Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style so I took a chance. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is super high quality wood for the price! I searched across nearly 70 different retailers to find the perfect pieces for my client. Then I came across Coleman Furniture. Coleman Furniture offered me the absolute best price - even compared to other retailers that carry similar items- and on top of it, the customer service was amazing. It was hard to find some details for installation of my desk system. Customer service was able to provide me with instruction manuals so I could review it for my needs. When my items were delivered there were a few issues and their team responds promptly to correct the issue.

WORST customer service ever! Ordered a sofa and it took literally 7 weeks only for it to arrive damaged and dirty! They only have option for "white glove" which means they deliver and unpack for you. You will not get anything back if it's damaged bc they make you sign off on all this paperwork before they leave. Even when they delivered it with the shrink wrap still in tact! We opted to unpack it ourselves and later found out that it was damaged and dirty. Immediately I sent pictures of before (in shrink wrap) and after (unwrapped and set up) to customer service of the damages and us believing it was a used piece, they refused to help because we signed off saying everything was in good condition. I will NEVER recommend coleman furniture to any of my family or friends and strongly urge them not to purchase though coleman even though it is slightly cheaper. I paid for a brand new piece of furniture, I should get a brand new piece.

Easy and efficient and sales persons over the phone were great too! They answered all my questions. I was very nervous about the delivery of such a large piece of furniture but it went very smoothly. I didn't have the budget for customized built-ins and this worked perfectly.

This was my first time ordering from Colemans furniture what a wonderful experience. We received our furniture earlier than we expected and it is beautiful. Colemans has wonderful communication and they kept us up-to-date on every step of the way until delivery and even after Just checking in with us to make sure that everything was OK. I would definitely recommend them for your furniture needs and I would definitely do business with them again.
I was hesitant to buy from Coleman Furniture after reading some horror stories in the reviews, but I'm glad I did anyway. I couldn't get financing through Ashley Furniture for a bedroom set I really wanted but was able to get approved through Coleman, so I placed my order on 8/14 and was given an estimated delivery of 2-3 weeks, but the furniture was delivered 10 days later! The process was super smooth and I did not need to involve customer service at all. The furniture arrived in flawless condition and the white glove delivery was fantastic. 5/5 stars all around!

It arrive before estimated date, well protected, and in four pieces which was perfectly assembled right in front of me by very nice professional staff whom before leaving let me know everything about my furniture and took with them all cardboard and plastic wrap cleaning all around.

I spend a lot of time searching for furniture, looking at deals, etc. I see a living room set but best deal was at Colemans. I order it. Few days later, I get a cancellation email. I contact them. They tell me it will be too long on backorder, possibly may not come, so they cancelled. I cant begin to describe how angry I am. I said leave on backorder! I passed up on deals I can't get now! Your company had a sale and even sent me a text saying "hey, noticed you checking this out, get it NOW while supplies last" blah blah, one of those BS text's. I go right on and order. I pay. I'm told it will be 4-5 weeks. Cool, no rush. Then you F me over and cancel my order?! Have to wait for my refund to be returned to my account so I cant even buy anything now even if I found a good deal?! How dare you! That is complete garbage! They have no respect for my time or money.
Tip for consumers:
They dont respect your time or money, will just cancel your order and email you. Worked all day figuring out how to place this set in my living room. Taking measurements and drawing diagrams to see which would be best using the dimensions provided. Wasted my time because they cant run a business. And I have to wait for my money back.

Somehow their web site came up on my news feed. I've been looking for headboard for weeks. It was exactly what i wanted at a good price. It did take weeks to get the order but i wasnt in any hurry.

The site seemed to work pretty well and clear instructions given. The only thing I'm not sure about is the delivery time but I think they're supposed to call me. I'd like to know if it's a few days or a couple weeks.
Great website however confusing on how the set deals work. As I would received different deals depending on the dining room table that was purchased. Just think you could be all items within the collection with discounted prices not mattering the main item.

Easy and free shipping a definite bonus. The delivery men had no problems getting the furniture into my house. Very nice guys. For purchasing furniture straight of the internet without trying it out first, my whole family is very happy with our purchase.
Once I placed the order, I received timely communication about the next steps of the process. My order was received 2 weeks sooner than the original estimated date. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were courteous and professional. My items were very carefully packaged and in superb condition. I ordered an entire living room set and every piece is comfortable and stylish. I am more than pleased with how things turned out. I would do this all over again.
Coleman sold the bedroom set that I could not find anywhere else because it is being discontinued by the manufacturer. Coleman price is very fair and as a set comes with free delivery and setup. Also offers flexible pay arrangements, which were not offered at other retailers!
Everything sounds great - free shipping and white glove delivery. All of those options are appealing. I wanted a more specific delivery window and had to call the toll-free number to get those dates. I was on hold for a LONG time. Otherwise it would've been 5 stars.
We were told by the delivery people that we would be contacted by a Coleman technician to repair an issue with one of the shelves. He took pictures of the issue. No one has ever followed up but I also have not called customer service. Which I will do.

I ordered directly through Coleman's website. The customer service at time of order placement was great. I was under the impression I was ordering a RAF sectional as that was the title of the product I ordered. It was delivered yesterday and it's nothing more than a sofa. Also, the whole thing doesn't connect. Looks like I've been sent 2 of the same corner pieces resulting in the middle not connecting to the right corner piece. I am awaiting resolution from the company.
Do not buy from here. I ordered furniture a month ago and they called to schedule a delivery several times but the next day, they said they have not received it. A few days later they say it is on back order! It was never in stock to begin with! I requested a refund but they never responded. I called customer service to follow up and they didn't even bother to apologize. Very cold and uncaring as if I was bothering them. Poor customer service agents who don't care about their customers. They are acting like scammers not shipping the item and not issuing me the refund either. They ignore my emails as well. My husband and I discarded our bed the night before since we got a call for the delivery the next day. We are sleeping on the floor now because of their big mistake. Extremely upsetting. Fake company! Do not do business with them. You have been warned.

Avoid at all costs. Scammers. EXTREMELY poor response and customer service. All the good reviews here seem fake as they lie about shipping my item and then tell me it hasn't arrived and then tell me it is on backorder. Then they ignore my emails and request for a refund. We are sleeping on the floor now due to their negligence.
Pray that nothing is wrong with your order because if you have to go through customer service for anything... it will be the worst experience in your life! They are terrible, their follow through skills are terrible and nothing gets accomplished!
I received damaged merchandise and now 2 months later it is still not resolved! Pathetic! Save yourself the headache and anguish and spend the extra money elsewhere... your sanity is well worth it!
We bought a living room set in july, delivery was great, but thats it, they do not stand by there warranty, our furniture is creaking like there is something wrong with the frame, we have left several messages, no return just one email that said we have to pay out of pocket, then be reimbursed, please dont do business with this company, we found out a great deal means aggravation and disappointment, they should be ashamed all three pieces of our living room set, the frame is weak, as far as we are concerned it should all be replaced, you should be ashamed coleman furniture, especially when people dont have a lot of money to spend and when they find a good deal, it winds up being crap
