Has been an overall great experience ordering online. They have great customer service and quick communication. This is quality furniture that you can trust! No need for hesitation, you're ordering from a well rounded company.
I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
The kitchen island is functional and modern. I absolutely love the sleek look. The wine rack gives it a playful appeal and the multiple storage provides a location for my favorite cookbooks. Coleman furnitures staff was professional on the phone and their delivery team was knowledgeable and assembled the kitchen island quickly without damage. My husband and I were very impressed.
Very pleased with the set. Cushions are soft but firm. Set offers plenty of back support. The color is a soft mink brown. The fabric is a bit velour and super soft. Lots of pillow options come with it.

It did state on the website that if we were to select any color other than what was pictured with our luke Solomon sofa we would have to wait longer. We were fine with that and received the furniture in just under 3 months. It's beautiful leather and it is really great quality. I would highly recomend Luke furniture and recomend this company for their free shipping and in home setup.
Customer service through chat has been great. However, the cart was not working for several days so I couldn't save items as I shopped through the page. Hopefully, it will be working when I'm ready to buy several pieces next week. I"m waiting for one of the manufacturers to send me samples of the stain colors
This site claims that they will deliver in 2-4 weeks, but they were not able to deliver my order of in-stock items for over 9 weeks from order date. The company did not make any efforts to improve this date. They offered me a 5% discount for the inconvenience after multiple emails and phone calls, but when I said I couldn't wait that long and needed to cancel because of their fraudulent claim of a 2-4 week delivery, they charged a cancellation fee!
This furniture purchase was a wonderful experience! The website was easy to navigate. The prices were very reasonable. The time that we waited for the delivery of the furniture was not long at all. We were informed by phone and email through the whole process. And the delivery men were very professional.
I purchased furniture that they said was in stock and paid over $2,000 back in August of 2020. It's December 23,2020 and they said they can't deliver my items because it's damaged. I told them I want 100% refund and they won't give it to me. They won't let me speak to a supervisor! I'm convinced they are writing their own positive reviews based on the complaints filed with the BBB. I'm calling my attorney
The order process was easy. I was able to do it online. Product availability was quick. Was quicker than originally quoted. Delivery process was perfect! Very happy with the whole process! Would highly recommend!
All was great with my Coleman experience. I ordered a couch and loveseat first then ordered a dining room table. The only issue I had with both orders is the amount of time it took to receive them. If you're not in a hurry for your furniture, this is the way to go!
Been looking for a sofa sleeper for a month. They have a great variety and how can you pass up free shipping. I'll have to wait to get it sure hope it's as it stated. I'll update once I receive my sofa. But so far so good.
After much searching, I found this couch and debated on whether or not to get it without actually getting to sit on it. After much deliberation, we decided to order it and so far our loving it. The fabric is much better than I anticipated it being. I love to clean lines and how plush the cushions are. So far we are enjoying it very much.

My bed from Coleman Furniture was delivered a week ago and I love it. It is beautiful and stately. Ordering from Coleman Furniture was quick and easy. The bed was delivered much quicker than I expected. The delivery team was friendly and efficient. They installed the bed right where I asked.

Terrible experience. My couch never arrived and they charged my card over $2k, after I called & emailed them numerous times to cancel my order. The product was described with 5-7 day shipping, and I needed it in time while moving, but they emailed me back saying it would take over a month, so I requested to cancel. They went ahead and charged my card anyway and never shipped me the couch. They are crooks! Stay away! Customer service is non existent! Shipping takes forever! If I could give negative stars I would.
This was my first time ordering furniture online and Coleman Furniture made it such a good experience I will be ordering more from them in the near future. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do their buying online. Even the delivery was exceptional. Great service all the way around couldn't have gone any smoother, Thank you Coleman for such a good buying experience.

My wife is happy. That keeps me happy. It is hard these to shop online but the sleeper sofa is beautiful. The mattress in sofa is actually comfortable. So, if the wife is happy then I do not need to sleep on the sofa!
Very happy with the nantahala sectional I ordered from coleman furniture. Received it a week earlier than expected and with the white glove service it was delivered, set up and all boxes removed in under 30 minutes. Thanks again for the quality service.

Great website. Delivery dates and times were confusing. Had to cancel one order because of extended delivery time. Delivery was a day late and never got a call saying they would be late. One of the dresser drawers is slightly cracked on the inside.
I had researched a bed on many websites but chose Coleman. Their price was competitive, plus they had free delivery and set up, plus they gave me a free 5 year protection plan. I couldnt pass this offer up. The company was true to their word and delivered to me my beautiful bed. Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to others.
We love the ease of the purchase process from start to finish. We received notifications as it moved from warehouse to store and a phone call to schedule the actual delivery. It arrived two weeks earlier than the estimate we were given at the time of purchase! The drivers set up the furniture and ensured all recliners and lights were in perfect working order before they left. We love our new couch and love seat set!

Navigating the Coleman Furniture website is super easy. I really like the many pictures and descriptions of each piece of furniture I was viewing. The prices were much lower than many other sites I looked at for the exact same item. I'm looking forward to my new furniture to arrive and I will update my review.
Apparently the barstools come form Canada and that tacked on some time on the delivery. I didn't mind waiting as we had settled on these and they were cheaper on coleman than anywhere else. We received the call letting us know about the delivery time the day after we placed the order. I was fine waiting an additional couple weeks to save about 20 percent from my next cheapest option.
