Coleman Furniture

I ordered a bedroom set from Coleman and later a sectional sofa. Local stores were hundreds more and also charged for delivery. The bedroom set took one week to arrive and the sofa took 2 weeks (this included waiting for the local delivery contractor to be in my "area"). I appreciated the sofa pictures with dimensions shown on the website, as well as update emails that show where in the shipping/delivery process your order is. I have no complaints.

Had exactly what we wanted for the lowest price we found. Website was easy to navigate and their customer service helped us find the exact item in the color we wanted quickly. Can't wait to receive our order!

I have not received my order yet, I just completed my order. It was a smooth transaction thus far, very impressive! The particular dining set I purchased was less from Coleman that every other online store I researched.

I wanted an outdoor table that was not like those wicker type ones you see everywhere. For one I didn't want the glass top they all seem to carry, being that I find they always will look dirty being that they are outside after all. In the end I found a nice option with a rugged stone stack look and we are thrilled. We didn't need something mobile and really wanted it near the pool so we can eat there right off the grill. If you want a mobile lightweight table that is not it. Being that the delivery guys were able to set it up, I wasn't worried about the weight. I am glad I found something I like.

We ordered this and it was to be delivered in 3 weeks. 3 weeks turned into 6 turned into 8. We tried to cancel this order when we learned that it was going to take longer than 3 weeks and are still trying to cancel this order and get a refund. Their support seems to be located in India and they are trained to read a script, even if that script has no relation to the problem you have and are describing. It's incredibly ignorant and shows the company's priorities are not customers or their experience. Save yourself the frustration and find a local place to buy furniture. You'll get much better service.

I was very pleased with the bed I purchased. I found the same bed on another site for almost twice the price. The quality was fantastic. To top it off, there was no extra fee for the set up! I will definitely be shopping with Coleman again.

I am a first time customer at Coleman. I found the couch I wanted about $500 cheaper and decided to take a chance with Coleman. Coleman exceeded all my expectations and kept me informed all along the way. From ordering to receiving the couch, it was 12 days and was very professionally delivered. We were looking for a storage ottoman and the sales girl Jill helped us pick this one out. Our ottoman has a removable top that you cannot tell is there and provides functional storage for us as well.

This was our first time to order furniture online. So we ordered a living room set built by a familiar company, sold by Coleman. This was a positive experience for us, from placing the order, to the delivery/set up. We knew ahead of time that delivery could take up to 2 months, but the savings was worth it! We are happy with our furniture!

I received a bedroom set with a screw hole in the middle of one of the dresser drawers. I paid $4300 for this bedroom set and their resolution was to offer me a $75 credit to have it fixed. I have to pay to have it fixed and to find someone to fix it, they will reimburse me when I have proof it was done. Absolutely ridiculous!

Mazel Tov Furniture was the cheapest on the Net, excellent website. Everything they promised was delivered. If I need to buy furniture or make a recommendation, Mazel Tov Furniture will be it. I would definitely shop with them again in future

The item I bought is lovely. I did call them a few times to confirm the delivery guys would be aware of having to provide the insurance certificate to our building management office but they did so as they assured me.

Bought a recliner an am very satisfied with the product. When I had a question there return answer was very fast. Yes the shipping was a bit slow but whose isn't these days. The employees I worked with were very pleasant an helpful. Would use them again

Website is great. Very organized and user friendly. One complaint... when I click the back button after viewing a specific item, it takes me back to page one of my search results. It would be much better if it took me back to the page where I left off.

Estimated arrival of couch in 2-3 weeks, we received it in 10 days. It's the couch is comfortable, roomy, and a perfect fit for a big family. We love and choice this because of good reviews and the price was unbeatable. We will purchase again, when we have the money for a chair and coffee table. Thank you

Website easy to view. I found exactly what I wanted. I was referred to an 800 number regarding delivery. I called and spoke with Ed who was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Ed represents your company well.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The communication on the ETA and then to arrange delivery was great. When the couch was delivered, it was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. I have received so many compliments on the couch, it is extremely comfortable and I am so pleased with my purchase.
