Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
The site was very easy to navigate. I had a question regarding the material, and the customer service represetative, Matt, was extremely helpful. Very impressed!

Purchased a computer desk in mid-December from their site and was told would ship within a couple weeks plus a little time for the holidays and would arrive about a week into January. Called them on Jan 3 to updated address and they tell me it would ship early the following week... great. When that doesn't happen I call them and they say I will get a tracking number in 24 hours. That doesn't happen so I call back, and am told same thing. I am literally told at this time that the piece is wrapped and ready to ship. This happens three more times until I finally speak to someone who says that it will be made over the weekend and ship out beginning of next week. This person promises me a call back from a manager on Monday to explain the issue and offer some sort of compensation for the misleading of customer service and delay in shipment. Monday comes and no call back. I call and leave the manager a voicemail and never a get a call back. After being told a final time I would get a tracking number in 24 hours I callback again when I don't receive the tracking number. This time I speak to a manager, Connie, who says this time that there is actually a delay on the piece and would ship out in a week at the earliest and that I would get an update in a week and offered no compensation for the delay or for being misled for a week and a half. At a certain point I obviously no longer believed what they were telling me and decided to cancel my order with them and submit this review to that I could possibly help somebody avoid using this awful, awful company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bookshelf from Coleman Furniture about 2 months ago. Point2point company delivered the bookshelf on behalf of Coleman. When they brought it to my home, the bookshelf nearly fell due to an abnormal angle (due to having a short depth and having carpet). Next, the siding was uneven. The base was uneven and the entire thing was flimsy. The delivery crew even agreed it was not worth $435. I refused the delivery on the spot and had the Point2point call Coleman furniture and take pictures of the unsatisfactory product. Weeks later, * responded by saying it was up to standards and are trying to redeliver the product. I have spent a couple thousand dollars with this company, and this is the first issue I've had. Nowhere on the website does it state the bookshelf needs to be on hardwood floors. Not to mention the build quality is poor and they are trying to redeliver it. After getting American Express involved; they claim that they will only give me half a refund since they need to charge me for "redelivery and restock" fees. I will never do business with this company again and I advise everyone to be cautious on what they purchase from this company considering you will only get half your money back if they bring you a crappy product.

I ordered a bedroom set back in may and it is now almost November and they have been telling me it will arrive every 4 weeks since June. Every time I try to speak to a manager someone on the phone rudely says there aren't any managers available and they will call me back and I have never once got a call back. They have also said they cannot refund me and if they did there are cancelation fees. After trying to deal with this for 6 months I finally ordered a different bedroom set that was guaranteed to Me by a sales person and another person that it's available and I'm stock so I went on with that order and out of nowhere they canceled both orders. So now after trying to find out what happened they still won't let me speak to a manager and tell me I should try to call back in a month and that there's nothing they'll do. Overall a horrible experience and after waiting 6 months I currently have no order and my money has not been refunded. They refuse show any kind of professionalism and customer support and will not help with my order or my refund.
Delivery was great. Three men brought the 275 pound dual recliner up a flight of stairs and set it up exactly were we wanted it. Very professional delivery team. The recliners are great.

I would say it was great but there is a small tear in the back of the couch when we received. So, that is a real bummer!
Ordered an office suite from Coleman. Only the rug shipped, and was told the remaining furniture would arrive in 4 weeks. The the rug shipped, I was charged for the entire office suite. Then I was informed the remaining furniture would not ship for 5 months, maybe…. They claim they can only generate one invoice per order for some reason, so I had to pay for all of the furniture up front even though it wouldn't ship for 5 months. To ship the desk, which was in stock, separately from the other pieces would incur an additional cost of $400.
They later said my order may never ship, because of the uncertainty of the availability of the matching bookshelves. So they take your money up front, not knowing if the order will ever ship. Oh, and I found they do NOT pay the manufacturer anything until it ships, so they literally use your money to operate their business I reported this sales tactic to the BBB in NY, and they will launch an investigation into this illegal sales tactic. Needless to say, I cancelled my order with Coleman, and ordered with a competitor.
I would expect sort of legal action to be taken again this Company, of which I will be happy to provide my experience.

I made a order from this company on November 3 with a statement from them that I would have the order in 2 weeks,
Before Thanksgiving. I was sent a email saying that my furniture would be deliver December 3,2018.
On this date I called company and was told it is in the same status it was in 2 weeks ago. They could not provide a delivery date.
I told them to cancel the order, I was them threaten with a Restocking fee on a order that was never delivered. I paid with through a
Company Affirm that they use for financing. I have not made any payments to this company yet, because I had no payments due. I advise Affirm,
That my order was never delivered, and was canceled. Therefore the loan was not needed. Affirm told me that they had already paid Coleman and I needed to call them and tell them to refund Affirm their money.
I never heard of this type of practice. I refuse to pay a restocking fee for something I never received. This sounds like a SCAM. After being connected to 3 people and being put on hold each time, and having to repeat the same thing each time. I finally get a supervisor (Melissa) who had a problem that I was upset and did not allow her to talk over me, She hung up. This was the 3rd purchased I made from them with basically the same problems.
We ordered a sectional with photos & diagram labeled as RAF sectional in their website. Waited for 6 weeks for order to arrive. When we finally got the order, it was the wrong configuration and its missing 2 nail heads accent. The delivery people were so in a rush that I can get to inspect my furniture. We contacted Coleman Furniture right away and told them the problem. They insist that we got the correct configuration but changed the photos in their website with the correct ones after we communicated with them. We want to return the furniture but they want us to pay for restocking fee & shipping fee. After we filed a complaint with BBB, they said they will waive the restocking fee but we have to pay for shipping fee. It's been over a month & we still have not return the furniture because they will not issue us a return authorization # unless we pay for shipping fee. Why would I pay for something that is not our fault? They have a return policy but if its a mistake in their part, they should cover all the cost & refund us in full. The customer service is so poor. Doesn't respond to email right away, it takes couple of days or weeks. When we call, they will say they will call us back but never got a call back.
We ordered the RAF sectional as labeled in their website but they delivered the LAF. We sent the photos to Coleman & still deny it & says that we received the right configuration.
