Coleman had the best prices with more options than other websites. Plus there was free delivery and assembly with the multiple large/heavy items that I ordered which was a huge bonus. Other websites charged $200+ for that service. And another bonus was that they offered promo codes at the end of checkout and I got another $250 off! Heck yeah.

Ordering and shipping with Coleman Furniture was easier than I thought. We were looking for a TV table for our lounge chairs. We found the exactly what we were looking for on Coleman's web site. We are so happy with our new table that we ordered another one! Now that Coleman has proven that they can handle small items, I will be ordering larger furniture in the future.

Purchased a entertainment unit -- the "White glove" delivery team came, set up and left real fast before we could find the damage. When finding it we called but coleman would do nothing, even throuygh the damage we visable in the photos taken by the delivery staff too.

I ordered kitchen chairs in March 2019, one of the chairs was broken upon arrival. I have been waiting for a replacement since the 1st of April! Just received an email saying it would be then end of August before replacement would be shipped! (They also said this in May, June and July) Its so frustrating! Why so long for a replacment... i would not recommend Coleman Furniture!

Our old desk was a laminate type that sat in our office and over the years has started to peel at the corners. We decided it's time to update it. We found a nice liberty desk that was geared with the computer and printer space as well as a keyboard drawer that had a front that flips up so your pens and small items don't roll out. After locating the desk we wanted we shopped around online and found it at coleman slightly more than a competitor. However once we priced out shipping charges at the other website they came out about $50 more than coleman as it had free shipping over here.

For buying a living room furniture set strictly by shopping online, we couldn't be happier. The dark grey color and material of the couches are exactly what I was looking for. We are all very happy with our purchase. The picture is the day our furniture was delivered.

This review is only for my buying experience. I will make a separate review after the furniture has been delivered and installed.

My buying experience was great. There was always someone to answer my question in the chat room. It took me awhile to click on submit order but that was on me. I hope the delivery and installation will be just as great.

I was so nervous about buying this fireplace after only seeing it online, but I am so happy that I did! It's beautiful! I love that you can change the rock colors, add heat or have the fire going without the heat. Do not pass this piece up!

Coleman furniture is Home gallery stores and they're ripping people off. One site charges less than the other but it's the SAME company. I'd already waited for my order from home gallery for over a MONTH with a HUGE lack of communication so I decided to cancel my order and order from Coleman furniture and pay the extra money just to find that they are the same place! How could they get away with this to sell the same items more and less at different sites. It was confirmed once I placed my new order at coleman just to go to their site and see my cancelled order from home galleries on the same page. Wtf. So I sent in for another cancel to my order. I'm steering clear. We just want our couches... but we will be looking elsewhere.

We loved the platform bed we viewed online, the delivered product met and exceeded our expectations with its look and finish. We were concerned when we ordered the bed and saw its weight exceeded two hundred pounds, we did not understand fully that delivery included construction and set up in our bedroom space upstairs. The delivery men were professional, personable and efficient in making sure we were pleased with their work. We would not hesitate to purchase from Coleman Furniture in the future.

I ordered a Queen size bed for my daughter and she loves it. It's a Queen size bed fit for a Queen, or a princess in my daughters case. I love the quality n I got it at a great price. This is the second order I have placed with Coleman Furniture and the quality n prices are second to none. I highly recommend this store.

I was very nervous ordering furniture online but had seen the couch and chair in a local store. I saved hundreds of $ buying from Coleman Furniture. They said it would arrive in 2-4 weeks, it took 3 and everything was perfect. Easy and saved money. Couldn't ask for much more.

Every few weeks the order is pushed back 6-7 weeks longer, I've been waiting 3 mos now. Covid is always the excuse and that's all it is, a excuse. Their screw up but if you cancel the order they charge you. Bull $#*! company I will never do business w again!

Ordered a desk from this outfit, delivered incomplete desk, months of shipping the wrong part to complete desk... never got the completed desk so canceled the order when they said they figured out a way "to make it work" without all the correct desk pieces. They had the audacity to charged me a 15% restocking fee and the shipping to the tune of $450. Terrible company and service... buyer beware!

My wife and I just recently ordered two recliners and a couch recliner, The price seemed like such a great deal I had to call to make sure it was for real. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and informative. We ordered product and 4 weeks later it arrived. The delivery crew was wonderful as well. Overall I would give them 6 stars if it were available.

I had a great experience ordering from Coleman! Everything was easy and they kept constant emails informing me of the status! The delivery was easy as well and stayed true the ETA. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We ordered a twin loft bed and could not be happier! All furniture comes with some imperfections so that is to be expected! The delivery company was amazing as well! Very personable and professional! I could not be happier!

Sofa and chair took a while to come but they are comfortable and we did save a lot by ordering it online instead of at the shop. We were fine to use our old ones for another few weeks to save a few hundred bucks.

Loved my furniture when I first got it. After one year the couch and the Chase started peeling and the chaise is so bad that it's embarrassing to have people over if there's not a blanket covering the entire thing. The website stated that it was leather, not bonded or blended. There is a mesh or fabric underneath where the leather coating has peeled off. Purchased a sofa, loveseat and giant chaise.

I purchased several dining chairs from Coleman (I had made purchases prior to this buy), however, the quality of the furniture was extremely disappointing. It arrived in boxes from stating the furniture was made in Bangladesh and the arms of the chairs were lower than most dining chairs. One (of two) was damaged - which wasn't hard to understand as the furniture was poor quality. When I expressed my displeasure in the furniture's quality, Coleman Customer Service stated I could return the furniture at my own expense which made the ability to return financially unfeasible. Will never order from Coleman's again and do not recommend their furniture as the quality is substandard and Customer Service is a disappointment when needed.

Found the same model in-store at Ashley Furniture and tried to negotiate price. They wouldn't even match their shipping online ($199) with what they quoted us ($250). So just looking for same furniture at better pricing.

What we wanted unfortunately was not available. When we decided on an alternative set we called first and confirm it was available. We still were told it would be a 3 week wait for shipping but we did get it in the time frame promised.

I will order from this company again! Their prices were considerably lower than the other stores. Delivery went very smoothly and the hutch I ordered is even nicer in person than in the picture! 5 star company for sure!
