Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I was looking for a particular item and found it at Coleman Furniture. I am a decorator and was extremely pleased by the quality of the selection, the pricing, and the ease of ordering. When the order was placed, I was even more pleased at how quickly it was delivered-and I absolutely love the look. Still working in the space-but the vision is coming alive. I have referred 4-5 people to the site already. Coleman's is my new "place-to-go." So nice to meet you.
This company said they were charging a 15% cancellation fee which we never did we were doing and then proceeded to do so. Also this is after they delayed the shipping 3 different times and has been 8 weeks since the original order.
Absolutely awful company. They will actually try to deliver damaged furniture and if you object they will refer you to their fine print policy which states that they have the right to repair any items ordered and you have to accept it unless you want to pay a 25% restocking fee. Additional problems were no communication with holding company. I had to call them after the items were held for over a month. Coleman had on their records the items had been delivered twice over which I had to argue with them that I had not received any delivery of product. They have no communication with suppliers. I would receive stock email updates that they would communicate with the manufacture and let me know ASAP on the status of my order. It never happened. Stay away from this company and cover your wallet is the best I can say.
I ordered a king size Canopy bed from them back in August that ran me a little over a 1,000 dollars. I got the protection insurance like most people would do with brand new furniture. 2 months later the side panel of my bed broke due to the delivery men not properly screwing and properly securing it. I followed procedures that was required and it was confirmed that it was the delivery guys fault. Now being that my warranty has not expired yet you would think that I was covered... Instead I was told that they can fix the problem with a fee of $275! I asked why do I need to pay $275 when I have insurance as well as a warranty that has not expired yet? Nonetheless that this is not my fault? They gave me some BS excuse that still don't make no sense until this day... I paid the $275 because my bed was such an eye sore and still till this day am not satisfied with the work... I would strongly suggest that you weigh your options when considering this company
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered a bedroom set and month after month (now Nov.) I received a copy and paste response about where my furniture was. When they sent the last copy and paste saying delivery now is pushed to January (I ordered in July) I cancelled my order. Instead of sending pieces they had, they held my entire order for months. I shopped at my local Ashley Furniture store today and the exact set I wanted will now be delivered in 3 weeks.
I was not only happy to find a great price through this company, but the communication during the process and the constant updates were very welcome. Not only that, it arrived sooner than anticipated. A++

The Sleeper Sofa I ordered arrived on time and in good condition. I'm particularly impressed with the quick response time. I purchased this item from Coleman's. I had been online looking for a kitchen island and I came across this beautiful Island. At first I was apprehensive about buying furniture on line but after it was delivered it is absolutely gorgeous everyone that has seen it compliment howp nice it is. It has brought life too my kitchen. Coleman's is so professional they delivered on time and even did the setup. I will be ordering from Coleman's again in the near future.

Saw this little side table online and was skeptical to order from a company I'd never heard of. However, glad I did. Ordered table on May 1 and it arrived on May 8 (Mother's Day). Opened the box to discover it was packaged very well, it was easy to put together, no scratches no dings. Super happy I took the leap of faith. Can't wait to order other items from Coleman Furniture.

My friends thought I was an idiot for purchasing a household item as important as a sofa from an online source without seeing or sitting on it. But, I feel in love with the look and color of the set at first sight. Yes, it took about 6 weeks from date of purchase to delivery, but good things are worth the patience. The delivery team thought it was beautiful and they are not associated with the manufacturer. My husband is also very hard to please, but was very pleased with not only the appearance but the comfort of the set. The cushions and backing are firm and supportive yet not hard and unyielding. The rolled arms and other details are elegant touches. I couldn't believe that even the pillows were so well made. Looks like real leather but is a convincing lookalike. The color and style complement our current decor perfectly. We hope to enjoy this set for many years!

I had originally ordered a different set and was told that certain pieces had been discontinued which delayed my funds and arrival time. I am happy that you all offer white glove service and have good looking quality products.
It was a bit frustrating when browsing, as I always had to reset my parameters, So that made the shopping experience a bit stressful. Otherwise great products and prices. Looking forward to seeing if the quality is as depicted.
I love our new folding chairs that are actual wood. We use them a few times a month when we are hosting large crowds. It's much better quality than those old cheap white plastic chairs we used to have.
I ordered a patio table and chairs. The table came defective in so many ways and 2 of the chairs were broken. They say a new table is coming but its been several months. They also sent a repair guy out for the chair and the repair does not look good at all. They refuse to send a new chair and basically arr telling me to live with it. I would never recommend using this company!
Only downside is you have to special order the corner piece if you do not get it in your initial order. If you do get it with your initial set, you get it for 300 less. If you don't it will cost more. Not ideal.

I had a good experience with Coleman Furniture. I wasn't excited about the wait but it was worth it and I just hoped it looked as good in person as it did online and it was even bigger and better than I thought!

Ordering was easy, but the delivery timeframe was long. Just because it ships on a certain date, it still takes 3-4 weeks to receive. Once received, the drivers did a great job setting the desk up. Also, the desk had several scratches on it from the move, but never received a response from Coleman. Wanted to find out what they recommended (stain finish color or whatever) to repaid the scratches.

I would not recommend this company. I called prior to ordering two pieces of furniture and was told the items would arrive within a week. Three weeks later I receive the items but one of them is clearly not new based on the packaging and broken. They will not send a replacement item until they can arrange pick up for the broken item but that doesn't happen for several days so it take over a week for the new item to be ordered and another week for it to ship out. Customer service is not friendly and offered minimal resolutions. From the time I placed the original order as well as with the replacement item, I had to call several times to receive any information about the shipping, etc. Quality of the furniture was also poor. Will definitely not order from this company again.
Nice selection, easy to browse website. Love that it has free shipping and set up. Quick and easy to talk with a real person on the phone. Only downside is that there's limited information about specific measurements and such (whether online or inquiring via the phone).
I am in love with my couch! It took about four weeks to get here and it was worth the wait. The color is perfect and it fits so nicely in my living room. It's also very comfortable. The men that delivered it were friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be purchasing furniture from here again!
