered our hall server buffet piece during the checkout process it stated an ETA of 2 weeks. Other suppliers stated 10-days, but we went with Coleman for their pricing and reputation. Unfortunately 2 weeks went by no communication. After almost 3 weeks we get a notification that its with our local delivery partner. Then we wait another few days for a call from them. They are in Chino and we are in San Diego. They said the soonest they can deliver would be another 20 days from contact. So now my ETA of 2 weeks went to 40 days or almost 6 weeks. Spoke with Connie, account manager, and there was nothing they could do about the shipper that they subcontract, regardless what their website stated. I had explained we needed this piece to finish off our décor for TG party we had upcoming. That is why we purchased it on 10/17 to allow plenty of time past the 2 weeks in case of delay. So even with this misinformation, they still want to charge me a restocking fee of 15% to cover their shipping. If you can't honor an ETA, don't publish it on the order form prior to checkout and completion of the sale. Next time I will just go to Overstock.com or another online retailer that operates their business truthfully (may cost a bit more) and honors their customer relationships. I will pass this on to the CC company to handle. Save your $$$ and time and google your piece and search for another retailer.

We are SUPER happy with our purchase from Coleman - we had been looking at a piece of furniture from a competitor and were thrilled to find it a bit cheaper here - and even more ecstatic to see that we could get it set up for a fraction of the price! The piece arrived in great condition, as expected by the description online.

This review is getting 4/5 stars because of the local delivery company that was contracted to deliver the piece - they called to confirm delivery window and I missed the call - so they left a message. I called the number they left in the message back to say that window was NOT a good window and we would need to reschedule. They did not return my call, and showed up EARLIER than the window. Luckily my husband hadn't left the house yet, so they were able to deliver and set up - but their communication was poor about it. I'm not sure how much say Coleman themselves has in the delivery process.

I would order again, but just slightly hesitant to have to deal with the delivery company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE! They sent me a damaged (completely broken in half) item and refused to give me my money back for it. Then they proceeded to harass me for the damaged item back after not giving me my refund. They send a replacement I never even wanted. I just wanted my money back. They sent a damaged item with torn packaging and request that it must be picked up in its ORIGINAL packaging which I emailed and shown them is completely unable to be reused. I told them if they want the item they must provide new packaging but instead they send people to pick up the item even though it has no packaging. After months they are still emailing me. Can't believe they are refusing to provide packaging for the damaged THEY sent. This isn't a reasonable. The item wasn't even good quality either.

Tip for consumers:
Think twice before using coleman furniture. There are plenty of other furniture stores that are better quality and service than this one.
