I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
I love the couch! It does not only look comfortable but it also is super comfortable. I ordered the sleeper couch, which I used with my Guests and both told me that they had a good night sleep.
The set up was great as well. They were here on time and set the couch up really fast. I really do love my experience with coleman furniture.
I placed an order for a bedroom set on 8/2/2019. The company sent me an update on 8/14/2019 that items were shipped out and I should be receiving them in 2-3 weeks. Had another similar update on 8/19/2019. Then received an email on 8/27/2019 that 3 out of 4 items were discontinued by the manufacturer. They gave me an option to buy only bed or cancel the whole order. The whole set is still available on another website but the price has gone up. They refused to pay me the difference. On the same day that I received the email, their salesman was still trying to sell me the same set when I chatted online.
Shopping online for a pair of jeans can still be complicated so you could only imagine shopping online for furniture. But Coleman furniture made the process Simple from ordering to receiving shipment, I'm very happy with my bedframe & headboard it's made with quality & style.
I wanted a modern styled bed and found a few options The rep helped direct me to certain features that he said were worth the extra cost and we found a model together. I'm very happy I went with it as the cheaper one I originally wanted is actually cheapy particle board.

This company deserves a zero. The couch dimensions are smaller then what is listed on their website and they want to still charge a 15% restock and return ship fee. They stated that as long as the measurements are within 3in, then we do not get a full refund.
Our lenoris set had an option of a lighter color. We liked it in the dark one in the store but it was cheaper online. We also bought 1 power pack and the protection plan and still came out saving a few hundred dollars thanks to the free delivery.
We initially ordered the set from Costco, but it was damaged upon arrival, so we ordered it directly from the manufacturer. We're so happy we did. The quality of the set surpasses anything we ever expected. It is exactly what we wanted.

We first spotted a different entertainment system by Liberty and liked it. When we went online we found the same series was available in a couple different colors. We thought we would like the dark one more but were a little hesitant to order online. We deliberated on it for a while and decided to take the plunge. Once we received the item we really liked the finish in person and are very happy we found it in this espresso color.
The company offered a good product at a fair price and their logistics department is phenomenal. We were updated frequently of the location of our order, and delivery went smoothly. The people who put the unit together were experienced, and worked well together.
They had just what I was looking for, and I’m sure to go back to them for future purchases.

We love entertainment center. We wanted something that we thought might be hard to find, but I searched Coleman and found it in less than a minute. It was exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered and set-up. It was perfect.
The entertainment unit is a nice step up from our last tv stand. This one has shelves lining it that match it and gives us enough space to put the cable box, dvd player and the paystation underneath. It took some time but I managed to set the cables in a way that it is clean and mostly tucked out of site. It really has a good clean look.
I feel that you should provide wood and upholstery samples....even for a fee. We are having to order two chairs just to see them and decide if we want to order the rest of the set. Then we have to pay to return them if they don't suit us. Not the best experience.
I had purchased sofa and loveseat a month ago. A sofa showed up, cut in leather. I called and they asked how I can be compensated. Really, how about a new sofa. The loveseat never showed up and was forgotten at some warehouse.
A week went by an no word of my order. I had to call and they told me the same thing they did a week ago. If I wanted to cancel my order, $395 for shipping (one defective item and another that didn't show up) also $485 or 15% of the cost, again for nothing that showed up.

Don't order unless you expect to wait close to half a year to get your furniture. I ordered from Coleman furniture online they kept pushing my order back. Now four months later it's expected to be shipped. Completely ridiculous to wait 4 months. You can just keep that furniture I've cancel my order.
We ordered 2 office chairs back in September of 2019. We opened the box and they were damaged. We called them and they were not very helpful. I offered $40 dollars credit without even asking anything. When we requested to return the items it took them 2 weeks for someone to got back to us and gave us a $150 store credit after 1 month later. It was so unprofessional of them.
Since we had a $150 store credit with them we decided to order the bar stools in November and was told that we would receive them by Christmas but we didn't. We just received an email from them today (1/13/20) that the order is further delayed in production with their manufacturer. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We are so disappointed and not pleased with how they handled this issue. I called and spoke to their customer service rep and she didn't even say sorry and asked if I would like to cancel the order so I told her to cancel the order. What a terrible company.

Ordered couch off Coleman website. Arrived two weeks early and delivery company was so kind and easy to work with.
Coleman furniture provided a great price on a beautiful Ashley furniture set. I originally saw the site at the Ashley furniture store, and went looking online for other bedroom sets. That's when I came across Coleman Furniture. My bedroom set was here less than two weeks later, they delivered the whole set in great condition, and put the bedroom set together. I would definitely recommend
Wish we had seen the reviews before purchasing. Was advertised as fully assembled; not true, we had to assemble and instructions not good and one screw wouldn't even go all the way into the hole it was supposed to. Wish we had never ordered. Chair is very uncomfortable to sit in and backs not made to be comfortable and seats too small. Wish we could get a refund. Very expensive lesson for a very poorly made item that was not made in NC; came from Malaysia. Buyers need to be advised of this unsatisfactory product.
They never delivered my furniture and couldn't get me a delivery date. Only gave me one date and after a month and that if I couldn't take it they would not know when they could deliver. After several calls not answered or no solution I opted to cancel... they charge me an almost $400.00 restocking fee for something that never made it to my home! Choose a better company--this one is terrible and probably makes its money on this scam!
Oh my goodness - for so very long I have tried to find something that I could afford - check. It happened here. I have been trying to find quality and color. Check found it here because I checked out the ratings on your company and the products. Seems sofas and chairs are always with high ratings.
Horrible customer service. I ordered coach to replace an existing one with exact same dimensions. Took over 10 months for order to come in. When it came in, the delivery service didn't even try to bring it in the house, claiming it would never fit. Mind you, I had already brought in and removed THE. SAME. COUCH. Advice from Coleman was to leave it in the back yard and they also charged me $400 cancellation fee. Bottom line, you are better off buy furniture from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
The sofa is on the firm side, but still somewhat comfortable. I would have preferred higher arms on the sofa, but it's still fine since I knew that before purchasing. I do really like the smoke color since it goes with my decor. Lastly, it's definitely nice that it's power reclining and a good price for that.
