Despite reading some negative reviews, we had nothing but a great experience with Coleman Furniture. We ordered five hanging pendant lamps for our retail space and were immediately kept informed about the ordering and shipping process. On the day the lights were "ordered from company" they actually arrived at our home. We opened each box, inspected the glass pendants and found nothing but perfection. We are so excited to use these lights in our shop and know they will help set the tone we are hoping to achieve. The entire process was easy and, for us, wonderful.

I was searching for counter height chairs through Google and ran across Coleman furniture glad I did. Found the exact chairs that I was looking for and placed an order unfortunately that particular item was no longer available but was notified the next day so I ended up ordering another style that would work and placed the order, I started this on a Monday and received the chairs on Friday of same week. Their customer service is really good on keeping you informed. The chairs are very well made and were fairly easy to assemble it took 3 hours for a set of 6. Their website is very accurate on description and dimensions of items. I have searched all over town and other websites and this one was the best. Again this is very well made and heavy duty my husband is a very large man and need strong and sturdy furniture we will be enjoying these for years! In the future if I need any other furniture I will look here first!

have yet to receive product being i just ordered but the website reviews so far seem great and the prices are unbeatable so now just to wait for the actual delivery. Only Con is they do not charge your card until your order is ready which can be good gives time to get the full payment but also bad when your on a limited income and just want that payment processed to avoid any overdraft fees

The product looks awesome and is very good quality. The delivery service was fantastic. The men brought the product full assembled right into the home and finished putting in all of the shelving. They where professional, friendly and efficient. I could not be happier with my experience.

This is the worst Company I've dealt with. Our bedroom furniture was 5 months late and came with a damaged dresser. They refused to replace and offer us only $50 compensation. Actually claimed the repairman was able to restore it to it's original condition which is totally untrue and false.

I will never recommend anyone to purchase from this Company! They do not stand behind their products and will never make sure customers are satisfied and will never deliver quality furniture the way it should be 100% not defective with issues.

Our dresser has water damage and they refuse to replace. Offer us $50 compensation what a joke!

I ordered a couch from this website in March... the delivery says 2-10 weeks. Online it's talking me my furniture will not be delivered until October. That would be 7 months total. I am currently living in my apartment with children and no couch to sit on. Really inconvenient and not worth the price. They should have a warning saying order 6 months in advance. This is so sad and ridiculous.

Their prices beat competitors. Anytime I called, the staff were always courteous and quite helpful.
I received frequent updates as to the progress of my order. Highly recommend and will definitely use Coleman again.

It would have been a 5 if there was a place online to find out and estimated delivery date or our purchases. When dealing with shopping online, it is often after regular work hours so we are buying blind and facing cancelling an order that can't be delivered when it is needed.

I'm gonna give it to you straight as you're probably seeing a lot of complaints about delivery. One, we are in the middle of a freaking virus taking over the US, so take that into consideration. Two, the prices are really good so I kind of expected the delivery to take some extra time. As long as you don't need the furniture yesterday, then all is well. I ordered in May and received the furniture in July, no big deal. They consistently sent an email keeping me informed of my order... that's all I ask is that I get communication.
As are as quality of the sectional... it is in line with the pricing. My wife and I are fully satisfied with the construction and design. We would totally buy from Coleman again.
So, in a nutshell, if you're willing to wait and couple of months for decently priced furniture, hit these guys up. Don't let the haters hate!

Took much longer than initially expected (8 weeks) but saved almost 30% compared to what Ashley was charging for their set (which is the same set Coleman sold me). Delivery was smooth and on time and the delivery men installed the items very well. Would certainly purchase again.

We ordered a dining set and matching buffet table. Not only are the pieces stunning, customer service was impeccable. I had a lot of questions prior to ordering and customer service reps contacted the manufacturer for me to get my Qs answered. We also needed this furniture in a different state, as we were moving to a new home, and customer service helped me coordinate the delivery so it wouldn't arrive to the house before we did.
Once delivered the men set up our dining set for us pretty quickly and it's just beautiful. We've gotten many compliments! We also got the warranty in case of any rips/spills etc and that gave us a lot of peace of mind.

This company refuses to replace a table they delivered with the top on backwards. When I notified customer served after being on hold for more thank 30 min, they asked for pics.
The rep sent me an email and said they would give me $70 to get it fixed by a technician of my choice. Who does business this way? I paid for white glove assembly and delivery which they failed to do.
I asked to return it. Please see the pic with their response.

Stay away the BBB has many more complaints about this constant and their business practices.

I ordered a pair of Ashly Chaise Loungers for my garden on a Saturday. I received them by the following Wednesday. This surprised and delighted me to receive my order so quickly. I applaud Coleman Furniture on their great supply chain particularly in these challenging times. Order #*******

This entertainment center is very high quality and beautiful. It is so well made and the finishes are great. I love it and it fits perfectly on the wall space we have available. I love that it is also adjustable in case we move it. The installers were professional and did a great job in making it fit exactly as we wanted it to. I can't say enough about this unit. I looked for a very long time before I chose this one and it was absolutely the right decision. I would highly recommend this unit and Coleman furniture. They kept in touch about shipment, delivery and installation. I have received so many compliments on this piece. You can see from the picture that I am still decorating it, but I love how it is coming out.

Hanna was so kind, honest, and helpful! She was very upfront with how long delivery will take and why. She didn't try to over promise like other furniture store reps do just to make the sale. She also offered an additional warranty but didn't pressure me when I declined. I really appreciated that and feel very confident in our choice to buy from Coleman furniture.

The customer service representative, Chris, who helped me was amazing. He helped me figure out a solution, was so patient and helpful, and even gave me his direct line to call back if I had anymore issues. Nothing but stress since I purchased a couch from these thieves! 1000's of dollars thrown away on a couch that basically crumbled before our eyes. The customer service o my goodness what a nightmare! Do not buy from Coleman!

I was looking for this vanity on different sides. Read a lot of reviews. People saying that some stores are the scam, don't deliver the furniture on time, no customer service, ect... And I am glad that I bought it from Coleman Furniture. The customer service is GREAT! They responded on the phone an on line. The set was delivered within the time frame they said. I received Emails, Texts, Phone calls to follow up for delivery status. The most important that they open boxed and assemble the furniture in your house. So, if something comes damaged, you don't have to worry to send it back. They will take care of it. And the company provide free insurance for 5 years. So, I will definitely recommend this store to other people.
The vanity set is beautiful. The finish is more silver with a hint of champagne.

We ordered a large sectional from Coleman and are very pleased with our purchase. The online purchasing site was easy to navigate and had lots of options, and the delivery process went seamlessly. Would definitely order from them again!

My experience so far has been great. Driving around in my town and being bombarded by pushy sales agents was getting tiresome. Especially, when they make promises to meet delivery deadlines that they know they will not meet. Not to mention the quality of items is cheap and really not that great looking. I appreciate how easy it is to look up an item on your website and Chat with an associate for any concerns that I have.

There was a flaw in the back of the Upper shelf that we didn't catch before they left. Pretty sure delivery personnel must have seen it- pretty hard to miss. So not feeling like we got a quality product
