Has been an overall great experience ordering online. They have great customer service and quick communication. This is quality furniture that you can trust! No need for hesitation, you're ordering from a well rounded company.
I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
I did not have to reach out to customer service. I could not find a better price on Amazon or other sites. Item dimensions were easy to measure. Hopefully the item arrives without a scratch.
Just a simple tv stand was needed and I kept finding I was getting charge so much for shipping. I like how prices here we competitive and had free shipping on the site on anything.
I spoke with Annie via chat line and she was wonderful. Then called to speak to Jill about my shipping dilemma and she was great also. I hope the shipping does not create a problem.
This was my first time shopping at Coleman Furniture, and I will be back! I was happy with the items I purchased, fast shipping time, and free shipping! They have a good selection as well.
Before purchasing this couch, I visited my friend who owns the love seat and couch with the same material. After falling completely in love with the softness of the fabric and the depth of the couch I could not stop thinking about it. After thinking about it I went to a local show room to see if I could see the couch again, and asked if there was a sectional in the same material…and to my delight it was. That night I did some research game across the couch here and the price was great in comparison to other places so I purchased. The delivery was flawless, they we polite and on time land I especially appreciated the communication with the processing of the order. The original estimation was 10weeks then to my surprise I received an email saying 3 weeks and it was actually about 2! They were on top of it! Back to the actual couch… the material is soft like a blanket. The color is the perfect blend of creams and grays and browns it's sure to match anything! The amount of pillows is insane! And they are filled pillows that do not slouch. We own cats and we're a little worried about the durability of the material but it has been great cat hair doesn't get embedded it stays on the surface and is easy to lint roll or vacuum off. If you are looking for some of the best naps, movie nights, or hosting a game night and playing on your oversized ottoman this couch is for you.

The couch is fantastic! The delivery crew came on an earlier date than expected, and set up the sectional within 30 minutes. Very pleased with the delivery process.
I was on hold for a half hour to speak with a sales rep. When I did reach her she didn't send the correct table photo I requested and then wouldn't respond to my emails trying to sort the situation.
I ordered an Entertainment Center and one of the shelves came damaged. They were so quick in replacing the damaged shelve.

Excellent service. I love the entertainment center. We get lots of compliments and it has great storage as well. The navy color is the perfect pop of color for the room.

I bought a beautiful bedroom set from coleman furniture in 2020 At a reasonable price got it delivered and setup within 4 weeks except for the 2 delivery guys having problems putting my bed together wrong the 1st time things were good.So 2 years later I ordered a black laquer dining room table that costs almost $2000 without the chairs the delivery men couldn't set it up parts were missing and the bottom base was damaged after weeks I got parts delivered to my house and after a few weeks someone came back to assemble some parts were still missing and the guy that came from Nashville was just upset he had to drive so far well he couldn't assemble either and then after 3 more weeks got the rest of the parts but no one to assemble.I called coleman a dozen times with little to no help so I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they credited my account well now coleman got ready to send someone to assemble my table but my base was still damaged they finally agreeded to knock off 300 for the damaged base and another 100 for taking so long so after 4 months I finally got my table assembled! I had got the guardian 5 year warranty and filed a claim recently for some scratches on my tabletop which they denied after reading reviews I found out they also were rip offs so I filed to get a refund the Warranty didn't help if they never approve a claim.I can honestly say I will never buy anything else from coleman furniture or Guardian furniture protection!@! Don't waste your time or money!

This chair I ordered for my elderly mother matched the one she was able to sit in at a local shop, and she loved it. I pray she'll love it for the rest of her life and the chair's life!!

It's a mce albeit simple kitchen island. Construction was ok for the price however this was the cheapest pricing for this unit we were able to find online.
Website offered plenty of varieties in furniture. I did struggle with the images for majority of furniture pieces and at times the description did not provide enough information.
During the day I had an opportunity to consult with Maxine who is personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was pleasant and I am comfortable with my purchase.
Kept getting an error message telling me a field was required when I had already checked the field. I had to log out and log back in to be successful in my purchase. I almost gave up

Loved the website and ease of use. However, the Guardian Protection that is offered does clearly state what is covered with the protection which is why I did not purchase it.
The ordering process was easy, and we absolutely love our new sectional! The only issue we had was the ship date changing several times. White Glove Delivery experience was top quality!
