Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

Delivered my new sectional on time and delivery staff was very professional.
Received my furniture in perfect condition. I seen this patio sectional at a local furniture store then found it here for much less. It was my first time ordering from Coleman so I was a bit leery. Everything turned out perfect. Delivery was easy and the sectional came in perfect condition. It's my new favorite place to relax!
We were told that texts with updates would be sent. We only received an initial one stating it was shipped. We don't know where it was shipped from but it took 7 weeks from the order date.
Customer service was friendly and helpful. Answered my question.
Coleman Furniture was easy to deal with. Their customer service department was awesome and they kept us informed every step of the way. They also saved us hundreds of dollars and delivery was a great experience.
Price of the piece of furniture we wanted.
The delivery experience was good and I love the look of the furniture, however, the drawers! They are definitely not soft close, but worse, they do not close all the way without a good shove - it is entirely annoying! I would definitely recommend relooking at the design. As many others stated in the review, the other issue is the space between the mattress and the slats - things fall down in there and land either in the drawers or under the bed. Final word of warning - the bed is painfully heavy! Clean your floors and lay out your rugs ahead of time - it was a GIANT pain to do after delivery! Also, despite the "white glove" delivery, they would not put together the makeup vanity - that comes in a box and you put it together yourself - just FYI.
Saw it online. Good reviews and the price was okay. Liked that there was a similar makeup vanity you can order separately.
Easy ordering. Love my dining room table and chairs. Originally said it would take a month but notified after purchasing it could be delivered in 1 week.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I was out of town for several weeks and the week I got back we had dr appointments on day they deliver to my area and they wanted to charge me a storage fee. They relented on the fee and I am a happy customer.

It was easy to order. The furniture was not easy to assemble, but we did get it done. It appears that some of the holes were in the wrong place, but my husband was able to make adjustments and made it work.

We thought we were missing some parts, but the customer service rep explained now it went together and we were not missing pieces.

Like the look of the furniture.
There is a 2 inch line of damaged material across one of the cushions. We didn't notice upon delivery because the delivery guys put that side down, so we can't flip or rotate the cushions. It did arrive fairly quickly and delivery was a breeze

Very quick and easy to complete, the delivery took about a week longer than expected due to the inspection but the delivery was handled well.
Had better price than local competitor and included delivery and setup.

We refused to take delivery and representative informed us we should receive call with in one week for replacement and redelivery. As promised we received call about within a week about delivery date. Everything worked out as promised. No room for any complaints.

The bed set took a very long time to come. However, once delivered it was set up pretty quickly and that went smoothly.

Pleased with experience! Good customer service, excellent in-home assembly.
Love the unit. The guys setting it up must have had dirty hand, there were dirty fingerprints all over the unit. They did not hook up the wire for the touch lights and I have no idea where it is supposed to go. So now the lights do not work with the touch. I reached out to get it fixed and now I have to contact a furniture contractor that knows about this lighting then I will be reimbursed. A bit of a pain for me, wish they would have done it. Also, they took the instruction booklet with them, would like to have it.
It was only by email, but wish they would send out the tech to fix the light instead of me having to find someone to fix the light issue.
Really liked this entertainment center and it was a good price for the quality.

The ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I purchased the protection plan too. I thought the sectional was ivory but it has light brown coloring mixed in so it almost looks dirty? The back cushions are completely ivory. The chaise makes a crunching sound on the edges too. There was a staple sticking out of the side of the chaise on the bottom that I noticed too, but It was mostly covered with fabric. It is a big sectional. It's growing on me. Very soft.
I was looking online for a new couch and this website had many good reviews.
