Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
My experience with Coleman was great! My couch arrived very quickly and the delivery guys were so quick to set it up and made sure they put it exactly where I wanted.
I was able to set up a payment plan, which was SO helpful because I had just moved and was COMPLETELY starting over

Super easy to place my order. It was received in perfect condition. However the movers didn't connect one side and I can't due to both of my wrists having arthritis and in braces. I called 20 minutes after they left and was open to whenever it was convenient for them. They never got back to me. Still haven't and it's really frustrating that I paid for the movers and they aren't willing to come back?
The website was very helpful, but when it came to getting the furniture shipped and delivered it was very vague. I would only get generic answers to my shipping questions.
Only generic answers as to what was happening with the shipment. From someone that worked in the industry of shipping stuff cross country it was frustrating and will probably keep me from ordering again.
I ordered a 3 piece sectional. It was delivered a few weeks after ordering, but one of the pieces delivered was the other color. The delivery guy was helpful in coordinating the return. It took 1 week to reorder the last piece, and 3 more weeks for it to arrive. Coleman Furniture kept me updated on the communication from the manufacturer while waiting for the last piece. I just wish someone had checked my order prior to delivery to confirm it was the correct color. Both sets of delivery guys were great, though!

Everything was great except getting my actual furniture delivery scheduling. On Coleman's behalf I know they try to schedule as many deliveries at once as possible but took 3x calling to get a schedule date.

When the furniture was the delivered the 2 delivery men never even told me to check the furniture, so never new I had to. My closest friend dads passed away and after the left, I left to help her pick her father's ashes up. When I got back home I started putting my things in the dresser and my drawer is broken. Won't close right and makes noises. Upon further inspection 1 night table top is half off AND the amount of dirt that was in drawers are unacceptable for a $5000 bedroom set. I called right away to report it and you guys would not help me. I will never ever buy from your company again and I planned on buying ALL of our furniture from you guys. $#*! $#*! company with $#*! $#*! customer service… I contacted the BBB since you're unwilling to work with us..

We were doing some living room renovating and ordered the furniture set thinking it would be 3-4 weeks out before it came. To our surprise, it was delivered in about 1 1/2 weeks. Since we were doing some drywalling, we had the delivery people leave it apart and wrapped. We were able to put them together without a problem and we love them, they are just as expected, no defects, and we have received alot of compliments already!
I like online shopping and the convenience of shopping from comfort of home. I was a little hesitant about ordering something of this magnitude without seeing in person and not knowing what condition the furniture would be in when it arrived and would we be stuck with defective furniture that we didn't like. I read alot of reviews and was convinced we would be OK and it turned out just great!

Ordered four chairs. They actually arrived sooner than expected. Everything was great, except one of the chairs was missing the hardware package with the screws and washers to assemble it. I contacted them and after going through way too much effort, they shipped me replacement screws and washers. It took over a week to get the parts I needed. Once i got them, they worked, but they did not match the finish of the screws and washers on the other three chairs. The other three had stainless steel screws and washers, but the replacement ones were black, probably anodized, or galvanized steel, but not stainless like the others.
Required too much effort. Took too long to get replacement parts.

Was cheaper ordering on here than Ashley's furniture For the same exact furniture sold by Ashley's! Even better that it was a quicker delivery and received the white glove delivery for free (Ashley's wanted to charge like $500 for the exact same service) and the warranty was way cheaper. I love the dining set I purchased previously. These bar chairs are an exact match to the set.
We ordered a sectional from Coleman, hoping it would arrive for our housewarming party a month later. After three weeks with no updates, we contacted customer service. They said they had no control over when the sectional would actually ship. Days later, they informed us that the manufacturer would be sending it to their shipping partner in a few days, but they couldn't be certain. We were frustrated and felt misled because we would have canceled our order if we knew the process could take longer than a month. Also, the 15% restocking fee they said they would charge if we canceled even before the item was shipped is absurd. We gave a 4-star rating due to poor communication.
Customer service made me feel anxious, stressed out, and hopeless. I blame the store policies more than the actual reps however, who to their credit were very curteous even when I regretfully was not.

The table we bought didn't work. You couldn't close it when the leaf was in. It took a little back and forth, but it got repaired. I'd use the company again.

Coleman furniture promptly answered questions I had about my sofa and even contacted the manufacturer when I had a question they couldn't answer. Great customer service.my couch was delivered when it was scheduled to be, set up and all packaging removed. The gentlemen who delivered it were prompt and friendly. And last but not least, I LOVE the sofa!

Delivery was awesome. Tge product was not the color described on website and basically Coleman Furniture said too bad. It was supposed to be white but it was creamy yellow! Sent photos and Coleman said that Hooker Furniturr said that's white! Very disappointed and will not order anything again from them due to ther attitude.
They did nothing to resolve my discrepancy with color or dissatisfaction with color. Very very disappointing. I’m now stuck with a piece that is creamy yellow abd I will have to sell
