The site was a bit difficult to navigate but I think that was due to heavy internet traffic. Other than that the purchase was easy to complete. It was also nice to get a coupon code.

Didn't know I had to put the furniture together. That was a surprise. And I had to drill 2 holes on one of the chairs because the alignment was way off for 2 of the screws.

Very pleased with price quality and customer service and all items are exactly as described. Everyone in customer service was exceptional pleasant and helpful

Everything was great. From placing the order to receiving the delivery. Using the site and making the payment were easy. We recieved it so much faster than expected and the delivery guys were great.

Buy with Mazel Tov Furniture was a great experience at the beginning was a little fearful of buying but in the end everything went well, the Mazel Tov Furniture was fast in sending and exceeded my expectations.

Very difficult getting the correct pricing to show up on the site. Very, very difficult working through Affirm in terms of getting access code to get sent to phone due to technical issues at Affirm.

Delivery was quick and precise. I'm very please with this gray modular sofa. It's comfortable and my family loves it.

We ordered our bed from Coleman and have no complaints. We were kept updated with order status and we were called before and during delivery. Bed was delivered with NO damage.

Worst company that you think of. Do not order anything from this company. Please do not buy any thing from this company go review it and will see how bad this company is.

I had an enjoyable experience in ordering my items. However, I had some difficulty in applying my 60 bonus points. I do not know, if the bonus points were actually applied.

Enjoyed having the flexibility beyond the sectional package to pick and choose the pieces that made up the sectional we purchased to fit our living room.

I recommend Coleman Furniture. Very smooth order and delivery. Delivery company was also very professional. I love the bedroom and had no issues through the process.

Many furniture choices. Only difficulty was accepting terms. I would check the box and the website would say that I must accept the term and conditions.

The shopping experience was different. I had difficulty locating the item at first. i wanted to include another from "clearance" page, but i lost the page.

Honestly, if you decide to order from this place after all of the bad reviews, well... you are doing so at your own risk. I have two experiences with this company, both bad. First, I ordered a chair which I received damaged. It was a white linen wing chair and had a huge rip in it when it was delivered. I had the delivery guys take it right back and then notified Coleman's. It seemed like it would be handled correctly. It wasn't. It took weeks to get a refund, like 16 weeks! That was with me constantly calling after the first month. Then they kept a 15% restock fee, which I had to dispute. About a year later, I was trying to find a leather chair that was sold out everywhere... except Coleman's. So I decided to call them and talk to them about my last experience and see what they could do. They assured me everything had been handled improperly, but it would not happen again. Well, it did. About 2 weeks after I ordered the chair, I was informed it was no longer available. The chair was expensive, almost 2k. Coleman's offered to substitute a blue denim chair for the leather one. Well, of course I turned it down and asked for a refund. After about a month, still no refund. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank. Do yourself a big favor, look elsewhere.

My friend come to my room and decided to purchase the same set bedding. She love the color, the quality, and the installation service that included. That was perfect deal!

It was very easy to navigate the CF website and find furniture which I was interested in purchasing. The selection and amount of choices was ideal and the checkout process was easy.

It was very easy to place order. I was very happy with what I ordered and how well it was packaged. I love what I ordered and it looks great in my space. I will order again with Coleman furniture.
