I ordered a kitchen island and two stools. It took a few weeks for the order to arrive. I received a text to contact the delivery service and schedule a delivery date and time, which I did. Delivery was prompt, efficient, and I am very happy with my purchase.

It does not fit correctly together. The delivery team put shims under it and told me it is due to my floor being unlevel. I was left to try and fit it together by myself and still waiting until I get assistance to complete the job.

I ordered 4 dining chairs. 3 were delivered within a timely manner. However, the 4th chairs was not delivered. I received a notice from Fedex that it was damaged and could not be delivered. I heard nothing from Coleman Furniture so I contacted them. They said they will be filing a claim with the carrier, and I have to wait until that's completed. It's now been well over a week and they still refuse to ship me the 4th chair. Seems ludicrous that I have to wait until supplier resolves an issue with the carrier, while my order remains delayed! Will update this review again in the future.

We absolutely love our new couch! It's amazing and so reasonably priced. It's so comfortable and just what we were looking for! Coleman furniture was incredible - from the prices to the customer service. We were initially given a 6-week estimated delivery from date of order and received our couch in 2 weeks! The delivery team was so kind and efficient. We received updates throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Coleman furniture to anyone and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I've ordered night stand online (Order# *******). Item description provided all necessary information to make a decision. Ordering process was smooth. Item arrived directly from manufacture and it was perfectly packaged and no damage. The only downside is that I was not able to see tracking info on Coleman Furniture.

Great online buying experience for a large furniture item. We were kept apprised of dates and status throughout the shipping process. The items were delivered and set up in our home extremely professionally. Would definitely order from them again!

I found 7 pieces dining room set and buffet on another site and fell in live with it. Accidentally found the same set on Coleman and... was absolutely astonished with the price! Immediately bought and very happy that I had done it with Coleman. Furniture was delivered within 2 hours window as promised. It was assembled very quick and accurate.

I was a slightly concerned about buying a sofa sight-unseen, from a company I never purchased from before. However, I could not be more pleased with my purchase! The sofa is exactly as described, the shipping was timely, and the delivery and setup experience was great! The guys were real careful with the furniture, making sure not to get it dirty, and they cleaned up everything! I will absolutely buy from Coleman Furniture again!

I was hesitant to purchase a couch fully online without ever sitting on it or seeing it in person. However, the reviews were remarkable with plenty of in-home pictures showing off how beautiful and well made their items are. I bit the bullet and do not regret it. Coleman was extremely communicative about shipping delays and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Delivery was about 2 weeks earlier than anticipated and was very quick. My only complaint is that I was told "white glove delivery" was included in my purchase. However there were no gloves worn by the 2 delivery men and they actually left several greasy marks on the couch which I noticed upon their departure and documented with photographs. Luckily I was able to clean those spots easily but it was frustrating. Bottom line- we all love our new couch and have already shared the link to purchase with a couple friends looking! My partner and I were thrilled to find this couch and pleased that it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Large and comfortable, sturdy enough that the separate sections don't drift, but also manageable when we needed to reposition it in our living room.

Coleman had the best price and strong reviews. That is why I chose them. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never even had to contact them about anything because they were very proactive. The couch also came sooner than expected which was nice. The delivery company was very easy to work with and courteous as well. I highly recommend purchasing from Coleman.

I have purchased furniture many times in my life, and I have never been as impressed as I have been with the quality and value offered by Coleman Furniture. The online experience was easy, yet thorough. I purchased an office suite and a bedroom suite, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Although the bedroom furniture took some time to manufacture, upon delivery their "white glove" service resulted in the bedroom being complete and packaging removed - all in less than an hour. (The office furniture was DIY assembly, but I enjoy doing that when the quality is this good.) I will certainly purchase from them again!

First purchase with Coleman was great. Ordered an ottoman that was $100 cheaper than the next cheapest place. They contacted me numerous times via email and phone to give me status. It arrived sooner than expected via FedEx in perfect shape. No problems or drama. Would definitely shop here again.

Shopping at coleman online was easy as it could get. Great pricing on Ashley furniture compared to my local store prices. Shipping time was reasonable although I would have preferred getting them much sooner.

Do yourself a massive favor and don't buy from them.

Yesterday, I ordered a bedroom set—$5200—and I called customer support ahead of the purchase to confirm each piece in my order was in stock. I was assured that was the case, and I was told I'd have my order in four weeks.

Early this morning, I revived an email notifying me my order has been cancelled due to manufacturer issues.

Here's the "fun" part—the 5200 is still either removed from my account or is still "on hold"! Either way, this money is unavailable.

Also, read the reviews for their Guardian furniture protection plan—they are abysmal and I can't believe any reputable company would want to partner with them.

One thing I know for certain is that Coleman will be hearing from my attorney next week if those funds are not released or refunded, and we will seek legal remedy for this upsetting experience.

We had spotted some furniture at our ashley store just down the road. I don't know how it's possible but coleman who is located across the country actually beat their prices and did it with free shipping.

We ordered a bed frame for our daughter.

We received 1 box a few days after our order was placed. When we went to put it together we realized it was only half of the frame. I called customer service and they were very nice and helpful. Bed frame was 2 boxes. Second box will ship by end of week. It was received on Saturday.
We were disappointed in how some of the boards looked but bc we waited to get the second box we didn't want to wait for replacement pieces.

Liked the refined selecting process. Decent deals compared to other sites. Please promote other financing options besides Affirm. Had issues with them while trying to purchase through a different vendor and very poor customer service that lead me in circles on their end so highly recommend promoting others instead. Other than that good so far.

So far online purchasing was effortless. Pictures provided were perfect along with product details. We'll wait to see how shipping and delivery goes. I'm curious as this is my first online furniture purchase this big.

Very reliable. Although shipping takes a little long, if you are not in a rush then I would definitely recommend this website. They delivered the bedroom set, and assembled it for no charge. Very satisfied customer

Don't buy- read real yelp reviews first, I wish I did

First of all, it took a month to get it shipped and after it arrived to the shipping company- moderate restrictions for delivery. They are very strict and do not coordinate with you. Future delivery doesn't matter which week- they only deliver certain day. Called colemans " we did our job - we delivered to trucking company" cancel it 25% restocking... No one to talk to, no one to help you, acted like the furniture is crap- we don't want it back, pay us 250. & then we will take it back. Unbelievable. I wish I read year reviews first. Initially, I was ordering from another company, but they had bad reviews. Coleman's page looked good" yeah right" please be a smart consumer- do not give them business. No authority to talk to, customer service is terrible.

We ordered an entertainment unit November 12 and were told four weeks... received December 26. Customer service said it was supposed to be picked up but was not for over a week. No compensation offered. Then in December, they blamed Christmas when it should have been delivered by mid-December. Find a company with better service all the way around. We sure will!
