Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

Wonderful quality and amazing looking table for a great price! Highly recommended! Bought 3 24 inch bar chairs to go with it. Put it right behind my sofa so we can eat at it and watch TV at the same time without holding plates on our laps.

Ordered a Magnolia Entertainment Center by Liberty. I am very happy with the quality and construction of the furniture. It has a solid backing, not he particle or paper board that you get from other companies.

Terrible customer service. They deserve 0 stars. Several screws ripped out of my couch after 8 months of owning it - I live alone and weigh 130 lbs, so it's not a weight or use issue. When I contacted them for repairs, they offered $125 to fix it even though the repair estimates range from $300-$500. I asked for additional allocation based on the estimates, and they stopped responding to my emails(5-6 emails in 2 weeks with no response). Their call wait times are usually 30+ minutes. I will never buy from Coleman again, and HIGHLY recommend finding another store to buy your furniture from.

We ordered a bedroom suit for our college kid in July. The furniture finally shipped in January. It had damage so they are reordering a replacement. We don't have a ship date for this bedroom suit. It could take another 6 months and they refuse to give us our money back until the new order ships.
The Baldridge desk and matching printer stand are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I ordered a dining room table set. It was delivered with only TWO legs. It's been sitting upside down in my kitchen for all the month of January. They say the other two legs are out of stock and will be shipped mid February! Unacceptable!
The site seemed to have difficulty taking my credit card month and year with the drop down box keep closing before I could check it. Rather frustrating. The customers service person was very helpful, though with info on delivery.
I must have driven my husband crazy running to so many different stores to look for tv stands. I didn't want a cheap type that gets wobbly and really preferred one that would function with extra storage space as well.
We winded up buying an entire entertainment wall but even he is agreeing with me that it really adds a nice element to the design of the home.
So excited to be enjoying my beautiful new bedroom set! I shopped many stores reviewing, quality, price, delivery terms, shipping or service fees and Coleman's provided the best value all around. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
All customer service people lie. They never get back to you on the phone. Don't answer e mails. Charge your credit card then don't deliver the product for weeks. Refused to cancel an order. I had over 3 hours on the phone trying to find out when my order would be shipped. When they are done trying to get answers then you here "hello, are you still there? Well if no one is there I'll have to hang up". Funny my phone works every where except while talking to their reps. N. Y. Attorney general should investigate their business practices. They sent e mail stating item was shipped. Took another 2 weeks until a tracking number was issued.
Received no notification that item was delivered so I have no ides how long it sat in the mail room. Never informed that item required assembly; website states many items would be set up upon delivery which is very misleading

We appreciate you letting us know that you didn't receive a notification when your delivery arrived, as that's not supposed to happen. Can you please give us your order number so we can look into it?
Bait and switch not showing sales tax in order preview, then when i get a email the full order summery shows hundreds of dollars more. Delivery delays, chairs that rocked they tried to blame on my floor and then impossible customer service for warranty claims when my furniture basically fell apart.
Do yourself a favor and buy from any other store.
This company is ridiculous with their 5 day return policy! No one these days gives such an aggressive demand! I got my shipment two days late because the box went to my neighbors house (happens all the time unfortunately) and when I requested an RA number they said I was at 7 days and I'm out of luck. Aside from the chair being so stiff, uncomfortable and awkwardly high, the fact that they couldn't offer a return based on my reasons is such pure mean! They also demand that you pay for shipping back, so what is their loss exactly, 2 days off and at no cost or bother to them? These guys are bullies and you should not buy their items!

I ordered my Furniture On June 6th it is now July 17th and still no furniture. I have been communicating with them weekly and no positive response. No where on their website does it say it will take more than six weeks to get your items. When I ask about some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. They responded we don't compensate for delayed deliveries. They could care less how much their delays cost you. I have ordered way more furniture from other companies and it never took this long nor was I treated like I don't matter after they received my money. Got an email the other day stating it will be another 2 weeks. I'll let you know if that happens. As of today August 6th still no furniture. If you need your furniture soon do not order from this company. The delivery company is worst.

Terrible customer service, impossible to reach someone, bed didn't fit so deliverers offered to take it back. Coleman said I "refused" bed and they are issuing refund of only 50%

Mazel Tov Furniture has the best pricing on high quality furniture, plus free shipping! None of my local furniture stores could possibly compete with them. They have highly trained staff to assist me and are fully stocked with merchandise to be shipped out promptly.
I will add more and/or change my review after delivery and set up if need be. I could not find what the Guardian insurance offered for the price at checkout - would like to have had a chat feature available as there is another style of dresser available that was not available as an option.
Coleman has a large variety of quality furniture to choose from. The website is easy to navigate and just have fun shopping for unique items. This is my first time buying from them but I will definitely be back again. There prices are very reasonable. I saw the bedroom suit I bought my son today last week at Ashleys for $500 more than what I paid here!! It is a heavy solid quality wood set.
My experience has been positive so far. I was able to call customer service and ask a question and get an immediate answer which allowed me to go ahead and feel good about making the purchase from Coleman.
