Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
This is the first and last time we will ever purchase from your company as all of the legal action you took on my 87 year old grandmother could have simply been avoided had your company responded to her several emails in the first place requesting an update on delivery. After no response for months she had no choice but to file a claim. The cost of the discontinued bed was close to $900 which is pretty much her monthly check. Your lawyer contacted her today and in her current state this did not help her at all. We contacted the bank again as the previous rep never closed her initial claim. The claim has now been closed and your payment is being processed today and your lawyer said we had until today to fix it or she faces legal action and will be forced to pay legal fees of $500 and up along with paying for the bed. It's insane your company dropped the ball and expected my grandma to pay for something she had no delivery date for and did not have a bed for months but when you have your money taken and held you threaten her with legal action when she did everything that was asked and the bank representative who is going to be counseled due to all this escalating and not doing her job. My grandma has to pay the price. I know you guys could care less but I will be writing reviews on every single platform because this is wrong and people need to know what kind of company you are as I advised you numerous times I handled everything for her, told you her age and medical condition and you hounded her and threatened her and only reached out to me when you're lawyer was involved. Her health is deteriorating and that phone call today did not help one bit. This company is the worst avoid it like the plague. Word of advice put your customers first.

I ordered a bedroom set for my son in December of 2021 with an estimated delivery of March. I expected delays because of COVID but nothing like this. There were 4 different attempts to deliver this set starting in May. The 1st time, about 2 hours after my delivery window, they finally called and said actually it was damaged it will not be arriving. After I took off work. The 2nd time, they actually showed up, but again, the headboard was damaged. The 3rd time, they said it would be delivered that Friday. But the night before I realized I hadn't gotten a delivery window. I called and they said actually that was a mistake, it's not coming. I asked why didn't anyone call me? No answer. The 4th time, they said it was coming, but a few days before actually caught that it was damaged again, and cancelled. Today, the 5th attempt, it was actually delivered. 8 months later. But in true Coleman fashion, they did not send instructions for the delivery guys on how to assemble. And the legs for the nightstand were not delivered. So they will be sending those for me to assemble myself. I asked if I could cancel this order, and they said re-stocking fees would apply. On the flip side, they are kind of enough to give me a $75 refund on their second mistake on a $2000 order. Give me a break.

The missing light switch was sent to me. My husband drilled a hole to install it, and it works fine now.
My couch came quicker than expected, the delivery company put it together and was cautious with my new floors, and turned out great!

Ordered a couch and chaise on July 9. Was delivered on Aug. 28th with damage on 6 areas. Delivery team took pictures, sent them to customer care and customer care offered to replace the damaged pieces. I was under the impression I ordered and paid for new furniture and i expected to receive new furniture. Today, Oct. 1st, they delivered the pieces that were clearly repaired and repaired poorly. Once again, I refused to accept damaged furniture, delivery team took pictures and sent to customer care, customer care offered a $100 discount. I stated again, I ordered what I believed to be new furniture and I expected new furniture, not poorly repaired furniture. They asked me to give them a chance to make it right, and they would send new furniture but it would take another 6-8 weeks. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. Customer care stated there would be a 15% re-stocking fee. My TWO DAYS of unpaid time off to wait for crappy furniture is monetarily more than the 15% restocking fee. I'll run them out of business before I'll give them a dime. Save yourself the headache- Do not do business with Coleman Furniture; a Renegade Furniture Company renegadefurniture.com - the name describes them perfectly.
The coat rack didn't come with great instructions but I was able to figure it out on my own as it was only a few parts.

I ordered a Belmont Black Metal Cabinet from Coleman in October of 2023. The order number is #*******. On Nov 3, upon attempting to delivery the cabinet it was damaged on site when the delivery crew scraped the cabinet on the steps in front of our house. They left that cabinet at my house while Coleman determined a resolution. They finally decided to replace the cabinet. When the delivery crew
Arrived a second time, they came to the door and said they could not bring the cabinet in the house because it was a 3-person job, and there were only 2 people on the crew that day. It is still a mystery why they did not schedule a 3-person crew knowing they needed 3 people. On the 3rd attempt on Dec 16, the delivery crew arrived and it was raining. There were 3 people, but only 2 people carried the cabinet, so the 3rd person did not contribute to the delivery. Upon reaching the stairs, one of the crew members lost his grip due to the rain and the cabinet scraped on the stairs again. They did not carry the cabinet any further and returned it to the truck. They also took the first damaged cabinet that was delivered. Instead of any further attempts, Coleman canceled my order and refunded my money. This is not what I requested. There were many, more professional options, but Coleman took the easy way out. I would have never attempted handling a metal cabinet in the rain, that was a poor decision by the delivery crew. The cabinet could have been protected with padding. There is a balcony outside of the room, the cabinet could have been lifted to the balcony and carried in from there, avoiding all the stairs completely. There are options. Much heavier objects have been delivered under much more challenging circumstances. They also only refunded me the purchase price, not the price plus 3 months of credit card interest.

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY! By far the worst furniture experience ever! Renegade also owns the online store Coleman Furniture. I have two orders with this company. When I ordered I was reassured I'd receive the order within' 4 weeks. 6 months later and I just received the furniture. I received zero updates and then one day the furniture just showed up sitting outside in the RAIN in my driveway. They claim that once the furniture ships from the manufacturer I would be contacted by the shipping provider to arrange a time for delivery. That never happened. The sideboard/couch table came and it has a corner bashed in. The company did absolutely nothing to rectify it. The entertainment center I ordered also has a corner bashed in. The dining set came with 4 chairs but is missing components to put one of the chairs together. I have reached out to the company with zero response. I've been waiting 6 months for furniture and then it comes with issues around every piece not to mention it sat in the rain, and there are water marks on the furniture as well I just discovered and have to report to the company. If the ever respond I'm sure it will be another 6 months to get the situation rectified. The financing company has been charging me for 6 months as well before I revived the furniture making automatic withdrawals from my checking account before I even took delivery. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
