Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
Quick. The delivery staff did an excellent job. They were on time, placed the furniture where I needed it and gave me instructions on how to set it up. It was a gift for my daughter who lives in another city. The furniture was simply beautiful. It is exactly as the description says and the picture shows. Thank you.

My wife and I saw a cabinet in a chain store. When we got home I search the internet and found it on Coleman furniture for about 45% less. It was on my front porch in about 2 weeks. Other than having to put it together, the whole experience was great. I will definitely look to Coleman for future purchases. Thanks.
So I was contacted back from Coleman's and I was advised that they would replace the damaged piece that was delivered to me. As of today I still haven't received any email on expected delivery but was assured I'd be getting a new piece. Upon delivery of what I actually paid for then I'd say Coleman's fulfilled their obligation and gave me what I paid for. I always say that people or companies in this world are not perfect and mistakes are made all the time, but it's how people or companies respond to those mistakes that really count. Another update will follow if Coleman's comes through.
Bought a tv console with 2 end pieces, one end unit had a broken shelf, badly broken. Delivery company even said to not accept it. Couple days later the same piece came back, half put together but still looking horrible. Colemans said we reserve the right to return it to 100% as per the terms and agreement and send it back. I sent them pics showing how bad it still was and it wasn't anywhere near 100% fixed. Lori Crawn of Colemans, who couldn't have been nastier or care less, showed no concern. I told her to just take the whole thing back that I wasn't paying for new and getting broken, she said well we'll charge you a fee to take it back. Still waiting on their response but I'd stay away. Furniture was nice but I'd never risk doing business with them again.
Coleman holds customer responsible for inaccurate item descriptions and photos. (Check out this item Laurel Garden Soft White Wood Entertainment Wall. After viewing, image the item being Yellow.) Coleman charges 15% restocking plus $200 fee for returning item, which total 25% for the item I purchased. I ordered a full entertainment wall center. Item was described as 'white' and photo was depicted is 'white' in color. The item delivered was yellow. I asked the the Coleman delivery drivers what color would they describe the item... Both stated "Yellow". I purchased over a 'chat' with Coleman Customer Rep. No disclosure for the 'disclaimers' at the time of purchase. No disclosures of 'disclaimers' when receipt email was sent.
It was very frustrating. The delivery service was extremely deceptive. They knew my item was damaged and had me stand in a spot away from the damage and took the proof of delivery from the same side. I had to call Coleman more than once to file a claim and was presumed guilty until I explained I had time stamped photos. Ugh. I read online that the repairs for this were not good, but I was pleasantly surprised by the veteran that was able to fix my broken table. For all the money I paid this was not a fun experience.
There was only one lady that was reasonable and heard me. The automated responses were erroneous and annoying
Labor Day sale on dining set I had been wanting.

Thus far, shopping experience has been ok. I would have given it 5 stars but I initially tried to purchase another Liberty bedroom suite and could not get the purchase to go through. This purchase went through immediately so I'm not sure what the problem was - other than I am now purchasing a different bedroom suite.

Ordered different units from a few different lines but they were all from ashley. The sales rep was able to get us the set discount prices and it saved some more money on the overall order. The furniture came with all the original tags and boxes and is certainly not a floor model or second hand.

I was a little nervous about buying a couch online that I had not seen (or sat on) in person but all the furniture places near me did not have what I wanted. My couch came out beautiful and identical to the pictures online.

Bought a chair set and one of the pieces was defected and did not align properly when I was assembling the chair. I was planning on returning the items but their return policy is probably the worst in the business - they wanted pictures of all the items and shipping labels, packaging (which I did take pics and sent them) it was absurd and you as a are customer basically responsible for all shipping charges. You can't put your customers through this ordeal when a defected item needs to be return. It was my first time ordering furniture from this business - never again.
Love how after pricing on google I found that it's way cheaper than the massive "discount" I "negotiated" with the ashley rep. Will not be making that mistakes again as it was not easy to cancel my order. Once I did I winded up ordering online for the free delivery and cheaper pricing.
I had never heard of Coleman Furniture before I purchased this bed frame. I found this model elsewhere at a much higher price but then did a little research for the best price. That's where Coleman came in. Not only were they the cheapest but free delivery and setup? Talk about a win-win. Communication and delivery was spot on and the quality was actually better than I thought. I'd definitely look at Coleman again if I'm in the hunt for furniture.
This company is a scam and a fraud do not do business with them. Whatever you do. They charge my credit card $2399. I called them to cancel the order and issue a refund and they charged me $700 in cancellation fees, even though the item was fraud. I was threatened bullied, and harassed by their sales lead *. Who demanded that I send her money via Venmo to cancel the order.

Purchased a sectional from them in 3/20 and we absolutely love it. The pieces are identical to the furniture at Ashley's. What is nice is that you can go to Ashley's and see the furniture, sit on it, etc, then buy from this website for hundreds of dollars cheaper. A lot on online orders are scary because you don't know what you are going to get, but in this you do, so the risk is very low. I will be shopping from this website from here on out. So convenient and much more affordable, with no tax and no delivery fee. It's a win win!!:)
The purchase was excellent. The price was good. The amount of time it took to arrive would get a 1 star rating. It took an entire month and had I known it, I probably would NOT have ordered from here.
Quality! I’ve heard that the quality of Coleman’s furniture is great and it is.
To start off the sofa itself is nice, it looks nice in person and has a great color (Natural color) but the quality of the sofa I am unsure about. I just received this sofa about two weeks ago and there are already feathers poking out the top of the couch seats. It feels uncomfortable when they poke out plus it looks bad and as the days go by I'm noticing more come out which makes me feel uneasy. I hope this couch will last at least a few years and not look like total crap from all the feathers from the inside of the couch poking out but I can't say that will happen. Also, nothing to do with the sofa itself but the delivery process and the charge to have the sofa delivered inside my second-floor apartment ($125 extra) is ridiculous and the delivery people were very rude.

The set looks beautiful! The cover of the gaming table weighs a ton! You need 2 stong persons to remove it and play!the chairs are the most uncomfortable! They have a poor cushion and the arm rests are too low!If you want comfort, save your money and get something else, because if you return it you only get partial refund. I was told that they don't sell comfort!

I ordered a loveseat from this company and two weeks later the bottom of the right hand side broke down when I was reclining forward. I contact the company and they offered to send me $100 dollars to hire a repair man to fix the completely broken bottom! A repair man won't even start a repair for a $100 so the so-called warranty they claim they have is a lie!

Delivery company would only deliver on Fridays and wouldn't adjust the time by 2 hours. Took about a month to arrive at the delivery company and then took another couple weeks before delivery could be made when someone was home. I won't use Coleman Furniture ever again.
They were sympathetic but couldn't really offer any solution to the delivery issues.
The price of the furniture was why I chose Coleman Furniture. The delivery experience was so bad that no matter what the price is at Coleman Furniture, I won't be buying from there ever again.

This company said they were charging a 15% cancellation fee which we never did we were doing and then proceeded to do so. Also this is after they delayed the shipping 3 different times and has been 8 weeks since the original order.
