Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I like what the company has to offer and I love reading the reviews on the items. I also like that several pictures of the items are included.

We found the furniture on Houzz for a lot more, originally we were just looking for the matching bench but found your prices a lot more reasonable.
Price was right. Paid in good faith. There delivery company is horrible. Delivery was scheduled for 8/2/2018 took the day off it was supposed to arrive between 2 and 5PM. At 3:30PM i use their tracking system said at stop 10 and I was stop 11.5:15PM tracker said at stop 13, they skipped me. Called their delivery crew at 5:30 left message. Get call back 15 minutes later. Was told truck had issues but repaired be there in an hour. 6:15 get voice mail truck was down again someone will call me Monday. I get a call Monday am was told they ran out of hours on the 2nd. Rescheduled for Friday 2/9 before noon. 2nd day I had to take off! NO delivery at 1pm and I call delivery service was told had me for Friday now 2/16! Two days off from work to date and told them to cancel it not taking another day off for another supposed delivery. Call Coleman basically told tuff_hit take delivery now on 2/23 or get charged a 15% restock fee! They could care less that they cost me two days off already and i am not taking a third day canceled order and will file a complaint with my credit bank for a full refund! Restock fee? You cant make the delivery twice now! Will never buy from them again and tell others not to. Terrible customer service.
I like it but not what I expected. I thought the shelves of a deeper, and I thought it was a lot longer than what it said.
I wish to order more but the reviews so far question the Company. I will wait to do more with this Company.
