Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
The shopping online experience was good message back and forth with live chat. They were polite and gave me good information.

I will tell you how it is so easy Coleman Furniture has CUSTOMER SERVICE second to none. I was a little uneasy about buying furniture online but from now on for me it is the only way to go. As far as I'm concerned CF does all the work they maintain a large inventory, set up free white glove delivery which I received my furniture ahead of schedule they also offer buyer protection plan. CF keeps you informed every step of the way from warehouse to into your home. Your furniture goes thru an inspection process prior to delivery and encourage you to make the final inspection. My purchase went perfect and I mean perfect in everyway. For me it is Coleman Furniture King OF CUSTOMER SERVICE from end to end and they are just a bunch of nice people to do business with. I must say the delivery company were very good professional and friendly. One more thing besides Coleman Furniture being the complete package they have GREAT PRICES! In closing I would like to give thanks to everyone involved at Coleman Furniture.

Just looking for game table and chairs
I read reviews before ordering a curved white velvet settee for my entryway. However, it arrived after quite a long time with black marks and black spots all over it UNDER THE PLASTIC WRAPPING. They refused to replace it.
It's still sitting in its box with only a small hole in the wrap in my foyer. Beware before you spend $700 with this company. They wanted me to take $35 to clean it myself, $85 to accept it as is. I refused and now they say I legally have to let them have someone come try to clean it, who wants this mold to transfer to their other furniture?!? Not me especially after spending $700.
We will see how this is resolved after their "cleaner person" comes today.
Wayfair has waaaaay better with their customer service.

We'll after sweating this out for weeks, their hired furniture repairman stated that this was indeed black mold and that he couldn't possibly "touch" it with his equipment, Coleman's is refunding our money. Now we just have to "dispose" of the item ourselves…my husband is almost 76…hmm…
So buyer beware if your item is coming from another country, Coleman's will do everything they can to keep your purchase price…

Tip for consumers:
They have a clause one doesn’t see that gives them the authority to “take their own measures” to make the product usable. But I purchased a new piece of furniture without black mold…

My experience buying from Home Gallery Stores was less than ideal. The free installation is not worth it - I bought from them because they offered free installation, but I wish I had just paid the $50 and gone somewhere else. When the bed was delivered, the box was in complete shambles. I should have turned it away but we had waited months for it and at a first glance it seemed undamaged. The delivery guys had no idea that we were supposed to get assembly but thankfully they were super nice and assembled it for us anyway (I think they are a third party, so if you do buy from here, be prepared for your delivery guys to be unaware of the "free" delivery). I was asked to sign for the delivery by being presented with a cell phone with a signature line, no contract, no explanation of the conditions of the delivery. This ended up being a huge problem, because when we did discover some damage a day later, Coleman insisted that because I had signed that the delivery was in "good condition" they couldn't do anything except offer me $100 to have a local contractor come out and repair it since I was a "valued customer." Considering that part of the damage was a chip in the stone insert piece, I find it unlikely that anyone outside of the manufacturer could fix that. Also, in order to get the $100, I had to pay up front, then send them an invoice with the amount, date of service, and the *logo* of the company.
In my opinion, good customer service would have at least offered to refund me a portion of the purchase price if they weren't going to offer to replace the piece that was damaged. If you are willing to put up with long wait times for the product, boxes arriving in complete disarray, delivery guys who have no idea that assembly is included, and a no-exceptions customer service policy, sure, buy from Home Gallery Stores Otherwise, spend your money and get this bed from literally anywhere else - it might not be better, but it couldn't be worse.

The tables were very nice. Just like in the picture. One of the holes for a screw seem to be wider than the screw and it did not Tightened.
Not a big fan of affirm. I want to pay some on the furniture now but its not allowing me to. Which is a HUGE pain in the butt..
Very pleased with my table and the shipping company was very helpful. They had to go get some parts to fix a chair and were very nice about it.
