Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I like the look of the furniture and I called to double check that you will deliver to Martha's Vineyard (which a lot of companies won't) and you said you do deliver here for free.

Easy to work with
Shopping was great because I found the furniture I wanted now I have to check how the shipping experience is gonna be, the chat is an issue I try to contact somebody to ask questions and wasn't working or nobody was avaliable to answer the chat I suggest to fix that issue under than that everything else was ok.
A little disappointed in the size of the pockets on side. Things I wanted to put there - don't fit. Only complaint.

I order a dinette set and it is beautiful it took a little time but that is to be expected with what's going on in the world today but overall I am very satisfied with Coleman Furniture
I ordered bar stools on line 12/2019. I was sent an email stating they were back ordered. I replied to their email and canceled the order.
6 months latter I come home and find the barstools on my door step. I called the company and advised them I canceled the order in January. They called me a liar and said I was responsible for the return shipping.
IF I NEW THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THEM!
Took only 1-2 hours to setup. No broken or missing pieces. It is a little small for a dresser but I'm fine with it. 9/10

The katisha sectional is offered in a ton of different setups. We opted for a cuddler on one end and a standard sofa on the other as the cuddler fits the cove style are of the living room.
Ordering was simple and delivery was seamless. Would recommend!

The only thing I think could have helped, is the item ASL-******* is supposed to have a console between the loveseat recliners, however, at check-out it only said: VACHERIE SALSA RECLINING LOVESEAT,....so it would be helpful if your description at check-out added the word CONSOLE or WITH CONSOLE,.....just wanted to make sure I had the correct item ordered.
