These stools have a gorgeous design with a beautiful curved wood back and faux leather seat. We chose them becuase the four legs don't splay out wide like other models but keep a trimmer profile. They came super quick and were a breeze to put together. My only note was the seats are more cream than white, which gave us some pause, but in the end we stayed with them and are happy.

Ive dealt with some Real winners in the past but this place is full of... It. Never ever ever buy from this scam garbage company. And I use that term loosely. Such crap service. Complete and total lies. They cant track your items bc they arent going anywhere. Absolutely do not pay the BS fees they try to tack on. This is fraud in the simplest terms.

The two part sectional made each piece larger than you will have from sectionals that break into more parts and I was unsure if our doorways would work. After getting the door sizes online and measuring our posts we were relieved that we have at least 1 inch to spare. It all came and is setup in our room and fit through the doors without any issues.

Wish web site was more specific about shipping to "outlaying areas". Didn't think Charleston, SC was an outlaying area, so was confused by the information that it would take five weeks to deliver instead of three.

I bought a coffee table that weighed 150 pounds, which was large but also possible to fir into my apartment. What was delivered was a 300 pound monstrosity that they delivery people would not unwrap so that it could fit into my apartment. I did not accept and now they want to charge me a delivery fee. AND it took them a week to even get back to me after waiting on the line for up to 45 minutes 3 different times.

Called first to get someone on the line could not. Me and my hisband made a decision and decided to order without any info. We knew what we wanted ordering was simple online . We pray for fast smooth delivery with no surprises

We've been looking for a new cocktail table for a number of months now. I finally found one that was being offered by both Coleman Furniture and Target. Exact same table, but a huge price difference. So, while we mulled it over, Coleman put theirs on sale! We just couldn't pass it up. Placed the order, very easy process. The table arrived in less than a week and it's just BEAUTIFUL! So worth the hunt and wait to find the perfect piece. Thank you Coleman! :)

We fell in love with the rustic wood type look when we rented airbnb for a ski trip last winter. We were on the lookout for the right set for close to a year and happy we found river ridge set. The bedroom looks great. Do note, this style is not for every home. It works well for us as we have exposed wooden support beams on the ceiling and the look goes great with this line.

This is my second review, since they removed the first one… go figure!
Their return policy is the worst…. Horrible and the prices are way higher than the competition.
We bought a sofa and loveseat for almost $1500 Vs $1100 somewhere else. ( oh and both the sofa and the loveseat were wobbly)
Highway robbery and they charges us $500 restocking fees and to ship it back…. Wow
Never ever again buying furniture from you guys for the 3 house we are flipping in Palm Desert

For us it was as simple as adding the item to our cart and buying it. For the kicker, we actually bought it while sitting in this very chair as a floor model in our local ashley store. They wanted way more money and were claiming to give us a great deal. Thankfully I always check to see if I can find it cheaper online.Donnie

Just got our media center and the guys are in middle of putting it together. It's been about 30mins but they are staying as long as it takes. It's not something most people would have an easy time setting up and I can't overstate how valuable delivery and free assembly service is. This is absolutely a game changer in the furniture industry.

I had been searching and searching for a behind the couch bar table for our movie room. I didn't want to spend a fortune or hire someone to make one. This table just happened to appear online right when I needed it. Coleman furniture shipped it earlier than expected and gave me the best price! The table was easy to put together and looks beautiful.

We ordered a Buffet with Hutch from Coleman furniture and found a scratch on the glass from some shart knife(utility I guess), we reached out to them the second day of delivery and they declined to repair glasses when we noticed during cleaning, we ordered full furniture from them but were disappointed by there response for damage (after 10+ calls they refunded little amount to get new furniture repaired by someone)

I will not recommend buying from them
Cons.
1. Late shipping, almost 2 months for the first order
2. No support if item arrive damaged ( recommend to inspect for 20 minutes + in detail and clean glasses to see the scratch on them in front of the delivery truck)

I received a sofa sectional. The sofa portion of the set has obviously been used. On top of that the set is mismatched in color. So many details that I'm not going through them all here. My loan company is dealing with Coleman, trying to resolve these issues, in dispute.

People, file your consumer complaints with FTC.gov and the BBB online, regardless of the outcome of your situation. Both agencies will approach Coleman's. More can be accomplished in numbers and maybe Coleman's will stop its deceptive practices.

I'm back shopping at Coleman's because of a previous order for which I am absolutely thrilled. My first order of (2) Burns recliners arrived intact and the gentlemen that delivered were first class, white glove. They set the recliners up and showed me how to operate them. It was a good buying experience. I would definitely recommend Coleman to all. Thanks.

I ordered sectional sofa set by Ashley Furniture. Shopping online was easy and best price. We were informed about the stages in shipping and provided with estimated shipping time. The only thing I would love to improve is faster shipping time.

This would have been a simpler transaction if the photos on your website reflected what the product actually looks like. The photo of a console with a heater is connected to consoles that don't come with the fireplace insert. Very misleading.

This is the second time that I've purchased from Coleman. Both times, the delivery has been strangely slow. However, the prices are the best that we've found on the internet and the service is excellent. They unexpectedly set up the bunk bed we purchased for free. I would recommend Coleman to anyone that doesn't have a time crunch.

This place is horrible with delivery time, and probably the worst tracking updates I've seen and I shop online alot. Its been 3 months since I been waiting on my couch and the status currently is still on just "confirmed" when I reach out to customer service I got a reply that basically said " you should have known when you placed an order that it can take forever". How are you telling me that its been 3 months ( ordered it in October) and that you plan to ship it in Jan of 2022?!

If I knew this do you think I would actually order from here as if no couches exist on earth else where? Not to mention I spent a hefty amount so its not even like I found a great deal. Also I regret only looking at reviews on their website and not a third party where I can actually see the Wales of delivery delay before hand.

Buyer Beware is a real and true statement. Hope this can help someone else avoid this situation! Unless your ok for waiting for half a year don't do it.

The table is absolutely beautiful! Delivery was prompt with exceptional service! The men delivering the item did not bring trash into the house and ensured that I was completely satisfied with furniture placement.
