Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
Speedy delivery. Furniture intact without difficulties. There was a shipping issue but was fixed right away within the same day. Would recommend

My couch is very uncomfortable! Couch broke within one day! A replacement part was shipped but have no idea how to fix it! Very unsatisfactory! I even paid for the warranty!

I purchased a patio furniture set that arrived damaged with various scratches. The delivery crew took pictures of the damages and said they would file a claim with Coleman for me. After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted Coleman to inquire. I was told there was no claim and because I waited two weeks, I was out of luck. The customer service rep was very inquisitive, in a rude way - "Why are you just now contacting us?" They said I'd have to follow the warranty process and pay out of pocket to have the damages fixed. IF my warranty claim was approved they MAY reimburse me. Sorry way to treat your customers. Avoid Coleman.
If you receive damaged item's from Coleman, here is their warranty process (from their website):
"If a repair is approved, customer is responsible to source and pay a licensed furniture technician using the approved allocation amount. Once the receipt and work order are provided to Coleman Furniture showing the work completed, reimbursement up to the allocated amount will be provided. If a full unit replacement is approved, the customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement unit's shipment from the manufacturer's facility up to and including the final delivery to the customer's location."
Coleman requires you to pay out of pocket to fix their issues.
Tip for consumers:
Horrible customer service. They refuse to stand by the products they sell and will not repair items that were delivered damaged.

Delivery was amazing - both helpers were wonderful and friendly! Love this couch so much. So comfy! Perfect for a 1 bedroom apartment. 2 people could comfortably sleep on it!

First time using Coleman. Sectional meets requirements especially the animal leather cowhide quality. Did not want the synthetic cheap stuff that doesn't last long.
