Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
It took almost a month for me to receive my products, most people didn't know where the product was most of the shipping process and couldn't give me a date.

Ordered this desk on 12/1/2023; paid in full. Advertised delivery 3-4 weeks. Six weeks later on 1/11/2024 the first delivery is attempted. Delivery company was four hours late; then attempted to deliver a completely broken desk. I rejected delivery, per the delivery company's recommendation. No resolution from Coleman Furniture has been offered for new delivery, however customer service sent a legal-ease threatening email that they would only refund about half of the payment.

The purchasing process online was smooth and easy to follow. However, the return process is a complete rip-off! If someone is not pleased with the product they have to come out of pocket to return the product to your company. Depending on the shipping location, that can cost as much as the product itself, which is ridiculous! Your company should highly consider changing that return policy so you don't loose business and discourage people from purchasing products from you again.

I looked for a while to find the kind of floor bed I was searching for for my toddler and came across this one. It's perfect for her. It's sturdy and the head board can be installed on either end. Very low to the ground, which is great! Highly recommend this bed. My child loves the shelves.

The drawers on the bed are both supported by one screw in a 1in piece of wood in the center. The drawers on the bed had a few pairs of shoes in each of them. After having the bed for roughly a month the entire support beam split from the bed and the drawers are hanging inside the bed, no longer usable. I expected after paying over $1000 for a bed frame it would be usable. Would not purchase this bed again.
Used before and price was better, delivery and setup was adequate.

Customer could have been better.It took several calls to get the correct chairs sent to me. A portion of my order was incorrect and that might be the fault of the manufacturer who shipped them.
Ordered several pieces for our outdoor patio. Two couches, a love seat, chair, ottoman, coffee table, and two side tables. Everything came in wrapped and in perfect condition. A little time putting together the coffee table, and we were good to go. Cushions are firm but comfortable and the throw pillows were a nice addition. We are tall people and the couch depths and lengths are great for us. Shipment came sooner than expected so we can enjoy now!
Style and price
I am so pleased with this couch. I've already fallen asleep on it numerous times. My dog loves it too; he's a shedder but it's barely even visible with the plush texture and it's easy to clean. Delivery time was a bit long (just about 5 weeks from the day I ordered it), but well worth the wait. The installation was free and the company kept me up to date and did a great job placing it just where I wanted. Highly recommend!

The complaint we have is not with the delivery of this furniture. We would like someone to address the poor craftsman design of these chairs. The arms on both chairs became unstable and detached less than a month after they arrived.
Problem of the poor construction of the arms on these chairs has not yet been addressed.

We ordered a reclining sectional couch. It took many weeks to arrive. Communication during the sales process was good. Delivery and setup was also very good.
However, buying a large piece of furniture online obviously has its risks. For us, we knew the size of the piece was on the edge for our space. Once it arrived we decided removing one of the sections would be optimal. However, Colman refused to allow the return of one piece. I found this surprising, as we custom built the couch, piece by piece online, so there obviously is not a problem with reselling it. We also requested the return about 12 hours after it arrived. It was never used.
They said the whole couch needed to be returned. Resulting costs for shipping and restocking was over $1000.
So - we are happy with what we have, except for an extra unit we can't use. Make sure you make the right choice for your situation, or you will pay dearly to return items. And since this is online, its risky to know how things will work out until you get the product into your home.
Return policy was a shocker. I understand a restocking fee, but why we could not return one piece when you can buy that single unit online sounds like the policy is simply designed to discourage returns, rather than satisfy customers.

Cost savings
The table and white glove service were both great quality. However, I spent HOURS searching for the right table and the color of what was delivered is NOT the color shown in the online pictures. Therefore, now my chairs do not match and the table does not match everything else in the house. I didn't even need it to be the exact color of everything else, just close enough. And it is no where close to the color of the table in the pictures online.

Coleman as the middle man was good but manufacturer was bad.
My table came when expected and the delivery guys set up all was fine until I noticed that the leaves did not line up with the table and they stowed away crooked. The manufacturer stated that this was normal in a dry environment and that the wood shrinks and swells. I am in Florida and we're are far from dry, the wood has not shrunk it has shifted and it's crooked on both ends. I wanted a resolution to this but all they could offer was a $75 credit and a poor excuse.
