The different char options to pair with the table were very helpful being that we didn't want the version that is all upholstered. The table itself has a handy extension leaf. The shipping service included setup which was top notch and the delivery guys earned themselves a sizable tip from me as well.

The product is fine as far as damage is concerned. You need to send delivery people who can speak English beyond hello. The two guys who delivered our product needed an interpreter, and I am not trying to be funny.
The finish of the expensive chest of drawers has very thin paint apparently ( not stained) as comes on the kind of product that comes in a box with assembly instructions. Not what we were expecting.
It will be functional but I am not excited about seeing the results on the finish the first time it is bumped. It did have some places the finish was knocked off where the delivery people had a little difficulty sliding in one of the drawers.
I don't think we will be spending this kind of money for furniture on line ever again.

I ordered an industrial style desk through Coleman Furniture, taking advantage of their sale. The ordering process was simple, but what followed was professional service, keeping us posted as to where we were in the ordering process, that our item was being packed and soon thereafter, shipped. We were not ignored and we sincerely appreciated being informed. Wonderful company!

Great communication! Excellent staff! My couch arrived quickly after placing my order. Mike called and set up my appointment right away. When he needed to call back he did so when he said he would. The delivery was on time and the staff was careful, polite and friendly. I will definitely use Coleman's again!

We are thrilled with the service and quality of the furniture from Coleman. After going to many local stores we opted to buy online, site unseen. I always rely on reviews but this had none. Coleman customer service sent me a sample of the material and answered all my questions making me comfortable to make my purchase. I could not be happier with the final product. Covid delayed our delivery by a month but all local stores quoted even longer delays. I'd confidently buy from Coleman again. We love this piece.

Fantastic pricing which knocked the socks off of the competition. Better yet, the selection and availability was even better. I had some difficulty getting my order placed due to the total dollar amount, so someone from Coleman called me offering to help, and even gave me a $250 off coupon code that I didn't know about! Absolutely fantastic customer service, I will definitely buy from you again.

I ordered my couch from 6 months ago, they kept pushing back the delivery date, when I finally got fed up and called they had zero information, told me I could wait for it, or cancel, no accountability, no remorse. Decided to wait for it more since I had already waited so long till I got my 6th email pushing back the delivery date another 3 weeks. So now I can wait for a couch I may literally never receive, or cancel and start my search all over again. This company is grossly incompetent, I urge you to stay away from them.

I ordered a livingroom furniture set, dining room set, and TV table. Once you order and they immediately take your money there is no way of knowing how long it will take to get your furniture. The website said 1 thru 2 weeks. That is false. I received half my order, but the most important... The couch and dining table would have taken another month. It was sitting here in the local warehouse so I had to hire a mover to go pick it up which cost 300 extra dollars. The furniture is beautiful but the service is not worth it. You get the run around and it felt hopeless. I waited 6 weeks for everything and I had to sit on the floor because I anticipated 2 weeks because that's what they told me. Horrible!

It's a joy to chat with someone knowledgeable on the chat line before purchasing & also discussing with customer service when finalizing my order. So far quite a pleasant experience for someone who doesn't like shopping online.

The chairs are so well built. Very little assembly. The product was just as promised.
They are polyurethane material instead of wood which will have a longer outdoor life. They are great for our patio sitting area.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the product I received. I payed a lot of money for something that looks like it's from Walmart. And when I called to tell them they just told me it was my fault and that I would have to send it back and pay for shipping. Honestly there is no point in doing that because I'll be paying even more for it. Don't order from these guys they are not reputable. If they really cared about there customers they would try and take care of the situation.
Customer service here is a joke. Don't even bother with them.

This is my second furniture purchase from Coleman. I was so impressed with their competitive pricing and exceptional delivery service that I immediately came back when we needed to purchase more furniture.

I wanted a very specific type of table that was round and would still be extendable to seat more comfortably. It had to be able to seat 6 comfortably with the extension. We spotted the egerton online and after measuring it out we found it would fit our specs just fine. It is worth taking tome and browsing the entire section as initially we were going to buy a cheaper piece that I don't think would hold up the same being that it didn't have the same hardwood solids in it and weighted much less.

I tried to purchase this set 3 times before and even got on with one of your chat representatives because I was getting an error message stating that my billing address did not match that of my credit card. The address being entered match exactly the address on my CC statement. I ended up just using a different card but it was quite frustrating. It seems your CC merchant has a fault verification process for addresses.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The piece they delivered to me hada huge piece of wood gashed out of it. About 5 minutes after the delivery people left, I saw it, called, was promised a new piece. 11 days later they say they are giving me a replacement top and I have to hire someone to install it? That is so unacceptable. The wood is gashed out of the furniture and needs to be replaced. They strung me along for 11+ days! Do not do business with this company. I have never met a bigger bunch of scammers in my life.

Today is July 29, 2020. I just placed my first order with Coleman Furniture. So far, so good. I called called customer service and was on hold for ever! I gave up on that and decided to try the live chat -which was very helpful. I chatted with a woman named Jennifer. She was able to answer all of my questions. I then decided to make a purchase. I sincerely hope all goes well. I will review Coleman again once I receive my furniture and go through the entire process. I am optimistic; stay tuned...

Ordered furniture from them, although the furniture is of good quality, it service and support does not exist after the sale, took over 3 months to receive the furniture. I will never...never...do business with them again!

First of all, I waited for 3 months to get delivered after I placed the order. And they don't assemble the furniture for me because I have an old furniture took in place. I bought furniture from other companys too, I've never seen anything like this. I would pay them extra 100$ if they set up it for me, but they just don't. Then I called the customer service, they transfer my call to the manager, and her attitude was terrible. Never bring your anger to your customer, don't you know it? Damn it.

I ordered 2 dining room sets both Ashley furniture pieces. I saved 500.00 off the price of buying from Ashley store or their online site. It took a while to get it but was well worth the wait. The men who delivered it did a great job setting it up. I'm happy!

Unless you have plenty of time to wait for your furniture I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
When we received our furniture the first time (after 3 months of waiting) there was damage to the furniture. It took another 1 1/2 months to get a replacement.
READ their contract that is on their web site. Between restocking fees, charging for delivery (if you try to cancel your order) etc. you may decide their contract is too restrictive.
Make sure you note everything that is wrong with the furniture BEFORE the delivery people leave. Their contract on line is very clear about this.

We do like our furniture, but it was not worth the hassle of the numerous calls and run around from Coleman. We will not be ordering anything from them again. Saving a few dollars was not worth the aggravation.

Awesome website. Easy to use. Furniture arrived in perfect condition. The guys who brought it in and set it up for me were very professional. The overall experience was great. Also the best price on the office furniture, even better than Amazon. Would highly recommend.

Lately, I have furnished dining room, living room and bedroom with Coleman Furniture items. I liked the free delivery and assembly every time as well as the quality and value of the purchased furniture pieces. However, my review will be revised after testing the insurance coverage and how they wear out.

We waited over 6 months to get our furniture. To our disappointment the furniture arrived damaged. This was an expensive purchase. We notified them immediately. They have done nothing to replace those damaged pieces. I've worked with them for 2 months to get a resolution. Nothing.
Finally I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I submitted the pictures and the email communications and they with in 1 day closed the case in my favor.
Just pathetic customer service.
