Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
After doing a lot of searching online I found the dining set that was not only a perfect choice for my kitchen, it also was a great price and included shipping AND setup! It was also delivered ahead of schedule! The delivery team did a great job and made sure all was to my satisfaction before leaving. I'd certainly shop with them again.

Your website is the only one I found that would easily let me select additional pieces from the set. Other websites either had one piece or the whole bundle of furniture sets. Thanks for making a much better shopping experience than your competition.
Chairs look nice in the picture, weigh over 100 lbs. and you'll break them. I'm not saying all of Coleman's furniture is like this, but if a customer is saying they are not satisfied with their purchase, the company should return it as part of their policy - no excuses. Leaving customers to pay for returns when unhappy is not professional. These chairs were not defective, just poor quality.

Great selection, price, and shipping included. The operator could give me no idea of arrival time ... which is disappointing after a 26 minute wait on the phone. She was pleasant however ... and it is not her fault.
Depending on "White Glove Delivery", I will upgrade to help boost the negative ratings of reviews for the website. First time buyer and we stepped away from a local vendor that offered the same product. Wife is very particular and I hear it from her, so it is up to you............Understand under current conditions that there may be delays but contact, either by cell phone or email, very important. I am not accepting negative reviews as I believe that you can improve those ratings through this order. Thank you for offering "Honest Pricing" where others are looking to profit from the look and reviews of the product. I remain respectfully DC and I do share reviews with many through word of mouth.
We waited about eight weeks for our order and when it was finally delivered, there were several broken glass doors, a broken latch, and several scratches on some of the other glasses. The delivery services did not completely unpacked the shelves and left crates in the middle of the living room because there were so many problems with the glass doors. They refused to take it back and suggested that we speak with their customer representative. This is when things got even worse. They refuse the pick it up unless we pay them additional charges. They are rude, have no quality control and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them.
I ordered a bedroom set May 5, they proceeded it May 12. Delivery was scheduled Wednesday August 7, the only deliver to our area one day a week. Tuesday afternoon I received an email the bed rails didn't pass inspection. They were ordering a new bed from the manufacturer. Tuesday morning we had the old furniture taken away (thinking we were in the clear waiting till a day before), I took a day off work and lost a full days pay, and now our son has an empty room, and I have no idea how long it'll take. Either way, I'll lose another days pay. Beyond frustrated that I already waited months, and now have to wait who knows how long. I can't cancel without being charged, and all I've received from them is an apology.
Absolutely can not get any information on what is wrong with my order. Things like does not meet our standard or the technician still has not been able to look at. Deadline they give come and go. One even thought it had already been delivered. I just want it to be delivered.
We got our modular Ashley power reclining sofa just over a week ago. The in-home delivery and setup was great! We still can't believe how beautiful and comfortable it is! My son and I agree that they're literally the most comfortable chairs we've ever sat in! And they're beautiful!
The amazing function, quality and looks at the price each piece cost is a phenomenal value. I was very skeptical buying it online, not having seen or sat on it first, but it exceeded my expectations by a mile!
I also did a lot of research and it's rare to find something that's modular where you can build whatever configuration you need for your house with each piece being at a good price. Add the exceptional in-house delivery and setup and it's the best deal out there!

Frequently when taking a chance and buying on line one can be disappointed Not This Time! TV Bookshelf unit was exactly as described and in perfect condition upon arrival. I held my breath about the size but it slotted easily into the space I had chosen. Delivery is easy (I tracked the truck on my phone) and the two very polite young men had it in my home with final assembly done in well under an hour. I am thrilled. So much so that I have a different furniture item on order.

Overall, I feel like I got a good deal and am happy with my purchase. However, I was told initially that shipping of the items would be within 2 weeks and ended up being almost 5 I believe. Also, the middle divider on our love seat had a lose string that is in need of repair. Bought the warranty but not sure how to request it to be fixed.
Just bought a desk and matching file cabinet from Hooker furniture through Coleman website. Came on time. Very attentive delivery process with full service. This is the second purchase and I've been very happy with both.
My husband and I have been looking for a sofa for a few months now. The price was amazing so we ordered from Coleman. Shipping took a little longer than expected (obviously in these times) but when it arrived we were more than pleased! Will order again.
Great pricing. Wish product pages would better reference other pieces in the set. Mobile browsing is cumbersome as most pages briefly load and then automatically reload. Also subject to lag and freezing issues. Desktop runs much better. Great responsiveness from chat feature.

To say my wife is picky is an understatement, but she absolutely loves these bar stools. This is exactly what she was looking for and the quality is awesome. Very few makers have this type of saddle seat and all want significantly more $$ for them. We will remember Coleman in the future when other furniture needs come up. Lastly, both stools shipped out promptly and arrived with no damage. They were individually packed in strong boxes with a good amount of padding for protection. We didn't expect to have them around for this Christmas when we ordered, but are thrilled that they are. Thanks!
Terrible format would not accept card information and shipping address for the longest time, I am a very unhappy customer and want to know what someone can do to make this right. This was extremely frustrating.
I was skeptical about ordering furniture online from a site I've never heard of before. But I'm so glad I did. My couch is perfect. Big and soft cushions. Definitely would recommend buying from Coleman furniture.
I bought 2 items from Coleman Furniture: sofa and love seat. Hole formed and padding moved out place within 1 year of using. Furniture has only 1 year warranty. They did not want to stand by there's name or quality. I was provided free 5 years Guardian Protection Plan that is specifically does not cover issues with padding. Very poor quality, do not buy from them.
Couldnt believe how high-quality this product was, great packaging made for no damage. Easy to assemble (less than 10 min. Total). Friends at our party were amazed at the table, and couldnt believe how little we paid for it. Were already looking at dining room sets. I know the shipping can take a long time, thats because its furniture, LOL. This table took about a week, so not bad at all.
So far...I found my product and was surprised to find out that the "promotions" link gave me all discounts available. I saved $100.

Love my furniture! The order process was great. However, I had an issue with the delivery and customer service after the delivery was poor. Coleman should handle all problems in house instead of outsourcing to another country. Treated poorly over a very small issue can only image how I would be treated if it were a bigger problem.
The dresser was on sale, and it was delivered earlier than expected. I have not opened the box fully yet because I am moving and want it to be safe for travel, but it looks beautiful from what little I can see. I don't have any complains as of yet.
