Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.

Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

I purchased our bedroom, living room, dining, and patio set for MORE than half of what the local store quoted us. The experience was great, the furniture was beautiful. And the customer service team is responsive and on top of any actions needed after the fact. The delivery service of white glove did amazing, fast and efficient. I recommend this purchase experience to all.

I've been a long time coleman customer. They have always shipped quickly and been here to answer questions. Be afraid of the fly by night outfits on ebay or amazon, I've purchased furniture from a couple of them and when I had problems there was no one to answer questions or take care of the issue. Coleman answers their phones and emails - every time.

Ordered a desk 11-7, was promised it would be delivered by Xmas easily. Called 12-27 and was told it was getting ready to ship from manufacturer, on the same call I asked to cancel order, then was told it had already shipped from the manufacturer so I needed to pay the restocking charge.
Don't care for Customer Service Reps that lie to you.
Don't know if I ever would have gotten the desk, but I doubt I'll ever do business with them again.

The price was great for our entertainment center with piers and fireplace. The shipping was very fast too. I couldn't believe it when it arrived on our doorstep within a few days. The fireplace shipped separate. All the boxes were in great shape. We are assembling it this weekend and know that it will take a bit of time.

We ordered a couch and love seat combo from Coleman. They had the best prices I found for what I was looking for. The easy order process was a breeze. The furniture was delivered sooner than expected and they send you detailed e-mails showing you the shipping and delivery process. The delivery guys were very nice. They assembled everything and set it up exactly where I wanted it. We just love the furniture and are enjoying it tremendously. A Coleman representative even contacted me to make sure everything was as expected. What a wonderful experience!

We ordered a bar set with three stools on line for a vacation home. The style is what we wanted and while concerned ordering on line we were happy to see we received a quality product made of solid wood that was fully assembled. The delivery was very good -- notification that day before with a four hour window and a call one hour before and they arrived just as they had stated. The delivery team was very good and set up the furniture where we wanted in the house taking great care to not damage anything. All in all a great experience

having the furniture put together by the delivery person is a definite way for me to make a purchase. I saw this cabinet in many places but purchase here because you offer set up. A must for the fix it challenged and elderly! thank you.

I was skeptical about making such a big purchase online through a site I'm not familiar with but Im sure glad I did. This purchase would have cost us double at another local store. I love my couches and am so happy with the purchase!

I tried to find out about the delivery insurance arrangement. I sent an e-mail to your office and found I could not receive a response during the weekend. I called the sales office, which was suggested by your representative from Live Chat but was put on hold forever with no success. I explained about the conditions for the order and placed an order because I need the furniture as soon as possible if everything works out.

Ordered a couch in January. It keeps getting pushed back every month. It is now showing August and will likely get pushed back again. They still have the couch listed for sale, but have been unable to fulfill current orders or give me a firm date for delivery. It is ridiculous

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order. Your better off buying anywhere else. They are basically just a middle man and have no actual products to ship.

Stay away from this place. I wish I had researched the reviews before making a purchase with them. Check out the Better Business Bureau and you will find 600 complaints file against them for bad merchandise quality. They ship damaged merchandise and make you pay for the return shipping.
This is IF you even get the merchandise. I have experienced both with this company. They made me send them photos to prove the box was not damaged in shipping then made me pay all the return shipping! I was told this is their policy even if the damage was not my fault! I'm still waiting for another item for weeks now they told me was shipped but can't provide tracking. I will call my credit card company to dispute this item and have them refund me for the merchandise that has not been delivered.

The entire process from ordering online to delivery and placing it in just the right spot on my wall was wonderful! The hardest part was deciding which product to buy! Ordering was a breeze and I was notified that it would take about a month to receive it. I received emails all along keeping me posted on what I should expect and when. When it was time to schedule delivery, the white glove team was great. On the day of delivery (about a week earlier than originally expected), the guys showed up, were professional and courteous, and placed the pieces exactly where I asked. (They even covered their shoes for me since I don't wear shoes in my home!) On top of that, they were about an hour early getting to my house. I am very pleased with my ENTIRE Coleman experience and I highly recommend ordering from them! On top of all of that, the pieces look spectacular on my wall!

I ordered a sideboard and it said 3 weeks and it got here in less than 2! Free shipping and installation and they have the best prices! Online chat is always there to help you too. The people who delivered my sideboard were in and out and very nice. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I ordered from this company. My item arrived when I was away and when I tried to return it they told me that the 5-day return windown had closed. FIVE DAYS. That's all they give you to return an item. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude. The worst part was that I found the stool on several other sites for $100 whereas Coleman charged me $150. Do not order from this company. They are just out for your money.

Overall...good. Terms and Conditions are very long, and you should have a print option. I copied and pasted it. Would be good to know on the website whether an item needs to be assembled on site, or if it is already assembled. It was unclear in the case of my purchase.

Getting furniture for a home is not easy these days. After multiple tries with other companies, was able to find what I needed, order it and receive it within a week. It took months from other companies. *******

The side table is a beautiful piece of furniture! The quality is much better than I expected. It is a very functional piece because of the ability to charge items and it also has two regular plug ins. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with a shelf for the bottom cabinet making it even more functional and organized! Great buy! You will not be disappointed!

I bought an Ashley entertainment center. It was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks, it took almost 2 months to arrive. When it finally did, the hardware to install the bridge was not included. As I had guests that weekend, I asked them to just return the bridge and
Credit me for it. They refused to do so without a penalty and restocking fee which was half the value of the bridge. After the delivery company left, I realized they had put together
The unit incorrectly. There were shelves that you could see the large gap between the shelf and the wall. So unhappy.
When I called, the lady on the phone from Coleman was rude and condescending. She refused to let me speak with anyone else.
Never again would I buy from Coleman,

It was overall a nice experience shopping at Coleman Furniture. I'd been shopping here for over a week, just really taking my time to visit many departments so that I'd be able to create the look I'd hope for. This was possible at Coleman Furniture. The only difficulty for me was finding accessory furniture that did not require assembly, such as in a corner bookshelf. But, otherwise, Coleman has quite a collection.

I ordered a bed. It looked beautiful online. I had an emergency and had to leave town. I tried to get them not ship it yet but they said no. My neighbors let them in. When came back home weeks later. I discovered the head board was damaged. I contacted them. I was told because I did get back to them in 24 hrs. It is a warranty issue. Then I was told the manufacturer would do nothing about it. It is very noticeable! Now it's a pass the buck deal! I would never do business with them again.

Don't buy from them. Furniture is damaged! Don't waste your money!

It has been 6 weeks since my order was placed. Twice I've received calls stating the dresser was damaged during shipping. The delivery center has the bed and side tables ready for delivery but Coleman refuses to authorize them to deliver. The delivery company did state that Coleman just has to authorize a split delivery which she also states they HAVE done in the past. Coleman also refuses to refund without charging a restocking fee. Waiting on supervisor/manager to return call.

Very good buy from Coleman Furniture. Ordered the bed in Feb, received it within 3 weeks. Coleman Furniture didn't charge it until the item was shipped. Delivery was seamless, i got update every stage after i placed this order. Initially i was not sure whether to purchase in online store, i am glad that i did, the item looks exactly same as shown in the picture. This is my first order in Coleman Furniture and i would highly recommend this bed.

Beds have 3 slats to hold the mattress up. Headboard was damaged and looks like the spray painted over it to cover it up. We had to buy brackets to secure the sides to the headboards and foot boards due the them not staying connected. First and last time shopping with Coleman.
