Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.

Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

We bought a living room set in july, delivery was great, but thats it, they do not stand by there warranty, our furniture is creaking like there is something wrong with the frame, we have left several messages, no return just one email that said we have to pay out of pocket, then be reimbursed, please dont do business with this company, we found out a great deal means aggravation and disappointment, they should be ashamed all three pieces of our living room set, the frame is weak, as far as we are concerned it should all be replaced, you should be ashamed coleman furniture, especially when people dont have a lot of money to spend and when they find a good deal, it winds up being crap

Things went usual as expected from any site, except that there isn't anything for scheduling the delivery date. I move into a new home within the next 18 days (if things go right) and can't have things delivered sooner than that, but I want the discounts of the week. I'm contacting support for assistance.

We found this furniture in our hometown, but Coleman's prices were so much better. The online shopping experience was easy and the shipping was faster than expected. Definitely would shop with Coleman's again!

I placed an order with this online furniture company and was told it would take up to six weeks for delivery. The order was a new bedroom set. Since I already have a bedroom set, I made arrangements to sell mine for the new furniture. At 6 weeks, they sent an email that it will be another 5 weeks. I also ordered a new bed. I was livid because Of the expenses I already made. They claimed the manufacturing is delaying it. I don't understand how they're selling furniture that's not even made yet and then falsely told me when it will be ready. They offered a measly $50 gift certificate for a future order for my major inconvenience, as if I would ever do business with them again. Stay away from them. Because when you order it might take a year to receive your furniture.

Getting in touch with a representative was easy using chat, much more troublesome trying to actually talk to a rep on the phone, 30 minute wait and never an answer using that format.
Would have loved to pick up my merchandise at the warehouse instead of waiting for delivery buy the price difference help with the wait.

We received our order quicker than expected! The tables looked exactly like they did online. Assembly instructions were easy. Only caveat was that the end table legs, which were metal, did not align properly to the bolt holes. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased!

I was a little nervous buying such a big item (a beautiful wall unit) on line. But I couldn't find anything in the local furniture stores so I took a chance. Everything went just fine. It took about a month to arrive (from California) at a local moving company and was delivered and set up by them a few days later. I couldn't be happier. You can't beat the price, especially with free delivery and set-up! And my entertainment/wall unit is so Beautiful! Very Happy with Coleman!

Recently bought a sidebar from this company. After a few weeks that they sent me note indicating that the furniture has shipped and I should be receiving it with ten days or so. After fifteen days I got another letter informing me that the shipment is delayed. I questioned how it could be delayed if it already shipped two weeks ago. They explained that that was sent in error. In any case I finally got the piece a month later. Two hours after the delivery, I noticed significant manufacturing flaw or damage on it. I contacted them with pictures and their so called customer service is reading me the fine print in their conditions of sale. Basically amounting to that I signed for it so tough luck.
Companies like this should not be in business. Please avoid buying anything from these guys.

I have had 2 successful large item purchases for my family using Coleman. In both cases my wife and I were shopping big box furniture stores and coming across items in clearance that we thought were great values. In both cases we came home and did the price comparison online with Coleman which came in cheaper, with no tax, free shipping and in-home setup. The delivery times were more than reasonable, the only stumbling block was dealing with the local delivery company on scheduling, but from the Coleman side in terms of product and service it was excellent!

Easy to navigate site and nice furniture. Pretty good price but a better discount on your 1st order or for registering would probably entice folks on the fence about ordering from a site they have not used before after which the quality of the service and furniture could be used to bring them back as repeat customers. Just a thought.

I am just at the "order" phase, but impressed so far! The reviews confirm I'm making the right decision on the product. Plus, the gentleman I called in Customer Service was great, and kind enough to give me a discount code for $25. While I'm not excited I have to wait almost two months for the chair to arrive, I'm confident it will be worth the wait! I also appreciate that their pricing includes delivery and set up - that's a great feature! Can't wait to receive it!

The top of my dining room table has small, randomly placed pen marks all over. I need to figure out what I need to do to get those erased without damaging the exterior. Every time I had a question about my order status, I did an online chat rather than calling. They were helpful and professional. The delivery guys were friendly and prompt. I would've given it full five stars had it not been for those pen marks.

I give a one star review because of the color of table was not what I expected. It was supposed to be dark oak but the base of the table was two tones. The quality and craftsmanship of the table is beautiful. If the color was right I would have given a 5 star review. Order *******

While the furniture was delivered and set up, we noticed that two of the doors were not mounted correctly and the gap at the top tapered from 1/8" to about 3/8". We also did not like the color as it looked different from the photos on the website. We really were not happy with the items. I called customer service to ask if we could exchange these items. Sorry, no exchanges. You can return them but it will cost you a 15% restocking fee ($175) and shipping charges of about $425. Our total loss is $600 of an $1100 dollar purchase. I would been happy to exchange the items, but it is not an option. We just moved into our new home and I will not be purchasing from Coleman in the future.

Look at their Better Business Bureau reviews before purchasing anything from Coleman Furniture. I sure do wish I would have. Their customer service department is a joke and are not helpful at all. I have a dining room table that I can't put together because the hardware was missing and I don't know if I'll ever get the hardware necessary for me to put it together. Buyer Beware!

I'm more than happy my purchase! The Reclining Sofa arrived on time, even though it was a tight delivery schedule I put on them, and their service has been impeccable all the way! I would happily recommend my friends to shop with Mazel Tov Furniture anytime. In fact I already have... :) My colleague just ordered the same thing. I searched for weeks to find the perfect simple white table lamps for our master bedroom and these fit the bill. They look great! I also wanted an inexpensive but classy bed for a guest room and this bed is exactly what I needed. My order was processed quickly and all items arrived within days of my order. The free shipping was a plus. I have bought from Coleman in the past and have always had a good experience. I highly recommend!

This company has great products, however their customer service is terrible.

If everything is correct in your order, you're set. If there are any issues, they fall real flat-- they even "lose" calls you make on their end all the time.

Issue 1 - I had furniture that came damaged and I was offered to have it fixed or replaced. I chose replaced, however when the time came they refused to uphold what they said to me so one of my brand new pieces is now "like new" instead of new.

Issue 2 - I purchased the insurance (which is terrible and covers next to nothing). They eventually elected to replace it so the insurance gave me the cost of the product. I chose to upgrade significantly (at my cost). They then wanted to charge for shipping even though it's free on their site.

If anything changes with my current issue, I will update my review.

It would nice if the website can accept credit card numbers with spaces. I had to type all 16 digits together which are not easy to review. Typing 4 digits and adding a space makes it easy to confirm before placing order.

I was pleasantly surprised with Coleman Furniture. As most, I was nervous about buying furniture online but since we had found the same exact couch at a store near us for double the price we took a chance.
The delivery team was excellent. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes and careful with walls and personal items. We did not have problems with the order so I cannot comment on the customer service but so far, we are very happy with our purchase.
