NOONE EVER ANSWERED ME ON THE "CHAT" FEATURE AND WHEN i CALLED ABOUT A COLLECTION THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOLD ME THAT ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE THAT I EVENTUALLY FOUND MYSELF ON YOUR SITE.

Awesome and easy . Since this was the first time I brought furniture on the phone I sent to some friends and they loved it ! Can't wait to receive it.

Shopping was easy and website was user friendly. I called customer service to see how quickly they answered the phones before ordering. They were very professional and answered quickly.

While one chair was perfect, the other matching one had a broken arm rest. It was too complicated to pack them again and send them back, I took it to a specialist to have it repair

The rubbed finish on this desk is slick. Not exactly the matte finish I had in mind but it still looks and feels good. Overll happy and this was somewhat expected as I ordered online.

visited online about price matching for a desk chair but was told there were delivery differences. That mattered on the desk I ordered but not $200 worth on the desk chair.

I received my desk yesterday within the timeframe provided and with absolutely zero issues. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will keep in mind when ordering in the future.

Wish we you could zoom into the picture further...And the checkout experience kept filling in the wrong fields automatically. We are using the chrome browser.

I bought a cocktail table + end tables recently. Since the website is displayed as "Coleman Furniture - Official | Free In Home Delivery & Setup", I made a bad assumption thinking that this applied to all purchases. This is not the case. The 3 items were delivered outside my door. The packages weighed 100 lbs for the cocktail table and 65 lbs for each end table. I am a small 70-year old female, and I do not have the strength to handle this type of package any more. I would never have placed this order if I had known it would not be at least delivered inside my door. Worse yet, one of the boxes was damaged. We opened the carton and I was relieved to see all of the additional protection in the box, but it was not enough. I didn't find all of the dings and one really large place where the top surface was completely gone until after we had disposed of the packaging. We did this in order to have room in my small condo to assemble the other pieces. Long story short, buyer beware and make sure you know exactly what services you are getting. Check their return policy before opening anything. I really like the furniture and it fits great in my small living room. I would have given them a 5 if I could have replaced the table and made sure the delivery would be to inside my home. And I am really sorry that I won't be able to shop here for some of the other pieces I still need.

Love the quality of the furniture and look! The delivery was amazing. I researched so many different brands and prices and have absolutely no regrets with this furniture.
