The entertainment center I ordered was more than $1,000 less that it was on another cite, and there was a sale, so it was 15% off that price. Not too shabby!

I ordered 2 pieces of bedroom furniture IN APRIL! It has been one lie after another. Finally 1 piece came to my house. Delivery guys removed the box while in my driveway. The box looked fine, the chest of drawers looked like someone took a sledge hammer to one corner. How does that happen? I refused delivery and was told a replacement was ordered. The second piece was finally received the the local delivery company, upon their inspection it was noted it was damaged. A replacement has been ordered. So, here we are in August, and still no furniture and no delivery date. If I had it to do over again... I WOULDN'T. What really makes me made is that I used their financing so I've been paying interested since day one. Now I'm told that if I were to cancel the whole thing there would be a restocking charge! Think twice before ordering from this company. Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones... or, maybe you'll be scammed like I was. No proof photos, because there is no furniture to take a photo of.

I was happy to see so many positive reviews on the item I ordered. I was going to select another color until I heard from a buyer that the antique white was not as white as it appears online. In person, it was more yellow. This sealed the deal for me to order the grey. I would NOT have been happy to see yellow tones delivered. It looks VERY VERY WHITE ONLINE. YOU SHOULD FIX THIS.

This is a bad company and they do not care about their customer. Because I did not find it clear on their website that I was ordering only a table and not the set when it was finally delivered I only had the table. So I asked if they would send the chairs and I would pay the difference for the set, they said they can't - but they chose not too because it costs more. The first gal I spoke with was very rude so I asked to speak with her manager. She said the manager would call back within the hour. The next day I had to send an email asking for a call because I still have not received the call from the manager. Then at least an hour later the manager called and would not do anything... just said she would return the item for a $250. Charge for shipping and a 15% restocking charge. She would not give the price difference for the set if I ordered the chairs. She just wanted to talk and not listen. I had to say her name 4 times to get her to stop to listen. Then I asked to talk to her manager and she said that is the owner and he won't talk with any customers. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY! You can get the same furniture from other companies online and they are cheaper. I then ordered the chairs from another company who had the courtesy to call and ask me if I had made an error because I ordered only chairs and not the table. You will also notice there is not availability to leave a review on facebook or their website.

Locating what I was looking for was easy and I was able to match a night stand with a chest of drawers I thought I could no longer find. So happy to have found this site!

Because you advertise it ships in 1-2 days but it is going to take 4 weeks. I'm still not sure ordering from you is the right choice but it is the set I've been looking for.

After waiting more than 3 months after placing my order, they all of a sudden email me to inform me that a hutch that was a part of my dining room set is discontinued! Very disappointed!

the check-out link was slow in responding, and didn't show any ongoing progress, so we were concerned that the order wasn't being processed. It eventually indicated that the order had been received.
