Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

I bought a chest of drawers off of this company. I was called by the delivery company and told the day of delivery. They showed up early so I was still at work. They stated that they had drove from Tampa and needed to get back so they asked if I could get a neighbor to come and accept delivery. I did get a neighbor to do this. When I got home, I could see that the chest of drawers was the wrong color. I have the same furniture in my bedroom but mistakenly picked the wrong color when I was ordering. If I was home, I could have seen this and declined delivery.
I called the company soon after, which was within the return time. I told them that I made the mistake and that I knew I would have to pay some kind of penalty. I paid a total of 1063.58 with free shipping. When I called to get a resolution the customer service reps were not helpful at all and appeared to try to want to upset me. I can deal with that since it is hard to get good employees these days and it is obvious this company has horrible employees.
The problem that I have is that I paid a total of 1063.58. Coleman Furniture wants to charge a 149.10 restocking fee and then 618.00 for shipping. So out of the 1063.58 that I paid for this chest of drawers, they only want to refund 296.48. I made the mistake and knew I would have to pay a penalty but to only get 296.48 back is a total rip off. I tried to reason with them and stated that I would be buying the correct color so they would make money off of that transaction as well as they would be delivering the new chest of drawers so they could pick up the return item so not to make a special trip to just pick up the returned item. They would not accommodate me at all.
If I could give below zero stars I would. This place is the worst place ever to buy furniture from. From the Customer service to the furniture. I waited over a year for them to correct these issues. Each time it's been a failure after failure. They keep asking me to take pictures, then the part would have to be ordered. 5months later the parts are still not right. For someone spending over 9k you would think they would aim to please to continue the business. My daughter has been missing parts to her bed set for over a year. I called numerus times to speak to a manager. They refuse to allow you to talk to a manager or supervisor. At this point they could simple come get this disaster of a so call Funiture and refund my money. I have left my number time and time again for a manager ( NO call back). If I was them, I was be embarrassed I hired such ppl to provide that type of customer service. This business should be shut down to practice customer service. For it is the customers that keep such a business going.
Tip for consumers:
Run from this company. If you value, you hard earn money spend it elsewhere. Not worth the trouble and the back and forward. You will never receive a call from management.
